  • • Auch bei der Neuanpflanzung von Friedwäldern/Ruheforsten oder Bäumen als wachsender Grabstein ist das Auswählen der Baumart bzw. Gehölzart nach den persönlichen Wünschen des Verstorbenen oder Angehörigen schwierig. Auf Friedhöfen zulässige Sonderwünsche nach ebenfalls langlebigen, aber nichtbaumartigen, sondern strauchartigen Gehölzen oder Zwerggehölzen mit besonderen Blüh- oder Fruchtaspekten (z.B.   • • Die schichtweise Hinzugabe der Asche eines Verstorbenen oder eines Haustieres bei der Pflanzung eines Baumes oder das Freihalten eines Hohlraumes im Wurzelbereich eines Baumes durch stab- oder röhrenförmige Elemente und ihr Entfernen nach Patentschrift EP 0623717 B1 ist mit einem vergleichsweise hohen technischen Aufwand verbunden.   • • die Kosten für Erwerb und Pflanzung der Transformationspflanzen -ähnlich wie beim Erwerb und Aufstellen eines Grabsteins- unmittelbar den Angehörigen bzw. Haustierhaltern zugeordnet werden können bzw. selbständig von ihnen zu tragen sind;
  • • die Beisetzung ohne größeren zeitlichen und technischen Aufwand durchgeführt werden kann;
  • • die Pflanzung und Beisetzung gleichzeitig erfolgen können und jahreszeitlich flexibel durchführbar sind;
  • • Urnenbehältnis und Transformationspflanze mit hoher Symbolik und als Zeichen neuen Lebens miteinander verbunden sind;
  • • die Beisetzung ökologisch verträglich und im Vergleich zu traditionellen Verfahren kostengünstig durchgeführt werden kann;
  • • die Beisetzung Platz sparend und räumlich und zeitlich flexibel auch auf kleinen Friedhöfen anwendbar ist;
