Description
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, with a removable on the vacuum cleaner housing arranged, the dirt excreted from the suction air stream receiving Dust collector, which is a fluid with the blower unit of the Vacuum cleaner connected inlet and outlet opening, in which between the At least one filter arranged inlet and outlet opening flow path is.
Such a vacuum cleaner is known from DE-B-22 26 724. With this vacuum cleaner the dust collector is covered on its top by a first filter, the thus runs approximately parallel to the axis of the inlet opening. This first filter is a followed by a second filter designed as a fine filter. The first filter is on this one Vacuum cleaner designed as a sieve and is therefore only able to filter out coarse dirt. The fine dirt is filtered out by the second filter and collected in one further dust collecting space lying between the first and second filters. The Pre-separation of the coarse dirt leads to a certain extension of the service life of the second filter. When the dust collection container is emptied, the more dust collection space can be emptied, which is because of its locked location is relatively cumbersome to do between the two filters.
The invention has for its object a vacuum cleaner of the beginning described type so that even without a pre-filter an essential longer service life of the fine filter can be achieved.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that at least a portion of the filter of the inlet opening is arranged directly opposite. As a result of such an arrangement of the filter, the suction air flow hits the filter directly and is partly deflected along the filter. This leads to a blowout of the appropriate filter area, so that good permeability of the filter over a longer period is guaranteed. Since there is only one filter left, there is also no need additional dust collection space, which makes the vacuum cleaner easier to use given is.
A strong impact of the suction air flow entering the dust collection container the filter and thus a corresponding good blowing out of the same results in that the partial area is perpendicular or inclined with respect to the inlet opening is arranged progressively. Such a course of the partial area is simple achieved in that the filter L - or crescent-shaped in the Dust collector is arranged.
To extend the life of the filter also helps that the filter through Force is induced to vibrate. Such Vibration excitation can be achieved in a structurally simple manner in that the Filters in the sub-area stretched and / or at such an angle the impinging suction air flow is arranged by the suction air flow Fluttering movements of the filter are generated.
The service life is also extended if the filter is emptied when the Dust collection container cleaned at least in some areas by means of a brush element is.
An inevitable implementation of such a cleaning process results characterized in that the brush element with a closure part of the dust collector coupled and at least by opening this closure part along the filter is led.
It improves hygiene when the dust collector with the the separated dirt-collecting room opposite the Closing inlet opening, its in the idle mode of the vacuum cleaner automatically Closing element is provided.
Closing the connection of the dust collecting container to the outside is also possible constructively low effort achievable in that on the front wall of the Dust collector below the inlet opening as a closure element a flap is pivotally articulated, which is in the idle mode of the vacuum cleaner under spring force either on the inside of the inlet opening or with its free side on the filter lies on.
Based on an embodiment shown in the drawing, the invention explained in more detail below.
Es zeigen:Show it:
Fig. 1 einen Staubsauger im Längsschnitt, Fig. 1 shows a vacuum cleaner in longitudinal section;
Fig. 2 is a removable in the dust chamber of a vacuum cleaner dust collector.
With 1 the housing of a vacuum cleaner is designated. This housing has a dust chamber 2 and a blower chamber 3 . A dust collector 4 is removably inserted into the dust chamber 2 . A blower unit 5 is installed in the blower chamber 3 and is in flow connection with the dust chamber 2 via a passage opening 7 provided in the partition 6 between the dust and blower chamber 2 and 3 . The vacuum cleaner housing 1 also has an inlet connection 8 , to which the dust collecting container 4 is coupled with its inlet opening 9 on the inside of the dust chamber 2 .
A band-like filter 10 is arranged in the dust collecting container 4 . The filter 10 is tightly coupled to the front and rear walls 11 and 12 of the dust collecting container 4 . A tight coupling of the filter 10 is also provided on the side walls of the dust collecting container 4 . By an elevationally below the provided on the front and rear walls 11 and 12 coupling points 13 and 14 of the filter 10 lying transverse bar 15, by which the filter 10 is passed, the filter 10 receives a sickle-shaped course in the dust collection container. 4
In suction operation of the vacuum cleaner, the suction air laden with dirt flows into the dust collecting container 4 via the inlet opening 9 . The suction air impinges on the first partial region 17 of the filter 10, which extends from the coupling point 13 of the front wall 11 to the cross bar 15 . A part of the suction air passes through the filter 10 in this first partial area 17 and flows via the outlet opening 16 of the dust collecting container 4 and the passage opening 7 to the blower unit 5 . The remaining part of the suction air bounces off the first partial region 17 of the filter 10 and flows along this further into a lower collecting space 25 of the dust collecting container 4 and finally through the second partial region 18 of the cross bar 15 to the coupling point 14 of the rear wall 12 Filters 10 and further via the outlet opening 16 and the passage opening 7 to the blower unit 5 . Due to the suction air part rebounding on the first partial region 17 of the filter 10, this partial region 17 is blown free of adhering dirt parts. This ensures good permeability of this section 17 for a longer period of time, thus extending the service life of the filter 10 .
The bottom of the dust collecting container 4 is designed as a hinged closure part 19 . To empty the dust collection container 4 , it is removed from the dust chamber 2 of the vacuum cleaner, carried to a waste receptacle and the closure part 19 is opened there. The dirt accumulated in the collecting space of the dust collecting container 4 is thereby emptied into the waste receptacle.
A brush element 21 is also coupled to the closure part 19 via a carrier 20 . When the closure part 19 is opened or closed, the brush element 21 slides along the latter in the second partial region 18 of the filter 10 and thereby strips off the dirt adhering to the filter 10 in the second partial region 18 . In this way, good permeability of the filter 10 is also maintained over a longer period of time in the second partial region 18 .
Another possibility for self-cleaning the filter 10 is that the filter 10 is made to flutter or oscillate. Such movements of the filter 10 are indicated by dashed contour lines 22 . Fluttering movements of the filter 10 can be generated by the suction air flow itself if the filter 10 is held in its position in the dust collecting container 4 with a corresponding voltage. There is also the possibility, for example, of causing the filter 10 to vibrate by means of electromagnetic excitation. Dirt adhering to the filter 10 is shaken off by such fluttering or oscillating movements and thus good permeability of the filter 10 is achieved for a longer period of time. The filter 10 therefore needs to be changed less often.
Below the inlet opening 9 , a flap 23 is pivotally articulated on the front wall 11 of the dust collecting container 4 . The flap 23 is pivoted upwards by the force of a spring element 24 . The flap 23 is dimensioned in its longitudinal extent so that it bumps against the filter 10 when pivoting upward in the region of the cross bar 15 . So that the dirt-laden lower collecting space 25 of the dust collector 4 is closed in the idle mode of the vacuum cleaner relative to the inlet opening 9 . The spring element 24 is dimensioned in its spring strength so that during the suction operation of the vacuum cleaner the flap 23 is pivoted downward by the suction air flow impinging on it. This clears the way to the lower collecting space 25 for the suction air laden with dirt and the dirt can be deposited in this collecting space 25 . Such a closure of the dirt-laden collecting space 25 to the inlet opening 9 and thus to the inlet port 8 of the vacuum cleaner housing 1 means an improvement in the hygienic conditions.
The inlet opening 9 can also be a closing flap are assigned directly applied in the idle operation of the vacuum cleaner under spring force on the inside of the inlet opening. 9
