Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur besseren Verteilung einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen in einem Träger oder Substrat oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trägern oder Substraten. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls die mit diesem Verfahren erhaltenen, aus mehreren Komponenten bestehenden Rohmassen, Halberzeugnisse oder Endartikel sowie die im Verfahren eingesetzten Mikropulver einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung die Anwendung dieses Verfahrens zur Einarbeitung von Additiven in Kunststoffe und das dafür hergestellte Mikropulver von Kunststoffadditiven.
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur besseren Verteilung einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen in einem Träger oder Substrat oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trägern oder Substraten. Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls die mit diesem Verfahren erhaltenen, aus mehreren Komponenten bestehenden Rohmassen, Halberzeugnisse oder Endartikel sowie die im Verfahren eingesetzten Mikropulver einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung die Anwendung dieses Verfahrens zur Einarbeitung von Additiven in Kunststoffe und die dafür hergestellte Mikropulver von Kunststoffadditiven.
- STAND DER TECHNIK
- In vielen Bereichen der Technik sind kleine Mengen einer oder mehrerer Substanzen in einem Träger gleichmässig zu verteilen. Häufig sind diese Substanzen für die Herstellung des jeweiligen Trägers oder daraus hergestellten Artikels von entscheidender Bedeutung um eine gewünschte Funktion zu halten oder zu erhalten. Auf die in geringer Menge verwendeten Zusatzstoffe kann daher nicht ohne Verlust von Funktionseigenschaften verzichtet werden. Dabei werden häufig anstelle von Pulvern Granulate verwendet, da zum einen Entmischungen vermieden und zum anderen nichtstaubende Formen bevorzugt werden. Damit werden jedoch bei üblichen Umformungen nur bedingt zufriedenstellende gleichförmige Verteilungen erreicht. Die aber gewünschte homogene Verteilung wird anschliessend, wenn überhaupt erreichbar, durch aufwendige verfahrenstechnische Schritte erzwungen. So werden beispielsweise Additive und Pigmente zur besseren Verteilung in Kunststoffen zunächst zu einem Masterbatch (Konzentrat des betreffenden Additivs oder Pigments in einem gleichartigen oder verschiedenen Kunststoff) verarbeitet und erst in dieser Form in die Kunststoffe eingebracht.
- Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht nun darin, eine gleichmässige Verteilung von einer kleineren Menge einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen in einem Träger oder Substrat oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trägern oder Substraten ohne aufwendige verfahrenstechnische Schritte zu erreichen und homogene, aus mehreren Komponenten bestehende Rohmassen, Halberzeugnisse oder Endartikel mit einem technisch einfachen und kostengünstigen Verfahren herzustellen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass man eine Substanz oder ein Gemisch von Substanzen (im Folgenden A genannt) mit einer Partikelgrösse < 50 μm gleichmässig auf die Oberfläche eines Trägers oder Substrats oder eines Gemisches aus verschiedenen Trägern oder Substraten (im Folgenden B genannt) mit einer Partikelgösse < 5 mm aufträgt und die erhaltene Mischung einer Umformung mit Druck und/oder Temperatur unterwirft, wobei die Viskosität der Mischung bei der Umformung mindestens 50 mPas⋅s beträgt.
- Durch das fein Pulverisieren der Substanz A wird diese in eine Grösse gebracht, die eine gleichmässige Verteilung auf der Oberfläche des Substrats B erlaubt. Nach dem Mischen der Komponenten wird die erhaltene Mischung aus Pulvern mit unterschiedlichen Partikelgrössen durch Druck und/oder Temperatur in einen zähflüssigen Zustand (Viskosität mindestens 50 mPas⋅s) überführt und zu entsprechenden Rohmassen, Halberzeugnissen oder Endartikeln verarbeitet. Durch die spezielle Auswahl der geometrischen Verhältnisse wird im Vergleich zur bisherigen Technik eine Verteilung erreicht, die entweder in der Gesamtheit wesentlich homogener ist und sich in entsprechend positiven Eigenschaften auswirkt, oder mit geringerem Aufwand zu gleichen Folgeeigenschaften führt.
- Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren wird erreicht, dass Substanzen, die als Wirkstoffe in einem Substrat eingearbeitet werden, durch die homogene Verteilung im Substrat eine bessere Wirkung entfalten, d.h. in kleineren Mengen wirksam sind als bisher, und dass der Aufwand zur Erreichung der homogenen Verteilung geringer ist als mit herkömmlichen Verfahren.
