Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern von Nahrungsmitteln (5) mit einer Schneidstation (3), einem im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderer (1) zum Zuführen von Nahrungsmitteln zur Schneidstation und einem oberhalb des horizontalen Förderers (1) mit Abstand angeordneten Niederhalter-Förderer (2), wobei die Schneidstation (3) wenigstens ein um eine parallel zur Förderrichtung der Nahrungsmittel (5) angeordnete Achse umlaufendes, quer zur Förderrichtung schneidendes Messer (13) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit dem Messer (13) umlaufende Anschlagplatte (15) für die angeförderten Nahrungsmittel (5) in Förderrichtung vor dem Messer (13) vorgesehen ist, wobei in der Anschlagplatte (15) eine im wesentlichen parallel zum Messer (13) angeordnete Durchtrittsöffnung (19) entsprechend der Messerkontur zum Durchtritt für geschnittenes Gut (18) vorgesehen ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Messer (13) und der Anschlagplatte (15) eine auswechselbare Distanzplatte (14) zur Schneiddickeneinstellung angeordnet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagplatte (15) in ihrem Abstand zum Messer (13) zur Schneiddickeneinstellung verstellbar ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Messerschneide entsprechende Kante (20) der Durchtrittsöffnung (19) gegenüber der Messerschneide vorlaufend ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das wenigstens ein Messer (13) ein Säbelmesser ist.
