aktionsprodukt durch Destillation wurden 214 Teile Telomere erhalten.
Beim Abtrennen der sich ergebenden Telomerenmischung durch Destillation wurden Tetrachloralkane,
wie in der nachfolgenden Tabelle gezeigt ist, erhalten.

Der Chlorgehalt von 1,1,1,5-Tetrachlorpentan betrug 67,5% (theoretischer Wert 67,6 %).
Ein mit Stickstoff ausgespülter Autoklav wurde mit 476 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 1 Teil Dimethyläthanolamin
und 0,034 Teilen Eisennaphthenat (bezogen auf Eisen) beschickt.
Die Reaktion wurde 4 Stunden lang durch Erhitzen auf 5O0C und Zugabe von Äthylengas bis zu 50 Atmosphären
ausgeführt. Die Reaktion wurde abgebrochen und das Äthylengas entfernt, und die Umwandlungsrate
von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, bestimmt durch Gaschromatographie,
betrug 18,9 Gewichtsprozent. Die Menge an Telomeren, die nach Abtrennung des Tetrachlorkohlenstoffs
durch Destillation erhalten wurde, betrug 90 Teile.
476 Teile Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 0,035 Teile (bezogen auf Eisen) Eisenstearat und 1,5 Teile Diäthanolamin
wurden in einen Reaktor eingebracht.
Die Mischung wurde auf 50°C erhitzt, und das
Äthylengas wurde bis zu 50 Atmosphären zugegeben. Die Druckabnahme, die in Übereinstimmung mit dem
Fortschreiten der Reaktion auftritt, wurde durch konstante Zuführung von Äthylengas vermieden,
wodurch der Druck während der Reaktion, die 3 Stunden lang ausgeführt wurde, auf 50 Atmosphären gehalten
wurde.
Nach Vervoüständigung der Reaktion und nach Abkühlen des Reaktors wurde das Äthylengas abgelassen.
Bei Bestimmung der Umwandlungsrate von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff durch Gaschromatographie wurde
ein Wert von 35 Gewichtsprozent erhalten. Nach Abtrennung des Tetrachlorkohlenstoffs durch Destillation
wurden 203,8 Teile eines flüssigen Telomeren erhalten. ,
Ein mit einem Rührwerk versehener Autoklav wurde mit 795 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff beschickt,
und anschließend wurden 0,03 Teile (bezogen auf Eisen) eines Eisensalzes der Oktansäure und 2,75 Teile
Triäthanolamin zugegeben. Die Temperatur wurde auf 50° C belassen, während Äthylen auf 50 Atmosphären
gehalten wurde.
Nach 3 Stunden wurde die Reaktion abgebrochen, der Autoklav gekühlt und das Äthylengas abgetrennt.
4P Bei Messung der Umwandlungsrate von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
wurde ein Wert von 22,3 % erhalten. Bei fraktionierter Destillation · des Reaktionsproduktes
wurden die nachfolgend aufgeführten Tetrachloralkane erhalten:

Eisensalzes der Ölsäure wurden in einen Reaktor eingebracht, und während die Temperatur auf 500C belassen wurde, wurde unter Rühren Äthylen in der
Weise zugeführt, daß 50 Atmosphären konstant aufrechterhalten wurden, und dieser Zustand wurde
4 Stunden lang eingehalten. Es ergab sich eine Umwandlungsrate von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff von 27,2 Gewichtsprozent,
und 164,5 Teüe einer Lösung von gemischten Alkanen wurden erhalten. Die Zusammensetzung
der durch fraktionierte Destillation erhaltenen Tetrachloralkane war wie folgt:

Ein Autoklav wurde mit 476 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 1,65 Teilen Triäthanolamin und 0,085 Teilen
(bezogen auf Kobalt) Kobaltnaphthenät (Co-Gehalt 5°/o) beschickt und auf 50° C erhitzt. Hierzu
wurde Äthylengas, welches konstant auf 50 Atmosphären gehalten wurde, zugegeben, und die Reaktion
wurde 2 Stunden lang ausgeführt. Die Umwandlungsrate
von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff betrug 7,5Gewichtsprozent und die Menge an erhaltenen flüssigen
Telomeren 44,8 Teile.
Ein mit einem Rührwerk versehener Autoklav wurde mit 795 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, 2,75 Teilen
Triäthanolamin und 0,087 Teilen (bezogen auf Blei) Bleinaphthenat (Pb-Gehalt 15%) beschickt und
auf 509C erhitzt. Hierzu wurde Äthylen eingeführt,
welches durch Nachfüllen konstant auf 50AtIiO-Sphären
gehalten wurde. Als Ergebnis einer 4stündigen Reaktion wurden 81,3 Teile eines flüssigen Telomeren
erhalten,
Ein Autoklav wurde mit 476 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
1,15 Teilen Aminoäthyläthanolamin und 0,035 Teilen (bezogen auf Eisen) Eisennaphthenat
(Fe-Gehalt 5%) beschickt und auf 50°C erhitzt. Äthylengas wurde konstant zugeführt, um einen
Druck von 50 Atmosphären aufrechtzuerhalten, und die Reaktion wurde 6 Stunden lang fortgesetzt. Nach
Vollendung der Reaktion wurde der Autoklav gekühlt
und das nicht umgesetzte Äthylengas abgetrennt. Bei Messung der Umwandlungsrate von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
ergaben sich 48,2 Gewichtsprozent. Die TeIomerenlösung wurde fraktioniert, und eine Gesamtmenge
von 278 Teilen Tetrachloralkanen wurde wie folgt erhalten:

