Für besondere Anwendungsfäile sind sowohl die Stülp als auch das Schließblech aus Messing hergestellt. Aufgrund des täglichen Gebrauches läßt es sich nicht vermeiden, daß die Schutzschicht des Zapponlackes mit der Zeit sich abgreift bzw. auch nur partiell zerstört wird.
