3. Biocides, bactericides und/oder fungicides Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0-(N-Methylcarbamoylj-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
als aktiven Wirkstoff, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit üblichen Träger- oder Zuschlagstoffen enthält.
Die Erfindung betrifft O-(N-Methylcarbamoyl)-tarbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
der Formel

Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung besitzt bemerkenswerte pesticide Eigenschaften, insbesondere biocide,
bactericide und/oder fungicide Wirkungen.
Die bactericiden Eigenschaften dieser Verbindung können durch Untersuchungen gezeigt werden, die
In Gegenwart von Materialien, wie Papierbrei und Harzklebstoff, durchgeführt werden unter Bedingungen,
die analog zu den in der Praxis verwendeten tind.
Die fungiciden Eigenschaften der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung können durch Untersuchungen an
Septoria nodorum gezeigt werden. Beispiele für die Untersuchungen werden weiter unten angegeben.
Das srfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung des O-iN-MethylcarbamoylJ-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxims
ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Carb-Hthoxychlorformaldoxim der Formel

in Gegenwart einer organischen Base mit Methylisocyanat in an sich bekannter Weise umsetzt.
Die verwendete organische Base ist vorzugsweise Triäthylamin, Triethylendiamin, N-Methylpiperidin,
Pyridin, Trimethylamin, N-Methylpyrrolidin oder
Chinolin.
Das als Ausgangsprodukt des Verfahrens verwendete Carbäthoxychlorfortnaldoxim kann in analoger
Weise zu dem von Gleeii S. S k i η η e r et coll. (J. Am.
SöC., 46,738 [1924]) beschriebenen Verfahren erhalten
werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betritt auch ein biocides,
bactericides und/oder fungicides Mittel, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es Q-(N-M<sthylcarbamoyl)*
carbätboxychlorforraaldoxim als aktiven Wirkstoff,
gegebenenfalls zusammen mit üblichen Träger- oder Zuschlagstoffen enthält
Dieses Mittel kann in Form von Stäubepulvern, Suspensionen, Emulsionen oder Lösungen vorliegen,
die zusätzlich zu dem aktiven Wirkstoff kationische, anionische oder nichtionische oberflächenaktive Mittel,
inerte Pulver, wie Talkum, Tone, Silicate, Kieselgur usw, ein Trägermaterial, wie Wasser, Alkohole,
Kohlenwasserstoffe oder andere organische Lösungsmittel mineralische, tierische oder pflanzliche öle,
enthalten können.
Das folgende Beispiel soll die Erfindung weiter erläutern.
O-(N-Methylcarbanioyl)-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
Man gibt 30,2 g CarbäthoxychlorTormaldoxim, das nach dem Verfahren, das von Gleen S. Skinner
et coll. (J. Am. Soc, 46, 738 [1924]) beschrieben ist, hergestellt sein kann, 30 ecm Methylisocyanat und
eine Spur Triäthylamin in 300 ecm Tetrahydrofuran.
Man siedet dann 4 Stunden unter Rückflußbedingungen und dampft dann zur Trockne ein. Man
erhält so ein fa&bloses Ul, das man durch Zugabe
von Isopropyläther verfestigt. Die Kristalle werden abgesaugt, mit Isopropyläther gewaschen und unter
vermindertem Druck getrocknet. Man erhält so 21 g O - (N - Methylcarbamoyl) - carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
in Form von weißen Kristallen, die in Chloroform löslich, in Äthanol, Benzol und Methylethylketon
wenig löslich und in Isopropyläther unlöslich sind; F. = 94°C.
Analyse: C6H9ClN2O4 = 208,60.

Soweit bekannt, ist diese Verbindung in der Literatur nicht beschrieben worden.
Untersuchung der biociden Eigenschaften von
O-(N-MethylcarbamoylV
carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
Man stellt 9,71 Papierbrei mit einer Konzentration von 12,5 g/l her, gibt 200 ecm 2%igen Harzklebstoff
hinzu und bewirkt einen Befall mit 100 ecm eines
Inokulums von Aerobacter aerogenes und inkubiert dann unter Rühren bei 35° C.
Am zweiten Tag führt man eine erste Zählung der Keime durch und behandelt dann durch direkte
Zugabe des zu untersuchenden Produktes in Konzentrationen von SO, 25, 12,5 und 6,25 ppm, stellt dann
das Niveau mit sterilem Wasser wieder ein und führt Keimzählungen 1, 4, 7 und 23 Stunden nach dieser
Behandlung erneut durch.
Am 3, Tag zählt man die Keime, stellt das Niveau erneut mit sterilem Wasser ein, bewirkt einen erneuten
Befall des Breies mit 100 ecm eines Inokulums von Aerobacter und führt die Zählungen 1, 4, 7 und
23 Stunden nach der erneuten Verunreinigung fort. Die Ergebnisse sind in Prozentsätzen der antibakteriellen Wirksamkeit angegeben.

CHN-Mettiylcarbaraoyl)-carbäthoxychlorfonnaldoxün
Die fungicide Wirkung des untersuchten Produktes wird durch Behandlung von Getreidekörnera, die
von Septoria nodorum befallen sind, nachgewiesen.
IHe Behandlung wird an 25 befallenen Körnern in
Form einer Bestäubung durchgeführt in einer Dosis, die 80 g des aktiven Wirkstoffs pro Zentner entspricht
Dann läßt man die Körner bei 5° C keimen. Ein
Pärallel-Versuch wird durch Behandlung mit Meth- oxyätbylqnccksilbersiljcat bei einer Ocvs, die 3 g
Quecksilber pro Zentner entspricht, durchgeführt.
Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden
Tabelle zusammengefaßt.

Vergleichsveisuch
Die überraschende Überlegenheit der erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindung gegenüber dem Stand der Technik geht aus folgenden Versuchen hervor.
Der angewandte Test ähnelt weitgehend dem vorstehend zur Untersuchung der biociden Eigenschaften
beschriebenen Test:
Man verwendet eine wäßrige Papierbreisuspension (Kraft-Brei + mechanischer Brei), der ein Harzklebstoff
zugegeben wurde. Man bewirkt einen Befall mit Kulturen von 8 Bakterien (2 Bakterien Gram +, 6 Bakterien
Gram -) und inkubiert anschließend 20 Stunden bei 37° C.
Anschließend führt man eine erste Zählung der erschienenen Kolonien nach der Methode der Verdünnungen
durch.
Danach wird in die befallene Suspension der zu untersuchende Wirkstoff in einer Dosis von 2,5 ppm
eingebracht, und anschließend wird im Wasserbad auf 37°C erhitzt. Die Zählung der Kolonien erfolgt
1, 4, 7 und 23 Stunden nach der Behandlung, danach wird die Breisuspension erneut mit Hilfe der vorstehenden
Bakterien kontaminiert, und man nimmt Zählungen der Kolonien 25, 28 und 31 Stunden nach
der ursprünglichen Behandlung mit den zu untersuchenden Produkten vor.
Durch Vergleich mit ähnlichen Veniucheö, durch- to
geführt in Abwesenheit des Wirkstoffs, läßt sich der
Prozentsatz der korrigierten Wirksamkeit (EC) des untersuchten Produkte» ermitteln, den man wie folgt
berechnet:
