Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a noise barrier made of wire baskets the preamble of claim 1.
It is known to use embankments, embankments and the like supporting wire baskets arranged one above the other and next to each other, filled with stones and the like. But there is one with them high noise absorption not possible.
For this reason it is also known to wire baskets from one Fill mixture of stones and earth. Here, however, occur static problems. So must be on the visible side of the wire baskets an erosion control mat, for example a coconut mat be brought. However, it does not have a long lifespan. You ver rots with time, so that the earth no longer in the wire baskets is held back, for example by rainwater is gradually washed out. This is how the static function works the wire baskets and also the noise absorption ability is lost.
The invention has for its object the generic Design the noise barrier so that high noise absorption is made possible, but a lasting effect, in particular a permanent static construction is guaranteed.
This task is done with the generic noise barrier according to the invention with the characterizing features of the claim ches 1 solved.
In the noise barrier according to the invention, the sound is Insulating material pre-cut in at least one layer in the wire baskets hen, covering the length and height of the corresponding wire baskets extends. For the soundproofing material, a long-term permanent and highly sound absorbing material used. On due to the long-term durability of the soundproofing material, ge ensures that the static construction of the wire baskets with the The filling remains unchanged even after a long period of use remains high and high noise absorption is guaranteed. With the noise barrier according to the invention can be a very high one Noise absorption can be achieved that is greater than about 8 dB.
Further features of the invention result from the others Claims, the description and the drawings.
Es zeigenThe invention is illustrated by some in the drawings Exemplary embodiments explained in more detail. Show it
Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Lärmschutzwand, wobei drei ver schiedene Möglichkeiten der Ausbildung der Lärmschutz wand dargestellt sind Fig. 1 shows a noise barrier according to the invention, three different ways of training the noise barrier are shown ver
Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 in representations corresponding to Fig. 1 Ausfüh approximate shapes of noise barriers.
The noise barrier wall according to Fig. 1, one above the other and the other rear purely arranged wire baskets 1, which are known per se and are described to illustrate in more detail. They are preferably made of metal, but can also consist of plastic or any other suitable material. The noise barrier is free-standing and has, for example, three rows of wire baskets 1 lying on top of each other.
In Fig. 1 three different designs of the noise barrier are shown. Of course, the wire baskets 1 with the filling material to be described within the noise barrier are each the same.
In the following the formation of the noise barrier is accordingly described the lowest wire basket 1 . On the opposite sides, a layer of broken stones 2 is seen in the wire basket 1 about the height and length of the wire basket. The two layers of rubble stones 2 are each held by a sound absorption mat 3 , which also extends over the height and length of the wire baskets 1 . In the area between the two sound absorption mats 3 there is filling material 4 , which can be stones, earth, a stone-earth mixture, plastic, recycling material and the like.
Since the outer layers 2 are formed by stones, the noise barrier can be used wherever stones are desired as an outer layer. The sound absorption mat 3 behind it is highly absorbent and thus ensures a high level of noise protection.
The noise barrier can also be formed from the wire baskets 1 a, which in turn are arranged in rows one behind the other and one above the other. In this embodiment, too, the broken stones 2 are provided within the wire baskets 1 a on the opposite outer sides. Instead of the sound absorbing mat 3 is a sound-insulating layer 5 in the form of lava stones provided in this embodiment between the two layers of stones 2, which completely fills the area between the two broken stone layers. 2 The lava stones 5 are again provided over the entire height and length of the wire basket 1 a. The lava stones 5 lead to an extremely high sound absorption. As with the previous one. Embodiment, the soundproofing layer 5 is long-term resistant, so that the desired high sound absorption is given to the same extent even after a long period of use of the noise barrier. In particular, the static construction of the wire baskets 1 , 1 a is maintained unchanged even after a long period of use due to the long-term stability of the insulating material. The lava stones 5 can easily be accommodated in the wire baskets 1 a, so that the noise barrier can be erich tet quickly and inexpensively. Since in the two described embodiments, the respective sound insulation layer 3 , 5 is provided on both sides of the noise barrier, there is a double highly absorbent noise protection compared to a noise protection wall, in which the sound insulation layer is only provided on one side.
