In the example shown in Fig. 1 plane 1 is purely a cargo aircraft, which is practically table over the entire hull length extending cargo space 2 via an opening arranged at the rear fuselage 3 loaded and can be discharged. The opening 3 is closed by a flap in the rear view in the horizontal direction, the upper part 4 of which is articulated to the top of the opening 3 and is pivotally mounted in the interior of the cargo hold, while the lower part is articulated to the cargo floor 6 and, as in particular going from FIGS. 2 and 3 here, can be pivoted as a loading ramp 5 to the outside.
At the outer end of this loading ramp 5 , as can be seen in FIGS . 2 and 3, two auxiliary ramps 7 , 8 are held, which in turn are pivotally mounted about an axis that runs parallel to the pivot axis of the loading ramp 5 relative to the loading ramp 5 . The actuation of the loading ramp 5 takes place via two hydraulic cylinders 9 and 10 which are articulated to the structure of the aircraft 1 . To operate the two auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 , two further hydraulic cylinders 11 are easily seen, which, as shown in FIGS . 4 and 5 using the example of the auxiliary ramp 7 , are arranged inside the loading ramp 5 and are also held at one end thereof . The other end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is each articulated to an extension 12 of the auxiliary ramp 7 , which is part of an approximately in the middle of the auxiliary ramp 7 extending web 13 . This extension 12 extends at an angle of approximately 450 relative to the auxiliary ramp 7 into the interior of the structure of the loading ramp 5 . In addition, the auxiliary ramp 7 is provided in its end region facing the loading ramp 5 with two elongated holes 14 and 15 , of which the elongated hole 15 adjacent to the extension 12 is straight, while the second elongated hole 14 lying outside the structure of the loading ramp 5 has an approximately S- has a shaped course.
The elongated holes 14 and 15 are each in a force-locking connection with bolts 16 and 17 , which in turn are held on the loading ramp 5 and which serve as supports for the auxiliary ramp 7 . While the bolt 17 belonging to the front elongated hole 15 is supported directly on the structure of the loading ramp 5 , the bolt 16 belonging to the rear elongated hole 14 is carried by a fold-out support 18 . This support 18 is, as well as a similar structure support 19, which belongs to the auxiliary ramp 8, approximately in a folded-out loading ramp 5 ver vertically running axis pivotally supported at the loading dock. 5
With the help of the kinematics described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, the extension movement of the auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 shown in diagram form in FIG. 6 can be realized. While the extension length of the auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 is plotted on the abscissa of this diagram, the piston stroke of the hydraulic cylinder 11 serving as the actuating cylinder is shown on the ordinate, both sizes being given in millimeters. In addition, the angle by which the plane of the auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 is inclined relative to that of the loading ramp 5 is plotted in the right part of the diagram. This angle can be varied in the range between approximately +3 and -2 degrees, which corresponds to a movement of the tip of the auxiliary ramps 7 , 8 between +131 and -84 millimeters with respect to the level of the loading ramp 5 .
As can be seen in the diagram shown in FIG. 6, the protrusion of the auxiliary ramp 7 , 8 is reduced from 2,500 to 2,300 millimeters when the latter is retracted by pulling in the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 11 from the one inclined by -2 degrees with respect to the plane of the loading ramp 5 is raised by +3 degrees. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is moved from its position extended by 200 millimeters to the fully retracted position. If, on the other hand, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is fully extended, the auxiliary ramp 7 or 8 pivots 90 degrees with respect to the conveying plane of the loading ramp 5 counterclockwise into the transport position. The pivoting movement takes place around the bolts 17 , while the bolts 16 lift off the supports 18 , 19 . It should be noted that in the slide shown in Fig. 6, the piston stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is carried such that the fully extended position corresponds to the zero position of the piston.
In Figs. 7 to 9, the application of the motion sequence described above is shown at different loading or unloading situations. Fig. 7 illustrates a case in which the loading level of a transport vehicle 20 is higher than the level of the cargo hold floor 6 of the aircraft 1 to be loaded or unloaded. In order to be able to transport a freight item 21 via the ramps 5, 7 and 8 from or to the aircraft 1 , the loading ramp 5 was first pivoted upward by means of the hydraulic cylinder 9 by an angle of approximately 2 degrees with respect to the horizontal, and then the auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 due to the interaction of the bolts 16 , 17 with the elongated holes 14 , 15 in turn pivoted downward by approximately the same angle with respect to the conveying plane of the loading ramp 5 - see FIG. 4. The rear area of the fuselage is supported by a support 22 .
Fig. 8 shows a situation in which the charge level of another vehicle 23 is below that of the cargo space floor 6. In this case, the loading ramp 5 was pivoted downward by approximately 2.5 degrees with respect to the horizontal using the hydraulic cylinder 9 , while the auxiliary ramps 7 , 8 were pivoted upward by approximately the same angle with respect to the conveying plane of the loading ramp 5 (see FIG. 5 ) to enable the transport of a freight item 24 . The position of ramps 5 and 7 is also indicated in this figure when the cargo loading gate is closed.
23 aufliegen. Finally, the case is shown in Fig. 9, in which the self-rolling cargo to be transported, indicated here by wheels 25 , 26 , rolls directly from the ground into the aircraft 1 . For this purpose, the ramps 5 and 7 and 8 form a continuous inclined plane, which connects the cargo hold floor 6 to the ground, the auxiliary ramps 7 and 8 being supported on the ground with their outer end, while in the two cases described above they are each on the ground Vehicle 20 or 23 lie on.
In Figs. 10 to 12 is shown as a mounted on a pallet 26 by means of a cargo is transported 27 arranged in the aircraft 1 cable winch out of the cargo space 2 on a waiting vehicle 28. The detailed illustration of Fig. 11 and 12 shows that, in this autonomous unloading a guide roller 29 is mounted by a bracket 30 on the loading platform of the vehicle 28th A rope 31 is guided around this deflection roller 29 , at the end of which a hook 32 is fastened, which engages in an eyelet 33 provided for this purpose on the pallet and pulls it out of the cargo hold 6 .
Finally, FIGS. 13 and 14 show a further autonomous unloading device in which both the loading ramp 35 and the auxiliary ramps 37 , 38 are each equipped with rollers 34 or 36 and 39 . In this case, a deflection roller 40 for a rope 41 which is acted upon by a winch (not shown) is arranged on the holder 42 and, as can be seen in particular from the detailed illustration in FIG. 14, is supported on the inner sides of the auxiliary ramps 37 and 38 . The cargo to be transported from the aircraft 43 is pushed in this arrangement via a fixed to the rope 41 connected stop 44 via the rollers 34 , 36 , 39 on the ready transport vehicle.
