Description
The present invention relates to a masonry and a method for renovating a masonry damaged by moisture.
A wide variety of renovation materials and renovation processes are known for the renovation of moisture-damaged masonry. For example, renovation plasters are used for renovation. Restoration plasters that meet all the requirements of DIN 18550 and the requirements of the WTA (Scientific and Technical Working Group for Building Preservation and Monument Preservation ) guidelines 2-2-91 are referred to as restoration plasters WTA. Restoration plasters WTA are made from factory dry mortar in accordance with DIN 18557. They are plasters with high porosity and water vapor permeability with a significantly reduced capillary conductivity. Their functional reliability depends crucially on the composition and homogeneity of the mortar. They are suitable for plastering damp and / or saline masonry. Salts that damage building materials are stored in the renovation plaster and thus kept away from the renovation plaster surface. A high water vapor permeability of the renovation plaster results in favorable drying conditions for the moisture-damaged masonry.
The renovation plasters are usually used in the context of renovation plaster systems. In order to is associated with a considerable processing effort. So the old plaster must basically of the damp damaged masonry are chopped off and are also the masonry usually reveal 2 cm deep. This is necessary because the old plaster is not enough is or can be a suitable supporting surface for the new plaster. The damp-damaged Mau erwerk must be so firm as a plaster base that a liability and load-bearing capacity for the closing renovation plaster is given. In individual cases, this can mean that the damp damaged masonry must also be removed by a few centimeters to become one solid surface to come, or must be hardened by suitable measures.
Furthermore, measures must be taken if the subsoil is salinated the migration of soluble salts into the first layer of freshly applied, not yet sufficient to prevent hydrophobized renovation plaster. This salt treatment is common with salt binders, e.g. B. Fluaten reached the salts in the upper layer of the substrate convert from soluble to insoluble, so that during the curing time of the following plaster layer an immigration of salts is prevented.
After that, a spray shot is required to ensure sufficient adhesion to the surface to reach. This spraying must consist of a special material, the component of the selected renovation plaster system. Before the subsequent plaster is applied, there is one Waiting time of at least 24 hours is usually required to achieve hardening chen.
In addition, with larger bumps and depressions the moisture-damaged Masonry a leveling plaster is recommended. The associated operation be just as with spraying, indicates an additional waiting time because the leveling plaster before the application of the subsequent plaster must be hardened.
Only then is the actual renovation plaster, which consists of a factory dry mortar, with Mixed water and applied in one or two layers. So that a total plaster thickness of at least 2 cm. If the renovation plaster works in several steps is to bring, z. B. because of unevenness there are considerable differences in thickness a waiting time of one day per millimeter of plaster thickness before the next is applied Location recommended. At higher total plaster thicknesses, i.e. H. over 2 cm, this is waiting time must be strictly observed. With a leveling plaster of up to z. B. 3 cm a Waiting time of 30 days before the renovation plaster is applied.
Finally, there is a post-treatment of the renovation plasters in dry weather, wind and sun neneinfall, by z. B. humidification and possible shading, required. They can also No spaces during the curing time of renovation plasters, which can be up to 28 days be heated.
As the previous description of the renovation steps shows, renovation is by means of Restoration plastering systems are labor-intensive and time-consuming and therefore cost-intensive.
Another known form of renovation is sealing with water or damp materials on moisture-damaged masonry and is always required when pressing, flowing water through the masonry or through the building material in the underground structures, e.g. B. basement penetrates. Since in about 80% of all moisture Damaged basement no running water accrues, only moisture is always present is, which damages the plaster of the cellar and thus the utility value of the cellar, is a flä sealing is not necessary. It also has the disadvantage that only special systems can be used that are not replaced by salts. Even if this sealed plastered surfaces afterwards, there is a risk of flattening zens very large by pressing salts, unless you use special procedures and Means that are complex and therefore expensive.
Another known type of renovation consists of a seal with a facing, which is carried out in such a way that the moisture-damaged masonry is first sealed position is provided. This seal can be made of inorganic or organic mate rials exist, e.g. B. from sealing slurries, from plastic coatings, from bitumen paints chen, from bituminous or plastic-based sealing sheets or the like. Directly on following the waterproofing, a masonry is then made from conventional masonry bricks or created a bowl out of concrete.