Bei Zugabe von 130 Teilen Isabuten an Stelle von 1-Buten des vorstehenden Beispiels 12 betrug die
Umwandlungsrate von Tetrachlorkohlenstoff nach einer 3stfindigen Reaktion bei 50QC 18,2 Gewichtsprozent
und die Menge an erhaltenen Telomeren 95Tefle.

Em Autoklav wurde mit 237 Teilen Methanol
sowie als Katalysator mit 2,74 Teilen Aminoäthyläthanolamin und 0,081 Teilen (bezogen auf' Eisen)
Eisennaphthenat (Fe-Gehalt 5%) beschickt. Er wurde
dann auf 5O0C erwärmt, und Äthylen wurde eingeleitet,
bis der Druck auf 50 Atmosphären angestiegen war; auf dieser Höhe wurde er konstant gehalten, während
die Reaktion 5 Stunden lang fortgesetzt wurde.
19 Teile Telomere wurden erhalten, von denen etwa 80°/0Telomere darstellten, in welchen η = 1 war, d. h.
Propylalkohol, und wobei der Rest Amylalkohol war.

Ein Autoklav wurde mit 240 Teilen Äthanol, 2,77 Teilen Triäthanolämin und 0,057 Teilen (bezogen
auf Eisen) Eisennaphthenat (Fe-Gehalt 5%) beschickt und auf 5O0C erhitzt. "" '
Nachdem^ eine gleichförmige Temperatur erreicht
war, wurde Äthylengas zugegeben,, um50 Atmosphären
zu erzielen, und die Reaktion wurde 5 Stunden lang fortgesetzt. Der nicht umgesetzte Alkohol betrug 90 %.
234 Teile Isopropanol, 2,08 Teile Triäthanolämin und 0,043 Teile (bezogen auf Eisen) Eisennaphthenat
(Fe-Gehalt 5 %) wurden in einen Autoklav gefüllt, der dann auf 5O0C erhitzt wurde. Hierzu wurde Äthylen
eingeleitet, um 50 Atmosphären zu erzielen, und die Reaktion wurde 5 Stunden lang ausgeführt, wodurch
Telomere der folgenden Zusammensetzung erhalten wurden:

Ein Autoklav wurde mit 240 Teilen Butyraldehyd, 1,76 Teilen Triäthanolämin und 0,037 Teilen (bezogen
auf Eisen) Eisennaphthenat (Fe-Gehalt5 %) beschickt und auf 5O0C erhitzt. 50 Atmosphären Äthylen wurden
eingeleitet, und bei Aufrechterhaltung eines konstanten Druckes wurde die Reaktion 5 Stunden lang ausgeführt.
Die Menge an erhaltenen Telomeren betrug 28 Teile, deren Zusammensetzung hauptsächlich aus Telomeren
mit n — l bestand.
Bei Verwendung von Äthylen als Taxogen und Essigsäure als Telogen war das Ergebnis wie folgt:
Zu 315 Teilen Essigsäure wurden 2,8 Teile Triäthanolämin und 0,058 Teile (bezogen auf Eisen) Eisennaphthenat
(Fe-Gehalt 5%) zugegeben, welche dann auf 600C erhitzt wurden. Äthylen wurde bis zu
50 Atmosphären eingeleitet und die Reaktion 3 Stunden lang ausgeführt.
Die Menge an erhaltenen Telomeren betrug 12 Teile, und bei nahezu allen Telomeren war η = 1.
Der verwendete Reaktor war ein Höchdruck-Rohrreaktor
mit einer Länge von 15 m, der auf der
"5 Innenseite mit einem thermostatisch geregelten Wasserbehälter
versehen war. Äthylen wurde . bei einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit mittels eines Kompressors
in einen Lösungsbehälteremgeleitet, während
. „ gleichzeitig eine Triäthanolamin^Tetrachlorkohlenstoif-Lösung
in den Lösungsbehälter bei einer konstanten Strömungsgeschwindigkeit mittels einer Pumpe
eingeführt und gleichmäßig aufgelöst wurde. Die Lösung wurde kontinuierlich unter Druck in deü
. . rohrförmigen Reaktor mittels einer zweiten Pumpe
eingeführt. In der Zwischenzeit wurde eine Tetrachlörkohlenstofflösung,
die Eisennaphthenat enthielt, direkt unter Druck mittels einer .Pumpe in den Rohrreaktor
eingeleitet.
Die Temperatur innerhalb des Reaktors wurde auf
äo einer gegebenen Temperatur gehalten, indem man die Temperatur des thermostatisch geregelten Wasserbehälters
mittels eines Dampfregulierventils konstant hielt. Während der Reaktionsdruck mittels eines
automatischen Druckregelungsventilss das am äußeren
as Ende des Reaktors angebracht war, konstant gehalten
wurde, wurde die so gebildete Flüssigkeit nach der Reaktion abgelassen, wonach das Gas und die
Flüssigkeit getrennt wurden und eine Telomerenlösung erhalten wurde. Diese wurde rektifiziert und
in die Telomeren und Tetrachlorkohlenstoff getrennt. Die verwendete Reaktionstemperatur betrug 500C.
Die Zusammensetzung der flüssigen Beschickung war wie folgt:
34,0 35 Äthylen 1,5 kg/Std.
Gesamtmenge Tetrachlorkohlenstoff 4,8 kg/Std.
Triäthanolämin 16,5 g/Std.
- Eisennaphthenat

