Furthermore, the non-positive connection of the connecting rod, on the one hand, in conjunction with the elastic buffer, on the other hand, results in low-noise operation of the crank mechanism and reduces wear. In addition, the buffer can be replaced with a new one if necessary with simple hand movements, because the removal of the connecting rod is relatively easy. Seen as a whole, the subject of the innovation results in a simplified one ontage a cheaper production by eliminating the
Inaccuracy between connecting rod and piston and
thus a longer service life of the drive due to the lower wear.

The free end of the bolt-shaped part 10 of the connecting rod 9, 10, on which there is a semicircular reinforcement 12, is located in a centrally provided in the piston 4 or 5 bore 13, on the bottom of which a buffer 14 is arranged, which consists of a elastic, oil-resistant and friction-resistant. Connecting rod 9, 10 engages. Each pump piston is acted upon by a compression spring 16 arranged in the pump body 1, which brings about the return stroke of the piston.
The operation of the pump is as follows: During the suction stroke, the piston 4 or 5 moves to the left with reference to FIG. 1 and sucks liquid from the drive housing 21 into the pump chamber 22 through the line 17 and through the channels 18, 19 and 20 In the channel 19, which is designed as a transverse channel, the suction valves of the pump, which are not shown in the drawing for the sake of simplicity, are arranged, which can be designed as spring-loaded ball valves. During the pressure stroke of the piston 4 or 5, the suction valves close, and the liquid is pressed via pressure valves 23 into a channel 24 to which a pipe 25 is connected, which leads to the distributor element of the power lift. A further line 26 is arranged below the pipeline 25, through which surface the liquid from the valve body to the lamp housing 1
is returned, and zar lets the liquid into you
Channel 27t which is connected to the intake channel 19. In the pump body 1 there is also a channel 28 running axially parallel to the pump bores 2 and 3, in which the overpressure valve of the pump, also not shown, is arranged for the sake of simplicity, which responds to any overpressure occurring in the pump or in the system of the power lift and fluid can migrate into the housing 21.
Be-
a-
The pump body has a flange 30 which is provided with bores 31 through which screws or threaded bolts can be inserted, by means of which the pump can be fastened to the housing 21. The Xontage of? umpenkõrpers and its drive is simple.
First, the connecting rod 9, 10 of each overturning piston 4 and 5, respectively

Suction line 17 and the pump piston 4 and 5, inserted through a bore 32 arranged in the housing wall 21 and fastened via the flange 30 by means of screws. When inserting the pump body 1 through the bore 32, care must be taken that the bolt-shaped ends of the connecting rods 9, 10 are removed from the bores 12 in pistons 4 and 9 au. fgenomj. will be. During the loading
drive are the bolt-shaped ends 10 of the connecting rods 9, 10 in the
Bores 12 provided in the piston are guided on all sides, so that the connecting rods 9, 10 are not underneath the eccentrics 7 and 8 can slide.
The change is on the shown and described information. a-
The guiding example is not restricted, but includes others
Execution options. For example, the free end of the
Connecting rods 9, 10 can also be guided directly in the barrel bore 2 or 3 of the pump piston 4 or 5, the Pæw, en piston then being designed to be shorter. Furthermore, the connecting rod 9, 10 can also be made from one piece.
