Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende, aus feuersicherem Stoff mit Biechplattenbekleidung bestehende und von Luftkanälen durchzogene Tür unterscheidet sich von den bekannten, mit Luftkanälen versehenen Türen dadurch, daß die Kanäle nicht wie bei diesen einerseits nur mit kleinen Austrittsöffnungen versehen sind, sondern daß sie unten und oben an der Tür mit vollem Querschnitt ausmünden. Infolge dieser Anordnung wird bei eintretendem Schadenfeuer, da bei Erwärmung und dem durch diese bewirkten Auftrieb der Luft fortwährend eine genügende Menge Frischluft von unten her in die Kanäle eintreten und die erwärmte Luft oben frei austreten kann, ein lebhafter Luftumlauf in der Tür und dadurch eine wirksame Kühlung herbeigeführt, sowie sicher verhindert, daß die Tür an der dem Feuer abgekehrten Seite glühend wird.
