Zum Schutz des Kopfes dient ein Helm 3, der mit einer Gurtkupplung 6 versehen ist. Auf der Rücken lehne des Kindersitzes 1 ist ein Aufsatz 8 angeordnet. Der Aufsatz 8 enthält einen mit einem Beschleunigungssensor ausgestatteten Gurtaufroller 2. Der Aufsatz 8 ist mit einem Ausgang 5 für einen auf den Gurtaufroller 2 aufgewickelten Gurt 4 versehen. Nachdem das Kind K Platz genommen hat, wird der Gurt 4 mit der Kupplung 6 des Helms 3 verbunden.
