Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for refueling a Motor vehicle or the like with in gaseous Physical state fueled and in the tank of the motor vehicle stored gas.
In a known gas refueling method, for example for Gas or hydrogen is the pressure in the vehicle tank before Dimensioned the beginning of the refueling. Then in one A large number of individual steps Filled with gas and again the pressure in the Vehicle tank measured until after a last tank step the final pressure has been measured. Between the Stop gas supply and measure tank pressure must pass a certain time for the Equalize pressure in the tank and in the refueling system can. These interruptions in refueling cause Pressure surges that affect the durability of the Refueling components can affect. It is known, that when filling a larger amount of natural gas cooling, for example at the valves to step. The tank itself then heats up mung. After filling a large amount of earth gas therefore occurs in this process at the Be adjustment of the filling status to incorrect measurement results. This means that despite reaching the final pressure the tank in the vehicle never gets really full.
The invention has for its object a tank to indicate which method of handling is cheaper and to a higher degree of filling in Motor vehicle tank leads.
The task is solved by the claims specified procedures.
According to the invention it is provided that after connecting by the customer on the vehicle and pressing a start button an open connection between the motor vehicle tank and one in the Dispenser provided pressure sensor is manufactured. This can be done, for example, by a short pressure thrust (approx. 1 sec) into the dispensing hose, see above that all check valves are opened up to the tank the. After opening this flow connection and a short waiting time (approx. 3 sec) in the vehicle tank existing pressure by the pre in the dispensing system seen pressure sensor measured. This first pressure value is stored in a first memory and Re chenanordnung, for example. A microcomputer stored. Then a defined mass of gas, e.g. 0.5 or 1 kilogram delivered. This test mass will defined by means of a mass flow meter ben. Then there is a short wait until the pressure in the tank and on the pressure sensor, which is above the dispensing hose connected to the tank is the same or the measured Pressure value has stabilized. Then measured there ne print is saved in a second memory. By relating these two pressure values and a tempera recorded by means of a thermometer value of the ambient temperature of the petrol pump then the still missing gas mass to reach a Final pressure in the tank determined. This mass of gas is on finally delivered without further intermediate measurements. This gas mass is also preferred without further sub Refracted into the tank. In a preferred one Further development of the method is provided that the Refueling is carried out with an accompanying pressure measurement.
This pressure measurement can take place via the pressure sensor, which also determines the first and second pressure values telt. If this is not a pressure measurement exceeding maximum value, e.g. measured 250 bar, so the gas supply switches off automatically to a Ber Most of the motor vehicle tank to prevent overpressure other. The weight of the entered test mass is from a computer program depending on the amount of gemes determined its first print. With a low first pressure, a high test mass, for example 1 kilogram give. With a high initial pressure, a lower one becomes Test mass, e.g. 0.5 kg added. The investigators to achieve a final pressure, e.g. 200 bar the missing gas mass is either by in-relation hung-set the two pressure values and the temperature value tes in the form of a gas-specific table, which as a result provides the missing gas mass. It is but also provided that in a computer program under Consideration of a gas-specific condition the missing gas mass from the two pressures values and the temperature value is calculated. As gas specific equation of state comes, for example, the well-known van-der-Waals equation of state of real gases in Be dress. The two van der Waals constants a and b are then typical gas values. With this equation lets e.g. by means of the two measured pressure values, the measured temperature and the known test mass determine the volume of the tank. From the second print value, the final pressure value, the volume of the tank and the Temperature can then be calculated using this equation Calculate missing mass to reach the final pressure be net.
A device on which the Ver driving can be applied is in the attached drawing explained.
A motor vehicle tank 1 is connected via a check valve 2 provided on the tank inlet pipe 2 to a dispensing hose 3 . The dispensing hose 3 is based on a dispenser 4 .
In the dispenser 4 there is a computing unit 5 with a display 6 for displaying the fueled gas mass.
A pressure sensor 9 protrudes into the dispensing hose 3 , and the value measured in this way is supplied to the computing unit 5 . A thermometer 10 is also provided in the dispenser, the measured temperature value of which is also supplied to the computing unit 5 . A mass flow meter 11 is also provided in the fuel dispenser and is connected on both sides to a solenoid valve 8 , 12 . The solenoid valves 8 , 12 are connected to the computing unit 5 , as is the mass flow meter 11 . A supply line 13 of a high-pressure storage tank 14 leads to the solenoid valve 12 which is arranged on the pressure side of the mass flow meter 11 .
If a customer connects the dispensing hose 3 to the valve 2 of the motor vehicle tank in a pressure-tight manner and the start button 7 is pressed, then a brief opening of the two valves 8 , 12 or a bypass valve, not shown, which enables a gas flow around the mass flow meter to cause a gas surge against the Check valve 2 so that it opens. Then the residual pressure in the tank 1 expands against the closed solenoid valve 8 . The tank pressure is set at the pressure sensor 9 . This pressure is stored as the first pressure value in the computing unit 5 . This pressure can be converted to a standardized temperature of 15 ° C, for example. If this standardized pressure is greater than 200 bar, ie the vehicle tank is still full, the refueling process is stopped at this point. If the pressure is less than 200 bar, fueling takes place. The solenoid valves 8 and 12 open until a test mass has been specified by the mass flow meter 11 . The weight of the test mass is determined by the computing unit 5 . After the test mass has been dispensed, valve 8 closes. As soon as the pressure on the pressure measuring device 9 has stabilized, this pressure value prevailing there is stored in a second memory of the computing unit 5 . The temperature measured on the thermometer 10 is also stored there. Here, too, the pressure value is measured after a holding time of approximately 3 seconds, in order to then be converted to a standardized temperature of 15 ° C. This pressure is also compared with the maximum pressure of 200 bar, in order to possibly stop the refueling process when the tank is full.
The computing unit 5 now determines the volume of the motor vehicle tank 1 using a computer program either on stored tables or using a computing algorithm based on a specific equation of state of the gas, for example the van-der-Waals equation, and then determines taking into account the final pressure to be achieved the still missing gas mass. Then the solenoid valves 8 and 12 open until the determined mass of gas has been released by the mass flow meter. The pressure prevailing in the dispensing hose is continuously measured by means of the pressure sensor 9 . If this pressure exceeds a permissible maximum pressure, a safety shutdown is initiated in that the solenoid valves 8 and 12 close.
The gas mass actually discharged is shown on the display 6 .
It is possible to refuel while dispensing the interrupt the missing gas mass. But it is not necessary to take measurements during these interruptions perform.
In a variant of the invention, the valve opens the actual refueling only until either 90% or 97% of the previously calculated gas mass is reached is.
In a further variant it can be provided that the refueling process is stopped even if the mass flow below a limit of, for example, 0.2 kg / sec occurs. It can also be provided that the Falling below one limit mass flow to another ren storage container is switched over, so a height right pressure difference between reservoir and vehicle to achieve tank. A total of three are preferred Different storage containers are provided, which one after the other that can be activated. Switching from a supply Container to the next storage container is always done then when the mass flow has a predefined limit has fallen below the value. If the mass flow of the last storage container below the limit, so the refueling process for a certain time, e.g. 10 Seconds interrupted to take place To defrost icing.
