Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine strangförmige Dichtung für Fenster oder dergleichen Bauteile der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Gattung. Eine derartige Dichtung ist bereits bekannt (EP 0 247 533 Bl und EP 0 291 017 Al). Darüber hinaus ist eine zur Anlage am Fensterglas dienende Dichtung bekannt (EP 0 133 924 Bl), bei der ein lappenartiger Dichtungsteil so an das Fensterglas angelegt wird, daß ein vom Basisteil ausgehender amboßartiger Ansatz Anpreßdruck auf den Dichtungsteil ausübt. Darüber hinaus sind ähnliche Dichtungen bekannt (DE 42 28 874 Al und EP 0 652 346 Al), bei denen der Dichtungsteil seine elastische Verformbarkeit durch einen größeren Hohlraum im Inneren des Dichtungsteils erhält. Während solche Dichtungen einstückig hergestellt sind, ist bei einer anderen bekannten Dichtung (DE-OS 26 47 742) der aus flexiblem Kunststoff bestehende Dichtungsteil aus anderem Material als der aus starrem Kunststoff hergestellte Basisteil und Abstützteil hergestellt.The invention relates to a strand-shaped seal for windows or similar components of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
