der allgemeinen Formel (1) in Anspruch 1, in der R1, R\ RJ und X die
dort angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich bekannter Weise
ein o-Nitro-anilinderlvat der allgemeinen Formel (2)

üblichen Tragerstoff.

Methyl, Äthyl, Methoxy oder Äthoxy bedeuten, wobei R3 mit besonderem Vorzug in 3-Siellung
des Phenylrlngs steht.

allgemeinen Formel (1) kommen beispielsweise in Frage das

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von o-Nltro-phenyl-thionocarbamoyl-carbaminaten
der allgemeinen Formel (1), in der R1, R\ R'
und X die dort angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, das dadurch gekennzeichnet Ist, daß man In an sich bekannter

Zur Herstellung der Produkte der Formel (I) setzt man
ein o-Nltranlllnderivat der Formel (2) mit einem Alkylisothiocyanatoformiat
je nach Reaktionsfähigkeit der Ausgangsmaierlallen ein bis mehrere Stunden bei einer
Temperatur zwischen 20 und 120° C um, wobei man zweckmäßig das Alkyllsothlocyanatoformiat im Überschuß
verwendet, so daß es auch als Lösungsmittel dient. Die Reaktionsprodukte isoliert man durch Verdampfen
des Überschusses an Alkyl-Isothiocyanatoformiat
und extrahiert den Rückstand mit einem Inerten Lösungsmittel. Als solche Lösungsmittel eignen sich
z. B. Essigester, Dläthyläther, Dlisopropyläther, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform oder Benzol.

Als Alkyl-isothiocyanatoformiate der Formel (3) kommen
in Frage das Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Butyl-, Isobutyl- und Tertiärbutyl-isothiocyanatoformiat.
Die für die Herstellung der o-Nlirophenyl-thionocarbamoyl-carbaminate
der Formel (1) benötigten o-Nltranilinderivate
der Formel (2) werden ihrerseits für den Fall, daß X die -O-SO2-Gruppe bedeutet, durch Reaktion der
entsprechenden Chlor-nltro-Verbindungen der nachstehenden
Formel (4), In der R2 und R' die gleiche Bedeutung
wie in Formel (I) haben, mit Ammoniak in einem Lösungsmittel wie Dioxan oder Methanol bei erhöhter
Temperatur und erhöhtem Druck gewonnen. Die Chlornitro-Verbindungen
der Formel (4) wiederum werden erhalten, indem man 3-Nltro-4-chlor-benzolsulfonsäurechlorld
(5) mit einem Phenol der nachstehenden Formel (6), in der R2 und R' die gleiche Bedeutung wie in
Formel (1) haben. In einem inerten Lösungsmittel In
Gegenwart einer Base wie Triüthylamln umsetzt.
Für den Fall, daß X die -SOj-O-Gruppe bedeutet, werden
die entsprechenden o-Nltranlllnderlvate der Formel
(2) erhalten, Indem man .7.-Nltro4-amlno-phenol (7)
mit einem Benzolsulfonsiiurechlorid der Formel (8), In
der R2 und Ri die gleiche Bedeutung wie in Formel (I;
haben, in einem Inerten Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart einer Base wie Triäthylamln umsetzt.

