als Drehkörper ausgebildeten Gegenhalteeinrichtung, deren Breite mindestens einem Großteil der Breite des textlien Faserstoffes entspricht, und deren Gegenhalteflächen mit den entsprechenden Arbeitsflächen der Schwingungsübertragungsglieder bei zusammenwirkender Deckungsgleichheit parallel verlaufen.
Eine solche Vorrichtung ist in dem älteren Patent 2261169 angegeben. Dabei entsteht das Problem, daß während des Verschweißen in den Bereichen zwischen den Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern der ersten Reihe Falten in den zu verschweißenden Schichten auftreten können, die dann von den Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern der zweiten Reihe in das Material eingeschweißt werden.
Dieser unerwünschte Nebeneffekt wird dadurch sieher ausgeschaltet, daß in Weiterbildung der älteren Erfindung Andruckstempel im Abstand von und zwischen den Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern der ersten Reihe angeordnet sind, die auf die Schichten des textlien Faserstoffes drückbar sind. Dadurch ist es erstmals möglich, beliebige Muster faltenfrei über die volle, nur von der Maschinengrößc begrenzte Breite der Schichten in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang zusammenhängend zu verschweißen.
Weiterbildungen dieser Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Anhand der Zeichnung wird der Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigt

Eine allgemein mit 10 bezeichnete Ultraschall-Schweißvorrichtung hat ein Traggestell 12. In dem Gestell 12 sind Schwingungsübertragungsglicder 16 und Gegenhalteflächen angeordnet, die die verschiedensten Formen haben können, aber im vorliegenden Fall aus einer Walze 18 mit einer Reihe von in einem Muster angebrächten Vorsprüngen 20 bestehen. Die Walze 18 ist in dem Gestell 12 gelagert und wird von nicht dargestellten Antriebsmitteln bekannter Bauart in Drehung versetzt. Die Vorsprünge 20 haben Au-

Claims (7)

  1. Patentansprüche;
    lr Vorrichtung zum Verbinden und Bilden eines Stoffes aus zwei oder mehr Schichten a?is textilem Faserstoff, von denen mindestens eine einen thermoplastischen Stoff enthält, mit mehreren Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern, die mit der obersten Schicht in Berührung stehen und untereinander in Längsrichtung der Schichten versetzt und in mindestens zwei parallelen Reihen angeordnet sind und sich entlang von Achsen erstrecken, welche senkrecht zu der Achse der Schichten verlaufen, und mit einer auf der anderen Seite der Schichten liegenden, als Drehkörper ausgebildeten Gegenhalteeinrichtung, deren Breite mindestens einem Großteil der Breite des textlien Faserstoffes entspricht, und deren Gegenhalteflächen mit den entsprechenden Arbeitsflächen der SpfiWingungsübertragungsglieder bei zusammenwirkender Deckungsgleichheit parallel verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Andruckstempel (34) im Abstand von und zwischen den Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern (16) der ersten Reihe angeordnet sind, die auf die Schichten (23, 24) des textlien Faserstoffes drückbar sind.
  2. 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckstempel (34) so angebracht sind, daß sie mit den Bahnen (23,24) in und außer Berührung kommen können.
  3. 3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (4o, 48,50) zum. Verändern des Drucks der Aridnickstempel (34) gegen die Bahnen (23, 24).
  4. 4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungzum Verändern des Drucks der Andruckstempel (34) aus einem Arm (46) und einem Gewicht (48) bestehen, das verschiebbar auf dem Arm angebracht ist, wobei der Arm wirksam mit den Stempeln verbunden ist, so daß der durch diese Andruckstempel gegen die Bahnen (23, 24) ausgeübte Druck sich entsprechend der Stellung des Gewichts auf dem Arm verändert.
  5. 5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckstetnpel (34) für eine Bewegung in und außer Berührung mit den Bahnen (23, 24) schwenkbar in einem festen Drehpunkt (44) gelagert sind.
  6. 6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungseinrichtung für die Andruckstempel (34) enthält:
    a) zwei drehbar am Gestell (12) an gegenüberliegenden Enden der Reihen von Schwingungsübertragungsgliedern (16) gelagerte Hebel (40);
    b) ein Verbindungsteil (36), das sich zwischen den Hebeln (40) erstreckt und mit ihnen an von den Drehpunkten (44) entfernten Stellen dieser Hebel verbunden ist; und
    c) Haltearmc (38) zur starren Verbindung der Andruckstempel (34) mit dem Verbindungsteil (36).
  7. 7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis ft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckstempel (34) aus einem nichtmetallischen, feuerbeständigen Material bestehen.
