Claims (15)

1. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte aus Holzfasern bestehend aus:
  • - trockenen Holzfasern,
  • - den losen Holzfasern zugeschlagenen bzw. zugemischten Klebstoffpartikeln, Harzen, Wachsen, biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoff-Bindefasern oder natürli­ chen oder aus herkömmlichen oder aus biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoffen bestehenden Stützfasern, wobei die thermoaktivierbaren Kunststoffasern bzw. Klebstoffpartikel zu einer die Holzfasern durchdringenden Matrix verbunden sind.
2. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den trockenen Holzfasern weitere pflanzliche und/oder tierische Naturfasern und/oder aus herkömmlichen oder biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoffen beste­ henden Stützfasern zugemischt sind.
3. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pflanzlichen und/oder tierischen Naturfasern aus Hanffasern, Flachsfasern, Strohfasern, Heufasern, Jutefasern, Sisalfasern, Wollefasern oder Roßhaarfa­ sern ausgewählt sind.
4. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß als thermoaktivierbare Kunststoffasern bzw. Klebstoffpartikel thermoplastisch umhüllte Kunststoffasern mit einem Kern bzw. Tragfilament und einer Ummantelung eingesetzt sind, wobei die Ummantelung aus Kunststoff, der biologisch abbaubar sein kann, Harz oder Wachs mit einem niedrigen Schmelz­ punkt zur Vernetzung der Fasern durch Aufschmelzen der Ummantelung besteht und der Kern bzw. das Tragfilament aus einem Kunststoff mit höherer Tempe­ raturbeständigkeit besteht, und/oder thermoplastische Kunststoffasern, Thermo­ plaste, Kondensationsharze, Polymerisationsharze, Stärke eingesetzt sind.
5. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die bereits vernetzten Dämmstoffplatten bzw. -matten unter­ seitig und/oder oberseitig mit einer luftundurchlässigen Kaschierung bzw. Be­ schichtung versehen sind.
6. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die eingesetzten Holzfasern eine Länge von 1,5 mm bis 20 mm und eine Dicke von 0,05 bis 1 mm aufweisen.
7. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß der Mischung der Holzfasern mit den thermoaktivierbaren Kunststoffasern oder Klebstoffpartikeln eine Schutzimprägnierung gegen Schadinsekten, Pilzbefall und/oder mikrobiellen Befall beigemengt ist.
8. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß der Mischung der Holzfasern und der thermoaktivierbaren Kunststoffasern oder Klebstoffpartikel brandhemmende Stoffe beigemengt sind.
9. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die Dämmstoffplatten eine profilierte Oberfläche aufweisen

Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, adurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Fasergemisch aus im wesentlichen Holzfasern mit einer Länge von 1,5 mm bis 20 mm und einer Dicke von 0,05 mm bis 1 mm mit thermoaktivierbaren Kunststoffasern oder Klebstoffpartikeln besteht.
11. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der thermoaktivierbaren Kunststoffasern oder Klebstoffpartikeln bis ca. 25 Gewichtsprozent beträgt.
12. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß sie ein Raumgewicht von 20 kg/m3 bis 170 kg/m3 aufweist.
13. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß sie mit Geweben und/oder Vliesen aus Natur-, Kunst- und/oder anorganischen Fasern und/oder Papieren und/oder Folien aus Metallen und/oder Kunststoffen kaschiert ist.
14. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß die Ober- und/oder Unterseite der Dämmstoffplatte bzw. - matte strukturiert und/oder perforiert ist.
15. Dämmstoffplatte bzw. -matte nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, daß sie mit mineralischen Stoffen beschichtet ist.