The facing must, since there is a high probability, e.g. B. by Temperature change etc., condensation will form, plastered again, more common wise with a renovation plaster. So this is also a very complex Ver drive.
From DE 295 19 739 a mineral renovation plaster board is known, which consists of a Ze ment, river sand, glass granulate and water with the addition of foaming agents There is foam concrete. The renovation plaster is verse with a rough, non-slip surface hen to ensure adhesion for fixing the plate to a wall of a finishing coat Afford. This plate breaks easily and is not suitable for uneven or curved Masonry or masonry with cavities to be used. It also requires special knowledge of plastering and attaching the panels to the masonry.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a restoration material and a method for To provide renovation of damp-damaged masonry, with which a simple Rehabilitation of the same is made possible without the need for special expertise.
Another object of the invention is to provide rehabilitation material and a method which is also suitable for the renovation of uneven masonry or masonry with cavities net.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a facing masonry according to claim 1.
According to the invention, a masonry of glued or mortarized stones is used for Sa Nation provided a damaged masonry, the stones made of hardened Restoration plaster exist.
Furthermore, this task is accomplished by a method for the remediation of a moisture-damaged Masonry solved, in which an inventive masonry at a distance of the moisture-damaged masonry is made, and in that by the distance Free space created between the masonry and the moisture-damaged masonry room with a dry or moist filling mortar, a filler, especially a hy hydrophobic light filler, or a fiber-cement mixture is filled.
The lower area is preferred by the distance between the facing and the moisture-damaged masonry with a waterproof space Provide material.
The facing masonry advantageously has a thickness in the range from 4 cm to 12 cm.
In particular, the facing masonry preferably has a thickness in the range from 5 cm to 10 cm on.
According to a further special embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the Pre-masonry stones are tongue and groove. This simplifies a straight smooth brickwork.
Vorzugsweise ist der Sanierputz aus Werk-Tröckenmörtel hergestellt. The renovation plaster is preferably made from factory dry mortar.
B. Portlandzement, sulfatresistenter Port landzement, in Frage. It can be provided that the renovation plaster contains a binder. As a binder come limes and cement, such as B. Portland cement, sulfate resistant port land cement, in question.
Weiterhin enthält der Sanierputz günstigerweise einen Zuschlag. Als Zuschläge kommen z. B. Dolomite, Kalkstein oder Quarzsand in Frage.Furthermore, the renovation plaster advantageously contains a surcharge. As surcharges come e.g. B. Dolomite, limestone or quartz sand in question.
Vorzugsweise enthält der Sanierputz einen Leichtfüllstoff. Als Leichtfüllstoffe kommen z. B. Polystyrol, Bims und Perlite in Frage. The renovation plaster preferably contains a light filler. As light fillers such. B. Polystyrene, pumice and perlite in question.
In the method it can be provided that at least some of the stones with anchors the underground is connected.
Plastering of the masonry damaged by moisture can also be provided facing away from the facing masonry. This means that the exact ver the stones of the stones, which are already quite smooth, should be smoothed even further.
A thin-layer renovation plaster is advantageously applied with the plastering.
It can further be provided that the quick-setting mortar is an adhesive or masonry mortar is.
Conveniently, the waterproof material is a barrier mortar, synthetic resin, plastic or gel.
It can be provided that the waterproof material the width of the free space is filled in.
Finally, it can alternatively be provided that the waterproof material in the form of Sheets or sheets are introduced.
The invention is based on the surprising finding that the inventive Facing a renovation of moisture-damaged masonry is made possible by eliminating waiting times, which are common when using renovation plaster systems, and by eliminating knocking off and disposing of old components faster and easier is possible. The renovation according to the invention is so simple that individual areas within egg nes workday can be created without additional preparation or rework would be required. Since the masonry according to the invention made of stones from renovation plaster be stands and is significantly thicker than the renovation plasters that can be achieved in a renovation plaster system, who which significantly increases all the advantageous properties of renovation plasters. For example, this means that the salt absorption of a 5 cm thick facing masonry according to the invention compared to a 2 cm thick renovation plaster is increased by at least two and a half times.