Die erfindungsgemäßen o-Nltrophenyl-thionocarbamoyl-carbaminate
der Formel (1) sind anthelmintlsch wirksam.
Die neuen Verbindungen der Formel (I) sind besonders
wirksam gegen eine große Anzahl von Helminthen, z. B. Haemonchus, Trlchostrongylus, Ostertagia, Strongylotdes,
Cooperia, Chabertla, Oesophagostomum, Hyostrongylus, Ankylostoma, Askarls und Helerakls. Besonders
ausgeprägt Ist die Wirksamkeit gegen Magen-Darm-Strongyllden,
von denen vor allem Wiederkäuer befallen werden.
Die Wirkstoffe werden zusammen mit pharmazeutischen
Lösungsmitteln bzw. Trägerstoffen oral oder subkutan appllzlert, wobei je nach den Umständen die eine
oder andere Applikationsform bevorzugt wird.
1) 2-Nltro-4-phenoxysulfonyl-phenyl-thionocarbamoylmethylcarbamlnat
wird hergestellt, Indem man 29,4 g 2-Nltro-4-phenoxysulfonyl-anilln in 30 ml
Methyl-lsothlocyanato-formiat 1 Stunde unter Rühren auf 1000C erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf
300C versetzt man allmählich mit Insgesamt 200 ml
Diisopropyläther, kühlt das Gemisch in einem Eisbad und filtriert das ausgefallene 2-Nitro-4-phenoxysulfonyl-phenyl-thionocarbamoyl-methylcarbamlnat
ab. Es Ist für die Weiterverarbeitung genügend rein. Ausbeute 25 g; F. 137° C.
Zur Herstellung des 2-Nltro-4-phenoxysulfonylanillns
werden 54 g S-Nltro^-chlor-benzolsulfonsäure-phenylester
In 500 ml Dloxan bei 5 at Überdruck gasförmigem Ammoniak 5 Stunden bei 50° C
gehalten und das Lösungsmittel darauf Im Vakuum J5
abgezogen. Der Rückstand wird mit 200 ml eines Gemisches aus gleichen Teilen Methanol und Wasser
versetzt, wobei nach kurzer Zeit ein fester Niederschlag entsteht, der abfiltriert wird. Nach dem
Umkristallisieren aus Methanol und aus Benzol ■»('
erhält man 28 g 2-Nitro-4-phenoxysuIfonyI-anilIn vom F. 1040C.
S-Nltro^-chlor-benzolsulfonsäure-phenylester wird
erhalten. Indem man 51 g 3-Nltro-4-chlor-benzolsulfonsäurechlorid
mit 18,8 g Phenol In 120 ml Aceton « mischt und unter Kühlung bei einer 10° C nicht
übersteigenden Temperatur 28 ml Triethylamin zutropft. Man rührt noch einige Stunden bei Raumtemperatur
und versetzt sodann mit Wasser, wobei sich ein Öl abscheidet, das mit Äther extrahiert
wird. Nach dem Umkristallisieren des Rückstandes aus Methanol erhält man 54 g 3-Nitro-4-cblor-benzolsulfonsäure-phenylester
vom F. 7PC. Analog werden unter Verwendung entsprechend
modifizierter Ausgangsmaterialien dargestellt: "

wird hergestellt, indem man 29,4 g 2-Nltro-4-phenyl-sulfonyloxy-anllln In
30 ml Methyl-isothlocyanato-formlat 1 Stunde unter Rühren auf 100° C erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf
30° C versetzt man allmählich mit insgesamt 200 ml Diisopropyläther, kühlt das Gemisch in einem Eisbad
und saugt das ausgefallene 2-Nltro-4-phenylsulfonyloxy-phenyl-thlonocarbamoyl-methylcarbaminat
ab. Man kristallisiert aus Methylglykol/Methanol um und erhält 30 g dieses Stoffes vom F. 134° C.
Zur Herstellung des 2-Nitro-4-phenylsulfonyloxyanilins werden 15,4 g 3-Nitro-4-amino-phenol In 100 ml Aceton mit 14 ml Triäthylamin vermischt und unter Rühren bei einer 20° C nicht übersteigenden Innentemperatur im Eisbad 17,6 g Benzolsulfonsäurechlorid. selöst in 30 ml Aceton, zugetropft. Man rührt noch 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nach, filtriert das Triäthylamin-hydrochlorld ab und dampft das Fittrat zur Trockne ein. Man verrührt nunmehr den Rückstand mit 50 ml Methanol und filtriert. Nach dem Auswaschen mit Methanol und Trocknen erhält man 18,2 g 2-Nitro-phenylsuIfonyloxyanilin vom F. 140° C.
Zur Herstellung des 2-Nitro-4-phenylsulfonyloxyanilins werden 15,4 g 3-Nitro-4-amino-phenol In 100 ml Aceton mit 14 ml Triäthylamin vermischt und unter Rühren bei einer 20° C nicht übersteigenden Innentemperatur im Eisbad 17,6 g Benzolsulfonsäurechlorid. selöst in 30 ml Aceton, zugetropft. Man rührt noch 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nach, filtriert das Triäthylamin-hydrochlorld ab und dampft das Fittrat zur Trockne ein. Man verrührt nunmehr den Rückstand mit 50 ml Methanol und filtriert. Nach dem Auswaschen mit Methanol und Trocknen erhält man 18,2 g 2-Nitro-phenylsuIfonyloxyanilin vom F. 140° C.
Analog werden unter Verwendung entsprechend modifizierter Ausgangsmaterialien dargestellt:
