Claims (16)
- - eine matrizenartige Formunterseite (1),
- - eine flüssigkeits- und/oder gasdichte, flexible und ela stische oder plastische, transparente oder nicht transpa rente Abdeckung (2), welche zumindest oberhalb des formge benden Abschnittes (5) der Formunterseite (1) vollständig oder abschnittsweise trennfähig an dieser oder an einem Spannrahmen (15) oder an einer Druckglocke (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Abdeckung (2) außerhalb des Randbereichs des formgebenden Abschnittes (5) der Formunterseite (1) mit der Formunterseite (1) und/oder mit einem Spannrahmen (15) und/oder mit einer Druckglocke (4) flüssigkeitsdicht und/oder gasdicht in Verbindung steht oder flüssigkeits dicht und/oder gasdicht in Verbindung bringbar ist,
- - eine Verstärkungsfaserschicht (3), welche zumindest zwi schen dem formgebenden Abschnitt (5) der Formunterseite (1) und der hierzu korrespondierenden Abdeckung (2) flä chendeckend oder abschnittsweise vorgesehen ist,
- - eine Druckglocke (4), welche unter Überdruck mit einem flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Medium beaufschlagbar die Abdeckung (2) zumindest in dem formgebenden Abschnitt (5) der Formunterseite (1) und gegebenenfalls in den randwärts daran anschließenden Randbereichen mittelbar oder unmit telbar überragt, wobei die Druckglocke (4) mit der dorti gen Abdeckung (2) mittelbar oder unmittelbar flüssigkeits dicht und/oder gasdicht in Verbindung steht oder bringbar ist, um überflüssiges Reaktionsharz (22) aus der Verstär kungsfaserschicht (3) auszupressen,
- - einen oder mehrere Harzüberlaufkanäle (21) in dem von der Abdeckung (2) dicht überragten randwärtigen Bereich der Formunterseite (1) für das Auffangen von durch die druckbeaufschlagte Abdeckung (2) aus der Verstärkungsfa serschicht (3) herausgepreßtem Reaktionsharz (22) und/oder ein oder mehrere gegebenenfalls stutzenartige sowie abdec kungsseitige und/oder formseitige Mittel (7, 8) zur Absau gung von durch die druckbeaufschlagte Abdeckung (2) aus der Verstärkungsfaserschicht (3) herausgepreßtem Reakti onsharz (22) und/oder zur Anlegung von Unterdruck.
