Description
Das liegt deutlich unter dem Anforderungswert für die Heizlast bei Passivhäusern mit 10 W/m2.Warm living areas such as in apartments, production halls or even in cars or trains should remain warm for a long time with low material thicknesses and low production costs, so that almost no heat is allowed to escape to the outside. This is with a highly effective infrared heat reflective layer package, ie without insulation and thus without insulation effect in conventional construction thicknesses of z. B. brickwork with thermal barrier and surface tempering well feasible, [Horn13; Horn13a, Horn13b]. The transmission heat losses can sink to less than 1 W / m 2 . This is well below the requirement value for the heating load for passive houses with 10 W / m 2 .
The practice, however, wants a still thinner and easier to install layer structure, because each centimeter saved on the wall thickness is gained space, saves building costs and brings z. B. additional rental income. In a new building, a 10 mm thicker wall is still hardly a problem, with renovations, this inner thicker wall structure of 10 mm thickness can already be disadvantageous and cause further effects.
In order to ensure the reflection effect of the layer package, was previously a distance of minimally approx. 10 mm deemed necessary. From a physical point of view, a tiny gap of 0.1 mm would suffice for the reflection. However, this is not so feasible on the construction site and only brings a marginal advantage.
Greater savings in resource use can be achieved with increasingly slender load-bearing components rather than with the reflection system (instead of insulation). Here, static or sound insulation requirements usually cause such large component thicknesses that no condensation occurs on the inside. However, there are cases in which a limit thickness is exceeded, and construction details, which is to be expected with condensation on the inside.
- a) thin components of trapezoidal sheet roofs with too little or no roof insulation,
- b) thermal bridges due to continuous steel girders in roof or wall constructions with infills of reinforced concrete hollow floors or with 115 mm thick masonry,
- c) plate, disc or shell-like elements, reinforced with natural or artificial fibers or lattices or unreinforced, one- or multi-component materials such as wood-cement boards, gypsum fiber boards, glass or textile fiber reinforced or plastic-coated wood or earthen materials of only a few cm thick,
- d) windows with steel profiles in former conservatories, which are included in the full-fledged living space,
- e) Door and window frames made of plastic, which stand up directly on a concrete floor.
Examples d) and e) are common thermal bridges and were not sufficiently considered when installing the reflection system. They cause a local cooling and with the falling cooler air creates a convection roller in the room, which is just to avoid. These examples show that the insulation of buildings with only very thin reflective films is already being used in construction and allows a pleasant room climate due to radiant heat [Meier10], [Horn14] with low energy consumption, but recent cases of local convection have been observed. The calculation of the thermal bridges and the compliance with minimum insulation thicknesses are well known. In addition, such a solution can be found that no condensation can form between insulation with films and outer thin component or to the room air heranreichende thermal bridge.
- - From the inside through the thermal barrier no water vapor can be tracked through the layer structure and
- - from outside to inside - contrary to the usual opinion even in the summer months - no water vapor can diffuse in here.
Condensate water is therefore theoretically no longer to be expected. However, the practice reveals minimal gaps in connections, leaking masonry, pipe penetrations in the ground or leaks in the roof area, and a BlowerDoor test certifies the building to be very tight, which is not to be understood as being absolutely leakproof.
However, if small droplets or frost form in the interstitial space from the amount of standing air present after cold nights, this process will then reverse during the day when temperatures rise. It forms again water vapor, which diffuses in a cold weather to the outside and thus alleviated the supposed problem.
Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe Solution of the task
In practice, every day is sufficiently thick insulated. The proof of the required U-value is given by the λ values and layer thicknesses d. In contrast, when calculating with insulating foils and adjacent further material layers, the associated material properties raw density and heat storage as well as their water vapor permeability are taken into account. This calculation corresponds better to reality and results in a more even heat transfer curve, which is no longer based on the reference thermal conduction λ [W / (mK)] but on the root value b = √ (λρc) [W / (m 2 K) h 0.5 ] yields. Consequently, there is no drastic jump on the internal insulation as with the insulation. This changes in walls during the day, as solar heat can penetrate into the material layers. Thus, the temperature is raised in the course of layers in the usual masonry walls on average by 2 to> 3 ° C.
From this the following solution can be derived:
On the inner side of the room, an anti-condensate insulation of minimum thickness with direct contact - without any thin air layer - is applied to the "cold" material (such as steel flange, fiber concrete, window frames made of plastic, OSB board, etc.) best glued on. This prevents moisture from condensing on the "cold" material surface. The thickness depends on the specific case, can generally be 10 to 30 mm thick, it must be calculated.
- a) Under the first outer OSB board with roof skin, a 30 mm thick wood fiber insulation board is laid over the entire surface of a second OSB board. On the 2nd OSB board the 1st reflection layer hangs, including with spacer the 2nd reflection layer, which lies with small spacer blocks on top of the trapezoidal profiles. The roof structure above the top flange of the trapezoidal sheet then has a thickness of approx. 10 cm and an equivalent insulation thickness of> 1 m with WLG 040.
- b) For very heat-conducting materials such as steel girders, the anti-condensation insulation must be applied laterally over the flange girder a few centimeters away.
- c) surface support elements with thicknesses of only <10 mm to a few centimeters get inside a full-surface to the room and reflective insulation layer, eg. B. with 3-ply Luftbubbles or glass fleece material, which is upgraded by a further reflection layer.
- d) Steel window frames from former conservatories are equipped with elastic, heat-reflecting anti-condensation insulation strips up to approx. 20 mm laterally on the glass.
- e) For window frames such as steel or aluminum, depending on the material and frame width, the anti-condensation insulation should be applied to the frame as far as possible> 30 mm. In order to increase the effect, the insulating strip surface should be painted with heat-reflecting glass paint as in d).
