Description
In der US-Patentschrift 33 85 689 und in der CH-PS 4 96 398 sind Verbindungen der Formeln
(IV)
(V)
beschrieben, die herbizide Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Die herbizide Wirkung verschiedener dieser Phosphorthiolatverbindungen wurde untersucht, wobei festgestellt wurde, daß Verbindungen mit der nachfolgend angegebenen Struktur
eine herbizide Wirksamkeit aufweisen.
Es wurde nun überraschend gefunden, daß Amidophosphorthiolate der Formel I Verbindungen mit noch besseren herbiziden Eigenschaften darstellen. Insbesondere dann, wenn eine Vorauflauf- oder Nachauflaufbehandlung durchgeführt wird, weisen diese Verbindungen eine herausragende unkrautbekämpfende Wirkung auf, wobei sie gegenüber Kulturpflanzen nicht phytotoxisch sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft somit neue Amidophosphorthiolate, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Herbizid, wie in den vorstehenden Ansprüchen definiert.
Die Amidophosphorthiolate der Formel I lassen sich erfindungsgemäß herstellen, indem man ein Salz eines Dithiophosphats bzw. Thiophosphats der Formel II mit einer halogenierten Verbindung der Formel III in Gegenwart von Lösungsmitteln, wie Wasser, Alkoholen, Ketonen und, falls möglich, Lösungsmitteln, welche beide Ausgangsmaterialien vollständig aufzulösen vermögen, kondensiert. Die Reaktionstemperaturen und Reaktionszeiten können je nach dem Lösungsmittel sowie je nach dem Ausgangsmaterial variiert werden. Im allgemeinen läuft die Reaktion in zufriedenstellender Weise bei 20 bis 100°C innerhalb einer Zeitspanne von 1 bis einigen Stunden ab. Nach Beendigung der Reaktion lassen sich die gesuchten Produkte leicht in sehr hoher Reinheit nach herkömmlichen Behandlungsmethoden gewinnen, wobei sie erforderlichenfalls durch Säulenchromatographie weiter gereinigt werden können.
Mit den erfindungsgemäßen Amidophosphorthiolaten lassen sich herbizide Zubereitungen herstellen, die den Wirkstoff in Kombination mit inerten Trägern enthalten. Diese Zubereitungen können in Form von Granulaten, Stäuben, benetzbaren Pulvern, emulgierfähigen Konzentraten oder feinen Granulaten vorliegen.
Nachfolgend werden einige Beispiele für erfindungsgemäße Zubereitungen angegeben.
Zubereitung 1
25 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (1), 5 Teile eines grenzflächenaktiven Mittels vom Polyoxyäthylenacetylallylester-Typ und 70 Teile Talk werden unter Pulverisierung gründlich miteinander gemischt unter Bildung eines benetzbaren Pulvers.
Zubereitung 2
30 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (2), 20 Teile eines grenzflächenaktiven Mittels vom Polyäthylenglykolester-Typ und 50 Teile Cyclohexanon werden gründlich miteinander gemischt unter Bildung eines emulgierfähigen Konzentrats.
Zubereitung 3
5 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (15), 40 Teile Bentonit, 50 Teile Ton und 5 Teile Natriumlignosulfonat werden unter Pulverisierung gründlich miteinander gemischt, mit Wasser in ausreichendem Maße durchgeknetet und granuliert und getrocknet, wobei man das gewünschte Granulat erhält.
Zubereitung 4
3 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (30) und 97 Teile Ton werden gründlich unter Pulverisierung miteinander gemischt unter Bildung eines Staubes.
Zubereitung 5
5 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (42), 4 Teile Natriumlignosulfonat, 86 Teile Ton und 5 Teile Wasser werden in einem Bandmischer gründlich durchgeknetet und getrocknet unter Bildung eines feinen Granulats.
Zubereitung 6
25 Teile der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung (60), 5 Teile eines grenzflächenaktiven Mittels vom Polyoxyäthylenacetylallylester-Typ und 70 Teile Talk werden unter Pulverisierung gründlich miteinander gemischt unter Bildung eines benetzbaren Pulvers.
Die Amidophosphorthiolate der Formel I weisen auch andere ausgezeichnete Eigenschaften als Herbizide auf, beispielsweise ein langes Wirkungsvermögen, eine Aktivität sowohl bei einer Vorauflauf- als auch bei einer Blattbehandlung von Unkräutern, und eine Selektivität gegenüber vielen Nutzpflanzen, wie Reispflanzen, Rettichpflanzen, Sojabohnenpflanzen, Zuckerrübenpflanzen, Baumwollpflanzen, Erbsenpflanzen, Tomatenpflanzen, Lattichpflanzen, Weizen und Mais.