Fig. 1 shows as a further possibility to build the noise barrier from the wire baskets 1 b, which has the soundproofing layer 5 made of lava stones on its two mutually opposite outer sides. In the area between these two layers 5 there is the filling material 4 , which can be designed in the same way as has been described with reference to the wire basket 1 . The lava stones 5 in turn ensure highly absorbent noise protection. This embodiment is also characterized by the fact that a double highly absorbent noise protection is seen before.
In the exemplary embodiments described above, it is of course also possible to have a corresponding soundproofing layer only on one outer side of the noise barrier. In this case, the area behind the respective sound insulation layer 3 , 5 is completely filled up to the opposite wall of the respective wire basket 1 , 1 a, 1 b with the filling material 4 . It is also possible to provide on one side the highly absorbent sound insulation layer 3 , 5 and on the opposite side of the noise barrier a less highly absorbent insulating material. Depending on the application, the noise barrier can be constructed differently.
Fig. 2 shows a noise barrier, which is only highly absorbent on one side. An embankment 6 adjoins the opposite side wall of the noise barrier, which slopes away from the top 7 of the noise barrier. Because of the embankment 6 , only one side of the noise barrier is highly absorbent. The noise barrier also forms a supporting wall for the embankment 6 .
Fig. 2 again shows three embodiments, of course the noise barrier over its length and height consists of only one form of wire baskets. The wire basket 1 is provided on its outer side facing away from the fill 6 with the layer 2 of broken stones to which the sound absorption mat 3 connects. It is again provided over the length and height of the wire basket 1 . The sound absorption mat 3 is between the rubble stones 2 and the filler 4 , which extends to the opposite side wall of the wire basket 1 ge. Otherwise, this embodiment is of the same design as the corresponding embodiment according to FIG. 1.
The noise barrier can also be built from the wire baskets 1 a, which is provided on the side facing away from the fill 6 with the layer of rubble stones 2 , to which the sound insulation layer 5 connects, which is formed by lava stones. They can be provided up to the opposite side wall of the wire basket 1 a. In the illustrated embodiment, however, a layer of volcanic stones 5 is provided, to which the filler material 4 connects, the layer of sound insulation of the area 5 to the verge-side sidewall of the wire basket 1 a filling.
Finally, Fig. 2 also shows the possibility of erecting the noise barrier with the wire baskets 1 b, which on its side facing away from the fill 6 on the soundproofing layer 5 made of lava stones. The area from this sound insulation layer 5 to the side wall of the wire basket 1 on the embankment is again filled with filler material 4 .
Fig. 3 shows the noise barrier wall designed as a supporting wall, which supports the fill 6 on one side, which rises from the upper edge 7 of the noise barrier. In Fig. 3, in turn, three embodiments are shown, from which the noise barrier can be built respectively. They correspond to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2. This noise barrier can be formed from the wire baskets 1 with the layer of broken stones 2 , the subsequent sound absorption mat 3 and the filling material 4 . But it is also possible to erect the noise barrier with the mesh baskets 1 a, the outer layer of the quarries 2 , then the soundproofing layer 5 with the lava stones and the filler. Finally, the noise barrier can also be formed from the wire baskets 1 b, which has the sound insulation layer 5 with the lava stones on one side, while the remaining part of the wire baskets 1 b is filled with the filler 4 .
In all of the described embodiments, the described sound insulation layer is made of long-lasting material, so that the static construction of the wire baskets 1 , 1 a, 1 b with the respective filling remains unchanged even after a long period of use and the high noise absorption is ensured. The soundproofing layer consists of conventional material, for example rock wool and the like. With the design described, noise barriers can be easily created which have a high noise absorption of, for example, greater than about 8 dB.
