Dies kann unter Umständen dazu führen, daß die Temperaturdifferenz zwischen der Kühllufteinlaßstelle und der genannten wärmsten Stelle so groß ist, daß die Waren an der Kühllufteinlaßstelle unterkühlt werden. Zumindest führt das bei nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verkaufsvitrinen ungehinderte oder nur wenig behinderte Abströmen der Kühlluft in die Außenumgebung zu einem immensen Energieverbrauch des Kühlaggregats. Wird ferner berücksichtigt, daß ein stärkerer Kühlbedarf mit einer vergrößerten Wärmeabstrahlung des Kühlaggregats verbunden ist, die zu einer Temperaturerhöhung in dem Raum führt, in dem die Verkaufsvitrine steht, so erhöht sich der Energiebedarf durch die ansteigende Raumtemperatur weiterhin und macht zusätzliche Einrichtungen, wie Klimaanlagen, Ventilatoren u.dgl., erforderlich.