Beispiel 1
(Verbindung Nr. 1)
13,4 g Natrium-O,O-diphenyldithiophosphat werden in 100 ml Aceton gelöst. Die Lösung wird mit 7,0 g N-(kleines Alpha-Chloracetyl)-2-methylpiperidin versetzt und während einer Zeitspanne von 1 Stunde unter Rühren am Rückfluß gehalten. Nach der Entfernung von Aceton unter vermindertem Druck wird der Rückstand in Toluol aufgelöst. Die Lösung wird mit einer wäßrigen 3%igen Natriumhydroxidlösung und dann mit Wasser gewaschen. Das Lösungsmittel wird dann durch Vakuumdestillation entfernt. Man erhält 16,2 g N-[kleines Alpha-(O,O-Diphenylthiophosphorylthio)-acetyl]-2-methylpiperidin in Form eines hellgelben Ölrückstandes.

Unter Anwendung der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Arbeitsweise werden die Verbindungen (2) bis (29) hergestellt.
Beispiel 2
(Verbindung Nr. 30)
31,0 g Natrium-O,O-di-2-chloräthyldithiophosphat werden in 100 ml Aceton aufgelöst, worauf 17,5 g N-kleines Alpha-Chloracetyl-2-methylpiperidin zugesetzt werden. Die auf diese Weise erhaltene Lösung wird während einer Zeitspanne von 2 Stunden unter Rühren am Rückfluß gehalten. Anschließend wird Aceton unter vermindertem Druck entfernt. Der Rückstand wird mit Toluol versetzt. Die Toluollösung wird aufeinanderfolgend mit 5%iger Natriumcarbonatlösung und mit Wasser gewaschen. Durch Entfernung von Toluol unter vermindertem Druck erhält man 36,0 g eines gelben öligen Produkts. Das Rohöl wird einer Kiesegelsäurenchromatographie unterzogen. Dabei erhält man 32,0 g N-(kleines Alpha-O,O-di-2-Chloräthylthiophosphorylthioacetyl)-2-methylpiperidin (Brechungsindex n[hoch]20,5[tief]D = 1,5500) in Form eines farblosen klaren Öls.

Das Dithiophosphat-Zwischenprodukt läßt sich in einfacher Weise dadurch erhalten, daß eine Dithiophosphorsäure neutralisiert wird, die durch Umsetzung des entsprechenden Halogenalkohols mit Phosphordipentasulfit in Gegenwart oder Abwesenheit eines Lösungsmittels, wie Toluol od. dgl., hergestellt wird.
Das Thiophosphat-Zwischenprodukt kann in einfacher Weise dadurch erhalten werden, daß der entsprechende Alkohol mit Phosphortrichlorid in einem Lösungsmittel, wie Tetrachlorkohlenstoff od. dgl., zur Gewinnung des Diesterphosphits umgesetzt wird, worauf das letztere in Gegenwart von Schwefel mit Ammoniakgas gesättigt wird.
Unter Anwendung der gleichen Methode können die anderen Verbindungen (31) bis (72) hergestellt werden.

Claims (3)
1. Amidophosphorthiolate, gekennzeichnet durch die Formel
(I)
worin bedeutet
R[tief]3 Sauerstoff oder Schwefel
a) R[tief]1 und R[tief]2 die Gruppe der Formel
und
R[tief]4 N-Pyrrolidino, N-Hexamethylenimino, N-Morpholino oder Dimethyl-N-morpholino oder die Gruppe
oder
b) oder R[tief]1 und R[tief]2 eine Gruppe der Formel
und
R[tief]4 N-Pyrrolidino, Dimethyl-N-morpholino, N-Hexamethylenimino, N-Morpholino oder eine Gruppe der Formel
oder
wobei X Methyl, Chlor oder Brom, Y Chlor oder Brom, Z Wasserstoff oder Methyl, m die Zahl 1 oder 2, n die Zahl 0, 1 oder 2, A und B jeweils C[tief]1- bis C[tief]4-Alkyl, Allyl, Propinyl, Phenyl, Benzyl, Nitrophenyl oder Methylphenyl und J Methyl oder Äthyl und p die Zahl 0, 1 oder 2 darstellt.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich bekannter Weise eine Verbindung der Formel

worin M ein Alkalimetall oder Ammonium bedeutet,
mit der Verbindung der Formel umsetzt
(III)
worin Hal ein Halogenatom bedeutet.
3. Verwendung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1 als Herbizid.
