längere Wartezeiten, also Verlust:eiten, entetehen.
Erfindung geschaffen worden, der also
Shunting car The subject of the invention is a car which is intended for moving railway wagons and which will be referred to below as a shunting car. It has been developed in particular for use at works train stations in order to save on shunting locomotives and to solve the task of moving empty and full wagons in a cheap way. The usual shunting locomotives are of course indispensable at the railway stations. For smaller shunting systems, in particular works track systems, such shunting locomotives mean a costly effort, especially since they usually cannot be used to full capacity , so that longer waiting times, that is, loss of time, arise. The invention is based on the knowledge that, in the cases mentioned, the fork-lift trucks available at calibration for loading and unloading the wagons can be made usable. Based on this knowledge of the carriage has been provided according to the invention, which therefore serves to make the displacement of railway carriages, thereby to replace many cases expensive to shunting. The essential feature of this shunting washer according to the invention consists in a platform which is equipped with running wheels and can be displaced on the tracks by means of them and has a loading ramp for forklifts at one end, while at the point where the drive wheels are located when the forklift is opened, Coupling wheels are attached, on which the drive wheels of the forklift come to stand and which in turn are coupled to the platform wheels. To illustrate the concept of the invention, an embodiment is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of a trolley according to the invention with a raised forklift truck, while FIG. 2 shows a top view of this trolley - without a forklift truck. In the trolley shown, the chassis consists of two profile beams 1 which carry the platform 2 in the form of a sheet steel floor bridging the two beams.
diesen wieder verlassen soll.
In entsprechender
The chassis is equipped with two pairs of running wheels 3 and 4, so that it can be moved on railroad tracks 5. At the rear end of the chassis there is an access ramp 6 which can be folded up in the rest position, as shown in the drawing, and which can be folded down by donation # if a forklift is to drive onto this shunting vehicle or leave it again. The drive-on ramp 6 can be designed as a single wide flap, but two narrow flaps separated by an intermediate space, which can be opened and closed individually or together, are also sufficient. Intended to. If this shunting car is put into operation for moving a wagon, the ramp 6 is lowered and a forklift 7 is driven onto the platform 2, as the drawing shows. At the point where the drive wheels 8 of the forklift are in the end position, coupling wheels are arranged below these two drive wheels, namely here in the form of two rollers 9 extending approximately over the width of the shunting vehicle, which in turn attach to the wheel there -Pair 4 are coupled. For the purpose of coupling 9 gear wheels 91 are attached to the coupling wheels, which are indicated by dashed lines. In a corresponding manner, gearwheels 4 'are attached to the two running wheels 4, which are also made recognizable by a dashed circle. If the motor of the forklift is now put into operation, the running electric motor drives the drive wheels 8 of the forklift via a manual or automatic transmission. These drive gears transmit the rotational movement to the two clutch wheels 9 of the Rangierwagens on which they stand, so that these rotate in opposite directions and about 91/48 to drive the gear train, the impeller pair. 4 The fork lift truck engine? thus becomes the drive motor of the shunting truck. The use of two clutch wheels 9 - in front of and behind the two drive wheels 8 - results in a stable position for these drive wheels . Nevertheless, it is of course appropriate to use the forklift? to block on the trolley before starting work . The use of two gear wheels NEN coupling 9 also results in a good Reibungeachluß, thereby enabling reliable transmission jie of the required driving force. However, it is of course also conceivable to use a single clutch roller below the two drive wheels 8 of the fork lift truck. In order to make it easier for the fork lift to drive onto the two pairs of coupling wheels 9, a small drive-on ramp 10 is arranged in front of each of these two pairs. To increase the stabilityg also to secure the driven forklift truck, a strong frame 11 is built on the base frame 1 of the maneuvering cart 8, which secures the forklift truck on both sides as a railing, so to speak. A crossbeam 12 at the rear end, which can be inserted into two support hooks 13 from above , serves to lay the raised access ramp 6 on top. A crossbeam 14 is attached to the front end of the frame 11. The fork 15 of the truck engages under this. When the fork is lifted, it causes the rubber-tyred drive wheels 8 of the forklift truck to press firmly against the clutch rollers 9. The friction pressure can thereby be increased to the required level. Furthermore, a transverse beam 16 with a hook 17 is attached to the frame 11 of the shunting vehicle. The coupling of the wagons to be moved can be hooked into the latter. If the wagons are to be pushed, the crossbeam 16 as a push rod is pressed directly against the buffers of the wagons. Conversely, the wagons can be pulled with the hook 17. But you can also drive up to the wagon with the rear end of the shunting vehicle and hook its coupling into the trailer coupling of the forklift in order to pull the wagon in this way. When the maneuvering work is finished, the drive-on ramp 6 is swiveled down again and the forklift truck descends onto the floor. The shunting truck can be set aside at a distance from the track by means of the forklift truck. For this purpose , mounting brackets 18 are attached to the profile frame 1, into which the forklift truck can drive with its fork 15 in order to lift the shunting vehicle off the track 5 and drive it to another location or to a parking space. When moving the forklift up and down, the wheels of the shunting vehicle must be blocked, which can be done in a known manner by means of a socket pin. The above explanations show that the shunting car according to the invention represents a very economical solution to the shunting problem. As stated, there is no need to purchase a shunting locomotive for the few short times of maneuvering, since this maneuvering can be carried out with the help of the forklift. This forklift is essentially used for its main task, namely for loading and unloading the wagons. The short-term maneuvering work can easily be inserted into this main work. In any case, it is avoided that a special shunting locomotive can only be used for a short time and is not used for a long time. Thus, by making the forklift usable twice, its full economic utilization is made possible.
