Schwingungsdämpfer mit einem Gehäuse (20) mit einem ersten Ende, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Führungsring (40) und eine Kappe (22) am Gehäuse (20) befestigt sind, ein Schubstück (50) verschieblich im Gehäuse (20) sitzt, eine Stange (30) ver­ schieblich durch die Kappe (22) und den Führungsring (40) geführt ist und mit einem ersten Ende aus dem Gehäuse (20) ragt und mit einem zweiten Ende am Schubstück (50) befestigt ist, eine erste Feder (60) im Gehäuse (20) liegt und sich am äußeren Rand des Schubstücks (50) abstützt und eine zweite Feder (70) im mittleren Bereich des Schubstücks angreift.1.
