The compounds of the formula I and their pharmacologically acceptable salts have low toxicity interesting biological, especially antimicrobial properties and can therefore be used as medicinal products will. They develop a hemispherical effect against bacteria, as demonstrated by in vitro studies with the serial dilution test and can be demonstrated in vivo by experiments on mice using various strains of bacteria. This inhibiting effect was demonstrated in vitro from a concentration of approx. 0.01 to 50 μg / ml, in vivo from a dose of approx. 0.4 to 100 mg / kg body weight was found. Therefore, the compounds according to the invention can be found to be antibacterial effective antibiotics are used.
Beispielsweise werden sie als Bestandteil von Kapseln, Injektionsoder Instillationszubereitungen eingesetzt, die eine zur Erreichung eines optimalen Blutspiegels ausreichende MengeThe compounds of the formula I and, if appropriate, their water-soluble, physiologically tolerable substances can be used as medicaments Salts alone or in suitable drug forms together with inorganic or organic, pharmacological indifferent auxiliaries are administered. 10 to 500 mg per capsule. For the application depends on the one to be administered Dose depends on the compound used and the mode of administration and the mode of treatment. Satisfactory results have been obtained in larger mammals when given a daily dose of approx. 0.1 to 2 g. If necessary, this monge can be administered in smaller doses two to four times a day or be given in sustained release form.
In the following examples, which explain the invention in more detail, but in no way limit its scope all temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.

Man erhält das gewünschte Produkt als farbloses Harz (Rf = 0,4 3 in Chloroform/Methanol/ 33 % NH3. 17/3/0,4). 1.78 g of carbonyldiimidazole are dissolved in 50 ml of absolute chloroform and 1.73 g of the product obtained as described under A, dissolved in 50 ml of chloroform, is poured in. After 1 hour, 7.6 g of 3,2 ', 6'-tri-N-butoxycarbonylgentamicin C2, dissolved in 100 ml of chloroform, are poured in and the mixture is refluxed overnight. It is then washed 3 times with water and the organic phase is concentrated using a rotary evaporator. The residue is taken up in 200 ml of ether and 50 ml of ethyl acetate and extracted 3 times with 5% citric acid. The aqueous phase is made alkaline with 25% ammonia and extracted 3 times with chloroform. The organic phase is washed neutral, dried and concentrated using a rotary evaporator. The residue is chromatographed with n-hexane / ethanol / 33% NH 3 (4/1/0, O5). The desired product is obtained as a colorless resin (R f = 0.4 3 in chloroform / methanol / 33% NH 3. 17/3 / 0.4).
C) 1-N-[N-(3-Amino-l-propyl)carbamyngentamicin C 2 C) 1-N- [N- (3-amino-1-propyl) carbamyngentamicin C2
[a]p° = + 111,2° (c = 1,1 in Wasser). The product obtained as described under B is dissolved in 10 ml of trifluoroacetic acid and, after 5 minutes, diluted with 400 ml of ether. The precipitated product is filtered off with suction and chromatographed over Amberlite CG 50 (NH 4 + ) with water and 1N ammonia. The eluate is concentrated and lyophilized. A TLC-uniform, white foam is obtained. [a] p ° = + 111.2 ° (c = 1.1 in water).
So that the structures of the products can be more easily surveyed in the examples described above, they are shown in the listed below. The table also contains further compounds of the formula I, which in can be produced in an analogous manner.
