Nozzle pot for sprinkling gas treatment rooms, in particular for electrostatic precipitators. For installation in gas treatment rooms, in particular for electrostatic precipitators, nozzle pots are known, iii the bottom of which an atomizer nozzle is interchangeably arranged and shut-off devices that close the nozzle pot both from the atmosphere and in the gas treatment room The nozzle facing the gas treatment room requires additional structural effort, since the shut-off device must be operated from outside the gas treatment room. The invention is based on the object in such a shut-off of the spray nozzle in Gasbehan 'dlungsraum to dispense entirely by continuously causing the supplied water to the nozzle of the completion of the nozzle to the atmosphere.
According to the invention, it is through the wall of the room into the treatment room
protruding nozzle pot with lateral liquid inlet and outlet in the bottom in the
Way provided with interchangeable spray nozzle that the spray nozzle with a
The insert tube provided with openings is detachably connected to the sieve jacket
and the insert tube by means of a bayonet lock on the bottom of the nozzle pot
is tightly attached over the drain, with the proviso that after loosening the bayonet lock
and removing the insert tube through an elevated one with respect to the liquid drain
Inlet a liquid seal can be made in the nozzle pot. Other features
the invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment in the drawing.

5 auf den mit einem Dichtungsrin-4a versehenen Flansch4. 1 with the known nozzle pot and 2 with the side feed line for the sprinkling liquid is referred to, which runs through the bottom at the opening 3, in which the atomizer 19 is located. The nozzle pot 1 is closed at the top by the cover 15 resting on the flange 4 with the pressure tab 6 and the bolts 7 and 8 . The handle 9 with the screw bolt 10 causes the cover 5 to be pressed onto the flange 4 provided with a sealing ring 4a.
18, 19 sind also lösbar fest miteinander verbunden
The insert tube 11 , which can easily be removed according to the invention, has slot-shaped openings 13 known over its length, as are known in well pipes. Uler this insertion tube 11 is a striped Siebniantel 12 which is sealingly at both ends by Gumminianschetten 14 and releasably attached to your insert pipe. 11 This screen jacket 12 can consist, for example, of braided weave or finely perforated V2A steel. The lower end of the insert body 11 is screwed in a known bayonet closure with the threads 23 in one half 22 and the bottom 17 of the insert tube 11 is a preferably made of plastic lead also screwed 18 to the plastic bestehendenZerstäuberkopf 19th The parts 11, 17, 18, 19 are thus detachably firmly connected to one another and are unscrewed with the bayonet lock half 22 by simply turning the upper handle 16 on the upper cover 15 of the insert tube 11 . The other half of the bayonet lock is characterized sawn 20 and anchored by the screw connection 21 firmly in the bottom of the nozzle pot. 1 The pipe section 18 with the screwed-in atomizer nozzle 19 screwed into the bottom 17 of the insert tube 11 can now be of any length, i.e. also, in deviation from the illustration in the drawing, protrude as far down as you want from the opening 3 in the nozzle pot 1 in order to bring the atomizer nozzle to the desired position Place in the gas treatment room or electrostatic precipitator, with the pipe 18 being sealed against the opening 3 or the bayonet lock 20 and 22 sealing against the water-filled annulus in the nozzle pot 1 . So that when the insert tube is unscrewed by loosening the bayonet lock 20, 22, the insert tube 11 cannot be released from the thread 23 in the bayonet lock half 22, the thread 23 must be designed in the opposite direction for opening the bayonet lock. If clogged after some time in operation, the basket 12 through the insert body 11 by dirt approaches the nozzle pot, while maintaining the water inlet is opened at 2 and the insert body 11 is pulled by turning the -Handgrilts 16 with the upper part of the bayonet connection and the old screen jacket 12 with the Sealing collars 14 stripped from the insert pipe and a new sieve jacket pulled over. During this replacement time, the water filling in the nozzle pot 1 remains essentially unchanged, since the flow through opening 3 is no greater than through opening 2. The previously customary lower closure of the opening 3 in the nozzle pot 1 has thus become superfluous. The atomizer nozzle 19 has a diameter of only about 2 to 3 inni and is provided in a known manner with a swirl insert. The small nozzle diameter therefore only requires the arrangement of a relatively small outlet opening 3 in the bottom of the nozzle pot, so that the water inlet at 2 can always be kept larger than at outlet 3 at the moment when the nozzle 19 or the connecting pipe 18 is pulled out of the opening 3 has been. The insert body 11 can be made of galvanized steel or aluminum, but optionally also like the parts 18 and 19 and the bayonet lock 20, 22 made entirely of plastic. The position of the nozzle pot in the housing of the gas treatment room or the electrostatic precipitator etc. is indicated by the dash-dotted ceiling24. In this exemplary embodiment, the supply line for the sprinkling liquid is located within the gas treatment space in order to protect it from the effects of frost.