- Im Vergleich zur bekannten Technologie zur Dispergierung von Pigmenten in Polymere mittels mikronisierte Wachse handelt es sich bei der vorliegenden Erfindung um die bessere Verteilung von mikronisierten Substanzen in grobkörnige Substrate während die genannte Technologie darin besteht, ultrafeine Partikel bzw. deren Agglomerate mittels mikronisierte Wachse (die jedoch eine gröbere Korngöße als die Pigmente aufweisen) in grobe Substrate zu dispergieren. In der bekannten Technologie ist also das Grössenverhältnis Hilfsmittel zum "Substrat" umgekehrt und werden immer drei verschiedene Korngrössen miteinander verarbeitet, während in der vorliegenden Erfindung – abgesehen vom Einsatz von Mischungen verschiedener Grösse – nur zwei verschiedene Korngrössen zusammentreffen.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Substanz A nach der Umformung wenigstens teilweise bis vollständig in dem Substrat B gelöst.
- Eine typische Anwendung diese neuen Verfahrens ist die Einarbeitung von Additiven in Kunststoffe, wo die homogene Verteilung eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Wirkung der Additive ist. Mit dem neuen Verfahren kann eine wesentlich homogenere Verteilung beliebiger Additive in beliebigen Kunststoffe erreicht werden, sodass wesentlich kleinere Mengen dieser Additive zu einer besseren Wirkung in den entsprechenden Kunststoffen führen.
- Weitere interessante Anwendungen sind die bessere Verteilung von Zuschlägen in Sintermaterialien, oder Additiven in Pulverlacken.
- Die Substanz A kann durch bekannte Verfahren mittels Energieeintrag aus gröberen Teilchen auf den gewünschten Grössenbereich gebracht werden. Dabei soll der Medianwert D50 ober- und unterhalb dessen sich je die Hälfte der grösseren und kleinere Körnchen befinden, als Mass für die Grössenordnung < 50 μm der Substanz A genommen werden. Der Medianwert der Korngröße, als D50 Wert bezeichnet, stellt den Wert dar, ober und unterhalb dessen je 50 % der größeren und kleineren Körner liegen. Die zugrunde liegende Verteilungsfunktion kann beliebig ausgeprägt sein (Beispiele sowie Begriffsbestimmungen finden sich in der DIN Norm 66141) und soll einen D90 Wert, verstanden als der Wert unterhalb dessen sich 90% der kleinem Körner befinden, von 100μm besitzen. Diese Grössenordnung von A kann jedoch auch durch Aufbau oder direkte Herstellung oder Klassierung der geeigneten Partikel gewonnen werden.
- Bevorzugt weist die Substanz A eine Partikelgrösse < 20 μm, noch mehr bevorzugt eine Partikelgösse < 10 μm auf.
- Die Substanz A wird im allgemeinen in einem Grössenverhältnis von < 1:20, bevorzugt von < 1:50, besonders bevorzugt von < 1:100 zum Substrat B vorliegen, wobei das Substrat B bevorzugt eine Partikelgösse < 5mm, bevorzugt < 2 mm, speziell bevorzugt < 1 mm aufweist.
- Das Auftragen der Substanz A auf die Oberfläche des Substrats B (und deren Haftung darauf) wird je nach Material sowohl durch Adhäsionskräfte als auch (bei nicht leitfähigen Stoffen) durch elektrostatische Aufladung beim Mischen erzeugt und gehalten. So lassen sich z.B. durch einfache Berührung von verschiedenen Materialien mit entsprechend kleinen Körnchen von A durch diese Anziehungskräfte einfach belegen. Durch die gewählte Kleinheit der Teilchen von A wirken nur geringe Gewichtskräfte und wird eine Entmischung wie sie häufig bei göberteiligen Zubereitungen beobachtet wird, verhindert.
- Anschliessend wird die Mischung aus A und B einer Umformung mit Druck und/oder Temperatur unterworfen, die entweder zu einer Rohmasse, einem Halberzeugnis oder direkt zu einem fertigen Endartikel führt. Dabei können alle Verfahren der Umformung angewendet werden, die die Mischung in einen zähflüssigen Zustand mit einer Viskosität von mindestens 50 mPas⋅s, bevorzugt von mindestens 100 mPas⋅s, mehr bevorzugt von mindestens 200 mPas⋅s, insbesondere von mindestens 500 mPas⋅s überführt. Zu nennen sind in diesem Zusammenhang das Extrudieren, das Kneten, das Sintern, das Rotationsschmelzen, das Pressen und Strangpressen, das Gießen und Pulverlackieren.
- Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht darin, Additive für Kunststoffe als Mikropulver in die Kunstststoffe einzuarbeiten.
- Additive für Kunststoffe werden normalerweise als Schuppen, Granulate, Pulver, Dispersionen oder Emulsionen jedoch nicht als Mikropulver zugegeben, wobei die bevorzugte Einsatzform nur aus dem Gesichtspunkt der leichten Handhabung ausgewählt wird und bis jetzt kein Unterschied in der Wirkung der Additive festgestellt wurde. Von Kunststoffadditiven sind verschiedene Handelsformen bekannt: vom Pulver bis zum Granulat ist alles vertreten. Aus verschiedenen Gründen (Arbeitshygiene, Handling, Herstellverfahren, Mischen mit Polymergranulat, usw.) geht der Trend immer mehr weg vom Pulver hin zu gröberen, staubfreien Handelsformen.
- Andererseits müssen Additive gut im Kunststoff verteilt und bevorzugt gelöst sein, damit sie ihre Wirkung gleichmässig entfalten können.
- Die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen erfolgt bei Temperaturen weit oberhalb des Schmelzpunktes von Polymer und Additiv. Hierbei wird in den Extrudern die Schmelze aus Polymer und Additiven oder weiteren Zusatzstoffen auch mechanisch intensiv gemischt. Es war daher davon auszugehen, dass durch diese Prozesse die Additive ausreichend ins Polymer eingemischt und homogen verteilt werden, zumal oft mehr als nur ein Verarbeitungsschritt mit dem Additiv durchgeführt wird.
- Auf das geeignete Einarbeiten der Additive wird zwar in Firmenschriften der Additivhersteller immer wieder hingewiesen, aber einschlägige Fachbücher gehen auf dieses Thema überhaupt nicht ein, (vgl. Plastics Additives Handbook der Autoren Gächter/Müller). Es war daher davon auszugehen, dass die Wirkung/Effizienz der Additive unabhängig von der Handelsform ist.
- Überraschend konnte nun aber gefunden werden, dass durch die Verwendung von Mikropulvern die Wirkung der Additive deutlich gesteigert werden kann. Beim Einsatz von mikronisierten Additiven ist die Effizienz deutlich höher, so dass entweder
- – bei gleicher Dosierung eine deutliche Leistungssteigerung erhalten werden kann; oder
- – die gleiche Wirkung des Additives mit geringerer Dosierung erhalten werden kann; oder
- – bei vereinfachter Einarbeitung (geringere Maschinenkosten, usw.) die gleiche Wirkung erzielt werden kann; oder
- – evtl. eine vereinfachte Verarbeitung (weniger Verarbeitungsschritte zur guten Einarbeitung des Additives) überhaupt erst möglich wird.
- Überraschend ist, dass die Verwendung eines Mikropulvers die Effizienz derart verbessert, obwohl doch die Einarbeitung über dem Schmelzpunkt von Polymer und Additiv und gleichzeitig mit dem mechanischen Mischen/Kneten in den Verarbeitungsmaschinen erfolgt, was doch zu einer guten Einarbeitung führen sollte.
- Ein bevorzugter Gegenstand der Erfindung sind also Kunststoffadditive und deren Mischungen in mikronisierter Form.
- Unter mikronisierter Form (= Mikropulver) wird ein Pulver mit einer Partikelgrösse < 50 μm bei einer Partikelgrössenverteilung von D90 < 100 μm und D50 < 50 μm verstanden, wobei eine bevorzugte Partikelgrössenverteilung zwischen D90 < 50 μm und D50 < 20 μm resp. D9 0 < 30 μm und D5 0 < 15 μm liegt.
- Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Herstellung solcher Mikronisate durch geeignete Verfahren und deren Verwendung in Kunststoffen und Kautschuken. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch Zerteilung gröberer Teilchen unter Energieeintrag wie z.B. Mahlung einer gröberen Form in Mühlen wie mechanischen Mühlen oder in einer Luftstrahlmühle (Vgl. dazu Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry; 5th edition, vol. B2: unit operations I; chapter 5: Size Reduction) oder unter Einwirkung von akustischem oder Ultraschall oder durch direkte Herstellung oder Ausscheidung mittels Kristallisation oder durch Versprühen oder andere bekannte Verfahren oder aber auch durch ausbauende Verfahren aus noch kleineren Teilchen. Das Micronisat kann auch durch Abtrennung aus einer Pulvermischung hergestellt werden (Vgl. dazu Ullmann's Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemistry; 5th edition, vol. B2: unit operations I; chapter 14 – 23: Solid-Solid Separation).
- Die Mikropulver gemäss der Erfindung können in üblicher Weise in polymere Substrate eingearbeitet werden, aufgrund der besseren Wirkung sind jedoch auch andere, vereinfachte Verfahren der Einarbeitung denkbar. Die Additive dienen dazu, die Verarbeitbarkeit der Polymere zu verbessern oder aber auch zur Erreichung der gewünschten Eigenschaften des Endartikels, wie im Plastics Additives Handbook der Autoren Gächter/Müller beschrieben. Hervorzuheben sind sicherlich die Stabilisierung gegen Licht und Wärme von Polyolefinen wie Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, usw., aber auch alle anderen im oben erwähnten Handbuch beschriebenen Eigenschaften.
