Claims (16)

1. Kindersicherheitssitz mit einem Untergestell (1), be­ stehend aus einem Basisteil (2), das auf einen Kraftfahr­ zeugsitz aufstellbar ist, und einem daran rückseitig be­ festigten, sich nach oben erstreckenden Abstützteil (3), das an der Rückenlehne des Kraftfahrzeugsitzes anliegt,
  • - wobei das Basisteil mindestens Mittel zur Fixierung eines Sitzteiles (4) aufweist und eine Rückenlehne (11) am Sitzteil (4) oder am Basisteil (2) mindestens um einen bestimmten Neigungswinkel schwenkbar vorgesehen ist, wel­ ches Untergestell (1) am Basisteil (2) oder am Abstütz­ teil (3) und/oder im Übergangsbereich zwischen den beiden winklig zueinander angeordneten Teilen (2, 3) mindestens an einer Seite eine Gurtführung (6) aufweist, über die der Beckengurt (10) eines Kraftfahrzeuggurtes querverlau­ fend auflegbar ist, der mindestens an zwei Punkten des Fahrzeuges und/oder Fahrzeugsitzes fixiert ist,
  • - wobei am Basisteil (2) mindestens ein um eine untere Schwenkachse (10) verschwenkbarer, zwischen dem Abstütz­ teil (3) und der Rückenlehne (11) angeordneter, sich nach oben erstreckender Hebelarm oder Bügel (7) vorgesehen ist, der im Bereich der Gurtführung (6) den Gurt (10) mit einem Abschnitt beim Zurückschwenken stufenförmig um die Gurtführung (6) ablenkt und spannt.
