des Oberregierungsrates Diplo-Ing. Waller und Regierungsrates
G. Hofmann nach mündlicher Verhandlung beschossen :
Es wird festgestellt ; daß das betts erloschene Gebrauchsmu-
ster Nr. 1 852 641 nur mit folgenden 6 Schutzansprüchen an-
stelle der eingetragenen 7 Schutzansprüche wirksam gewesen
istg
1. Heuwerbungsmaschine mit einem horizontalen quer zur Fahrt-
richtung verlaufenden, aus Rohren bestehenden Gestelle an
dessen beiden Enden je ein Rechwerkzeug vorgesehen ist, das in einer vertikalen,
zur Fahrtrichtung senkrechten Ebene angeordnet und durch die Zapfwelle des die Heuwerbungsmaschine
ziehenden Schleppers über ein in einem Getriebegehäuse an-. geordnetes Getriebe
und mindestens teilweise durch die Rohre des Gestelles geführte Antriebselemente
umlaufend angetrieben ist, wobei die Antriebswellen der Rechwerkzeuge drehbar, jedoch
ortsfest mit dem Gestell verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß das Gestell
(1) aus dem Getriebegehäuse (2) und je zwei beidseitig an dem Getri. ebesehsuse
(2) befestigten, quer zur Fahrtrichtung verlaufenden Zueinander parallelen, übereinander
angeordneten hohlon Rah-
menbalken (34 bsw. 56) besteht wobei durch die oberen
Rahmenbalken (3,5) das eine und durch die unteren Rahmenbalken (496) das andere
Trum der aus Ketten, Riemen oder Seilen (36,37) bestehenden Antriebselemente für
die als Rechräder (1, ,15) ausgebildeten Rechwerkzeuge geführt ist.
