Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine mehrschichtige Bautafel, insbesondere zum Bau von Fertighäusern, mit einer durch Glasfasern verstärkten Schicht aus Kunstharz, einer Schicht aus feuerfestem Material, sowie gegebenenfalls mindestens einer Schicht aus wärmeisolierenden Material und/oder mechanischen Verstärkungen.
Für Bauzwecke, insbesondere für den Bau von Fertighäusern, werden immer häufiger mehrschichtige Bautafeln verwendet, deren Schichten aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen, die jeweils verschiedene Funktionen erfüllen.
Eine Bautafel dieser Art ist bereits aus der Zeitschrift »Bauwirtschaft«, Heft 11, 1958, S. 235 bekanntgeworden. Dort ist eine feuerfeste Faserzementplatte mit Asbestgehalt beschrieben, die mit Kunststoff beschichtet ist. Bei den bekannten Bautafeln besteht die Gefahr, daß die Verbindung der Schichten nicht fest genug ist und die Schichten zumindest am Rand auseinanderklaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine mehrschichtige Bautafel der eingangs erwähnten Art zu schaffen, bei der die Verbindung der Schichten verbessert ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer mehrschichtigen Bautafel der obenerwähnten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das feuerfeste Material perforiert und an die durch Glasfasern verstärkte Schicht aus Kunstharz mittels des Kunstharzes gebunden ist.
Auf Grund dieser Ausbildung wird der Vorteil erreicht, daß auf Grund der Perforation in dem feuerfesten, perforierten Material, in die das Kunstharz hineinfließen kann, ein inniger Verbund mit der durch Glasfasern verstärkten Schicht aus Kunstharz erreicht wird. Daher sind die Schichten der so ausgebildeten Bautafel besonders fest miteinander verbunden und gegen Stoß und somit gegen Bruch oder Abblättern gesichert.
Vorzugsweise wird die Bautafel so ausgebildet, daß das feuerfeste, perforierte Material aus Asbest oder der Außenwände und/oder des Daches einer Fertighauseinheit verwandt werden.

Im folgenden wird eine Bautafel nach der Erfindung beschrieben.
Die Bautafel besteht aus einer Schicht aus gelartigem Überzug mit einer Beschichtung aus Natursteinmehl, Sand oder Sandstaub und einem Polyesterharz, in das eine Glasseidenmatte als Glasfaserverstärkung (etwa 3 mm dick) eingebracht worden ist, sowie eine perforierte Asbestplatte von etwa 8 mm Dicke. Bei einem anderen Ausführüngsbeispiel wurde die oben beschriebene Bautafel durch eine Anzahl Kunststoffrippen aus dem gleichen Material wie die Bautafel verstärkt. Bei den obengenannten Beispielen kann an Stelle des Polyesterharzes auch jedes geeignete andere Kunstharz, beispielsweise ein Epoxyharz, verwendet werden. Auch kann an Stelle der Asbestplatte ein geeignetes anderes feuerfestes Material verwandt werden, beispielsweise Mineralwolle in Platten.

Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Mehrschichtige Bautafel, insbesondere zum Bau von Fertighäusern, mit einer durch Glasfasern verstärkten Schicht aus Kunstharz, einer Schicht aus feuerfestem Material sowie gegebenenfalls mindestens einer Schicht aus wärmeisolierendem Material und/oder mechanischen Verstärkungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste Material perforiert und an die durch Glasfasern verstärkte Schicht aus Kunstharz mittels des Kunstharzes gebunden ist.
2. Bautafel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das feuerfeste, perforierte Material Asbest oder Asbestzement ist.