Der verwendete Reaktionsdruck als Flüssigkeitsdruck betrug 70 kg/cm2. Das molare Verhältnis von
Äthylen zu Tetrachlorkohlenstoff war 1,75. Die mittlere Verweilzeit im Reaktor betrug 2 Stunden.
Die nach Vervollständigung der Reaktion erhaltene Lösung ergab bei Analyse folgende Werte:

Ein mit einem Rührwerk versehener Autoklav wurde mit 476 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und
136 Teilen Propylen und nacheinander mit 0,038 Teilen Kupfernaphthenat(bezogen auf Kupfer) und l,67Teilen
Triäthanolämin beschickt. Die Reaktion wurde 2 Stun-

den lang unter Aufrechterhaltung der Temperatur in dem Autoklav auf 50° C ausgeführt. Durch Abtrennung
wurde festgestellt, daß die Telomeren aus 71% 1,1/1,3-Tetrachlorbutan (vor allem wenn η = 1),
7 Teilen !,!,!,S-TetracMor-S-methylhexan (wenn« = 2)
bestanden, und bei 5 Teilen Telomeren war «gleich 3 oder mehr.

Verschiedene Amine (in der nachstehenden Tabelle
aufgeführt) wurden jeweils zu 476 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und 0,034 Teilen (bezogen auf Eisen)
Eisennaphthenat (Fe-Gehalt 5%)"in einem Autoklav in einem Verhältnis von 358 · 10~3 Mol/Mol, bezogen
auf Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, zugegeben, und Äthylen wurde bei Reaktionsbedingungen von 50° C und 50 at
eingeleitet und 2 Stunden reagieren gelassen.
Es wurde festgestellt, daß eine innige Beziehung zwischen der Basizität des Amins und seinem katalytischen
Beschleunigungseffekt besteht". Wenn der Parameter der Basizitätpkj, ist, dannisti?ic& = 4bislO.
So sind vorzugsweise Aminoalkohole im BereiclTvon

Claims (2)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Telomerisationsprodukten,
dadurcngekennzeichnet,
daß man Äthylen, Propen, Buten, Isobuten,! Butadien, Isopren, Vinylchlorid, Vinylacetat oder
Styrol mit Tetrachlormethan,- Methanol, Äthanol,; Isopropanol, Butyraldehyd oder. Essigsäure in
Gegenwart eines Metallsalzes einer Naphthensäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure oder Octansäure und
gleichzeitig in Gegenwart von Mono-, Pi- oder Triäthanolamin, Dimethyläthanolamin, Aminoäthyläthanolamin,
Aminoäthyüsopropanolamin, Diäthyläthanolamin, Isopropanolamin, Triisöpro-
panolamin, N-Äthyläthanolamin oder N-Methyläthanolamin
als Katalysatoren, je nach den verwendeten Ausgangsstoffen bei —30 bis +2000C
. und einem Druck von O-bis 150 Atmosphären, telomerisiert. ·.,■
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man, die Umsetzung bei einem Verhältnis von 1 · ld"6 bis 1 · 10~2 Mol, vorzugsweise
1 · ΊΟ-4 bis 1 · ΙΟ-3 Mol, des Metallsalzes
(bezogen auf Metall), je. Mol Telogen, und einem
Verhältnis von 1 · 10~4 bis 1 · 10"1 Mol, vorzugsweise 5-10-3 bis 5-10-2MoI, Amin, je MpI
Telogen, ausführt.
