In der Mitte der Achse ist der Erfindung gemäß eine bogenförmige Kulisse 12 befestigt, welche durch eine doppelte Strebe 13 mit der Säule 2 in Verbindung steht, und zwar vermittels eines Bügels 14, welcher mit seinen Ösen 15 und 16 auf der Säule lose drehbar aufgesteckt ist.
