"Kantenschutz###### für Laufbretter, Verschalungs-
platten o.dgl."
DieNeuerung stellt ein Kantenschntzmittel der, welches
sich insbesondere für laufbretter, Verschalungsplatten o.dgl.
einget und vor allem Dingen nicht nur eine leichte Anbringung
bedingt, sondern auch einen wesentlich besseren Kantenschutz
verbürgt, als die bisher bekannten Mittel für diesen Verwen-
duaeexwwekt
Die Kantenschutzmittel bestehen aus einer um die Stirn-
seite des Laufbrettes oder der Verschalungsplatte angeordne-
ten- U-förmig gestalteten Schiene, deren Stege sich in ent-
sprechende Ausfräsungen an der Oberfläche des Erettes ein-
versehen ist.
An der Längseite des Laufbrettes oder Verschlungs-
platte wird an den Kanten eine webenfalls mit U-förmigen
Querschnitt versehene Schiene angeordnet, wobei die oberen
Ränder der Außenstege nach innen umgebogen sind, so daß hier-
durch nach innen gerichtete durchlaufende Stege gebildet
durch agoh innen gerichtete durchlaufende Stege gebildet
werden, die sich auf die vordere Seite des Teiles, welches
an der Stirnseite des Laufbrettes oder Verschalungsplatte
befestigt ist, aufschieben und dadurch eine feste Verbin-
dung der U-Schiene an der Stirnseite und der U-Schiene an
der Längsseite des Breittes erzielt wird.
ZurUnterstützung der gradlinigen und zicheren Führung
dermit nach innen umgebogenen Kanten versehenen U-Schiene
mit dem Vorderteil der U-Schiene, die auf der Stirnseite
der Platte angeordnet ist, ist die vordere geschlosene
Wand mit einer Verlängerung versehen, die sich an der In-
xionder aufzuschiebenden Schiene führt.

platte anzubringende U-förmige Schiene, wie auch die auf diese
Sohlenaufgeschobene U-förmige Schiene werden mittels Schrau-
ben an dem Laufbrett oder Verschalungsplatte befestigt und
können außer aus Eisen insbesondere aus Stoß- und schlagfestem
Werkstoff hergestellt werden, wordurch einerseits der Vorteil
erzielt wird, daß eine äußerst einfache Herstellung bedingt
ist und andererseits dieses Kantenschutzmittel gegen Witte-
rungs einflüsse vollkommen geschützt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt
und zwar zeigen:

Neuerungsgemäß wird beansprucht, daß das an der Stirn-
seite des laufbrettes bzw. Verschalungsplatte auzubringende
Teil a einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und an den vor-
deren Ende mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Nuten b versehen ist,
wobei die vordere Stirnseite c durch eine Wand d abgeschlos-
sen ist und an dieser Wand d eine Verlägerung e, die in
gleicherEbene liegt, angeordnet ist.
Das weiteren bestehen die kantenschutzmittel aus dem
ebenfalls mit U-förmigem Querschnitt versehenen Teil f,
wobei die vorderen Kanten g der Stege h nach innen gerich-
tet und derartig gestaltet sind, daß sie sich in die Nuten
b des Teiles a von der Seite aus auf- und einschieben las-
sen, so daß hierdurch eine haltbare Verbindung zwischen
denTeilen a und f geschaffen ist.
Dadurch, daß das Teil f un die Längsseite des Lauf-
tretteabzw. Verschalungsplatte aufgesetzt wird und durch
seitliche Verschiebung die Stege h in die Nut* b es. ap.
Dadurch, daß die Verlägerung e, die mit der geschlossenen
Stirnwand d in einer Ebene liegt, sich an der Innenseite 1
im
zusammengesetzten Zustande abstützt, ist nicht nur eine bessere
Führung des Teiles f auf dem Teil a erzielt, sondern auch eine
verstärkte Verbindung der Teile a und f gegeben.
Das Teil a wird mittels Schrauben, die durch die Schrau-
benlöcher j geführt werden, in der Stirnseite des Laufbrettes
bzw.Verschalungsplatte befestigt und das auf das Teil a auf-
geschobene Teil f wird durch Einführung von Schrauben in die
Schraubenlöscher k, die zweckmäßig schlitzfrmig ausgebildet
azide auf den Seitenflächen des Laufbrettes bzw. Verschalungs-
platte befestigt.
Dadurch, daß die Mittel des Kantenschutzes nicht nur aus
Eisen, sondern insbesondere auch aus Werks toffen im Preß-
oder Opritzvortah hergestellt werden können, ist nicht
nur eine billige Herstellung erzielt, sondern auch ein gegen
Witterungseinflüsse gesicherter Kantenschutz von langer Le-
bensdauer erreicht.
Das Teil a ist zweckmäßig aus Eisen oder aus thermo-
plastischem Werkstoff und die Schiene bzw. das Teil f ist
zweckmäßig aus thermoplastischem Werkstoff hergestellt.
