Description
blonenmantel 12. The edge area 10 is either covered by varnish or made of solid material. In any case, the edge area is designed in such a way that that a closed edge strip 10 is located here.
In the area of this edge strip 10, according to the invention, there is a control strip, preferably a line 11, engraved, provided with a grid or attached, it is essential that this control strip is preferred is formed circumferentially and in the running direction to the pattern within the patterned stencil jacket 12 it's correct. This control strip, which lies in a continuous line, can simply be an open sieve, and with normal screen printing stencils. In any case, it must be able to be scanned with any corresponding adapted control device 2, which is assigned to the ϊ ^ belt circulation area. This control device is in Fig. 1 only indicated because they have a different shape Vann. Does it If this line is around an attached wire, it can be scanned electromechanically. Act If the line is a magnet wire, a magnet switch must be assigned to it, which immediately switches off when the wire moves out of its effective range. In general, it becomes preferable be to provide this control strip 11 with a grid, likewise, patterned stencil jacket 12 wind, so no special operation for attachment of the control strip is necessary if it is a screen printing stencil. With paint and electroplating stencils the method that is used for the patterning of the stencil jacket is preferably selected in each case is used to attach the control strip 11 in the edge strip area at the same time. Additionally a horizontal line 13 indicating the repeat can be arranged for the control strip 11, which is also scanned by the control device and z. ß. with each revolution of the rotary template 1 causes an impulse. This can be used to check whether all printing units in the rotary press bring the repeat evenly. The correspondence of the printing of all colors is with it enables. This control of the individual printing units in relation to one another is particularly important when printing of mixed colors etc. extremely important to avoid any color area shifts within a run to have on the goods. Additional control markings 14 can still be in the area of the control strip 11 should be provided, e.g. to check very critical points.
In Fig. 3 shows an exemplary embodiment of a control device 2. This is the The control strip 11 can be scanned by air. The supplied by a fan 20 via filter 21 Air reaches a scanning head 22 through which the edge area of the template 1 is guided. In the area the dispensing and receiving nozzles of the scanning head 22 is the control strip 11. From here the air is fed to the head 30 of a hydraulic slide 3, which works with a membrane 31. The hydraulic slide 3 is connected to a servo cylinder 4 via lines 41, 42 and is applied in the normal position evenly from both sides of the piston 40 with reduced oil pressure. The oil comes from an oil container 5 via an oil field filter 50, arrives at a gear pump 51 and is from here via a reducing valve 52 and a line 53 are fed to the hydraulic slide 3. The slide is designed in such a way that that even with a slight adjustment of the head 30 and the membrane 31 either via the line 41 or the Line 42 of the piston 40 of the servo cylinder 4 is acted upon on one side, so that an adjustment of the Tension and regulating roller 15, e.g. B. the in F i g. 1 stencil tape 1 shown schematically can take place. An oil pressure fuse 152 is assigned to the reducing valve 52. Details are of course variable, just as completely different scanning devices can be provided. Except for those already mentioned There is also the possibility of scanning with photo cells, whereby the amount of light is measured that acts on the selenium cells. It is essential that through constant monitoring of the stencil run an automatic action on the work equipment of the template is enabled. Whether now the Print heads of the round stencil are adjusted or the clamping and rule roller 15 is adjusted, is in Basically indifferent. The scanning of the cross line 13 can also be carried out in a variety of ways as are the special control marks 14. All of those obtained by the scan Values are sent to comparison devices so that the individual printing units are in their position in relation to one another are precisely controlled and, for example, if the printing units run unevenly in relation to one another an acoustic or optical signal is given or automatic control takes place.