Furthermore, due to the masonry according to the invention, there is no salt treatment for the Upper layer of the subsurface is necessary, since the facing masonry according to the invention is not moist, but already dry. The water repellency can be attacked by Salts are no longer disturbed, as this has already occurred, while one is fresh introduced renovation plaster builds up a hydrophobization only after hardening and during the curing time can be disturbed by the salts.
Even with occasional rush of liquid water, the thickness of the invention would in accordance with the facing masonry and the liquid water in the facing wall due to the hydrophobization Work taken up, but immediately distributed so that penetration of the liquid what is avoided in the room. In contrast, with thinner renovation plaster systems it would be in damage in this case, d. H. to penetrate the water into the interior. The risk of condensation is also greatly reduced by the thickness of the he stonework according to the invention.
By gluing or. Masonry of the stones with a quick setting, before preferably system-compliant mortar and by leaving a space or gap to the Old plaster can also not lead to an immigration of salts. So it remains Get the effect of a perfectly applied renovation plaster system and it even gets the salt increase and hydrophobicity increased, while maintaining vapor diffusion in the same size remains.
The facing masonry according to the invention also enables one compared to that described above ten renovation processes in the form of applying a moisture- or water-holding waste Seal with or without plaster or in the form of a facing with simultaneous moisture Protection simpler and therefore cheaper renovation.
Fig. 1 is a special means of an embodiment of the present invention shows schematically a plant 18 according facing sanitized wet damaged masonry. To renovate the moisture-damaged masonry 10 , a masonry 18 made of stones 12 was created by bricking with mortar 14 at a distance from it. In the gap 16 between the masonry 18 from the stones 12 and the moisture-damaged masonry 10 de filling mortar 20 was then filled, which brings the stones 12 in full contact with the moisture-damaged masonry 10 . The stones 12 are pore-open and pore-hydrophobic. The porosity of the stones 12 is approximately 40% by volume in the present example. The mortar 14 is also pore-open and pore-hydrophobic. The filling mortar 20 is open to pores, not hydrophobic and has a sulfate-resistant binder.
Fig. 2 is a special means of an embodiment schematically shows a face brickwork 18 of the present invention sanitized wet damaged masonry 10, which in the present example, a "hammer just" layer masonry. While in the example shown in FIG. 1 facing brickwork no leveling of the wet damaged masonry 10 was required, the filling mortar shown in Fig. 2 takes 20 also sierungsfunktion a egali.
Fig. 3 shows schematically the use of a particular embodiment of the inventive facing masonry in the renovation of the moisture-damaged masonry 10 of a Ge vault 22nd Since it is in the two vertically extending, moisture-damaged masonry ken 10 to "hammer-appropriate" layered masonry, these are renovated as in Fig. 2 by means of the masonry according to the invention. In addition, stones 12 in the arch area are glued overhead with the filling mortar 20 to the wall arch 24 .
Finally, FIG. 4 schematically shows the functioning of two adjoining stones of the facing masonry according to the invention. The filling mortar 20 is used to produce a full-surface hygric contact between the damp surface of the masonry 10 damaged by moisture and the stones 12 . Due to its capillarity, it acts as a moisture conductor to the filler mortar 20 / stone 12 interface. In the filling mortar 20 / stone 12 contact area, the moisture flow is converted into a steam diffusion flow indicated by arrows, since the stone 12 is highly hydrophobic with very high porosity. Salts 26 which are also transported by the steam diffusion stream crystallize in the border area without damage owing to the high porosity of the resulting restoration system. The mortar 14 must be very similar to stone 12 in its property profile. In the mortar 14 , a flow of moisture (in condensed form) must be avoided, otherwise damage, e.g. B. in the form of wet spots.
The open in the preceding description, in the drawing and in the claims Beard features of the invention can be used both individually and in any combination essential for the implementation of the invention in its various embodiments his.