- Ein bevorzugter Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Stabilisatoren aus der Klasse der sog. HALS. Weitere sind Antioxidantien, Prozessstabilisatoren, Metalldesaktivatoren, Costabilisatoren, usw.
- Neben den Additiven, die eine gewünschte Eigenschaft einbringen, ermöglichen oder erhalten, können in den feinen Pulvern zur technischen Darstellbarkeit Hilfsmittel verwendet werden wie z.B. Mahlhilfsstoffe oder Trennmittel oder Trockenmittel. Letztere beide sollen eine nachträgliche Agglomeration verhindern.
- Als polymere Materialien seien genannt.

- 1. Polymere von Mono- und Diolefinen, beispielsweise Polypropylen, Polyisobutylen, Polybuten-1, Poly-4-methylpenten-1, Polyisopren oder Polybutadien sowie Polymerisate von Cycloolefinen wie z.B. von Cyclopenten oder Norbornen; ferner Polyethylen (das gegebenenfalls vernetzt sein kann), z.B. Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE), Polyethylen niederer Dichte (LDPE), lineares Polyethylen niederer Dichte (LLDPE), verzweigtes Polyethylen niederer Dichte (VLDPE). Polyolefine, d. h. Polymere von Monoolefinen, wie sie beispielhaft im vorstehenden Absatz erwähnt sind, insbesondere Polyethylen und Polypropylen, können nach verschiedenen Verfahren hergestellt werden, insbesondere nach den folgenden Methoden:
- a) radikalisch (gewöhnlich bei hohem Druck und hoher Temperatur).
- b) mittels Katalysator, wobei der Katalysator gewöhnlich ein oder mehrere Metalle der Gruppe IVb, Vb, VIb oder VIII enthält. Diese Metalle besitzen gewöhnlich einen oder mehrere Liganden wie Oxide, Halogenide, Alkoholate, Ester, Ether, Amine, Alkyle, Alkenyle und/oder Aryle, die entweder -n- oder a-koordiniert sein können. Diese Metallkomplexe können frei oder auf Träger fixiert sein, wie beispielsweise auf aktiviertem Magnesiumchlorid, Titanchlorid, Aluminiumoxid oder Siliziumoxid. Diese Katalysatoren können im Polymerisationsmedium löslich oder unlöslich sein. Die Katalysatoren können als solche in der Polymerisation aktiv sein, oder es können weitere Aktivatoren verwendet werden, wie beispielsweise Metallalkyle, Metallhydride, Metallalkylhalogenide, Metallalkyloxide oder Metallalkyloxane, wobei die Metalle Elemente der Gruppen Ia, IIa und/oder IIIa sind. Die Aktivatoren können beispielsweise mit weiteren Ester-, Ether- Amin- oder Silylether-Gruppen modifiziert sein. Diese Katalysatorsysteme werden gewöhnlich als Phillips, Standard Oil Indiana, Ziegler (Natta), TNZ (DuPont), Metallocen oder Single Site Katalysatoren (SSC) bezeichnet.
- 2. Mischungen der unter 1) genannten Polymeren, z.B. Mischungen von Polypropylen mit Polyisobutylen, Polypropylen mit Polyethylen (z.B. PP/HDPE, PP/LDPE) und Mischungen verschiedener Polyethylentypen (z.B. LDPE/IIDPE).
- 3. Copolymere von Mono- und Diolefinen untereinander oder mit anderen Vinylmonomeren, wie z.B. Ethylen-Propylen-Copolymere, lineares Polyethylen niederer Dichte (LLDPE) und Mischungen desselben mit Polyethylen niederer Dichte (LDPE), Propylen-Buten-1-Copolymere, Propylen-Isobutylen-Copolymere, Ethylen-Buten-1-Copolymere, Ethylen-Hexen-Copolymere, Ethylen-Methylpenten-Copolymere, Ethylen-Hepten-Copolymere, Ethylen-Octen-Copolymere, Propylen-Butadien-Copolymere, Isobutylen- und Isopren-Copolymere, Ethylen-Alkylacrylat-Copolymere, Ethylen-Alkylmethacrylat-Copolymere, Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymere und deren Copolymere mit Kohlenstoffinonoxid, oder Ethylen-Acrylsäure-Copolymere und deren Salze (Ionomere), sowie Terpolymere von Ethylen mit Propylen und einem Dien, wie Hexadien, Dicyclopentadien oder Ethylidennorbornen; ferner Mischungen solcher Copolymere untereinander und mit unter 1) genannten Polymeren, z.B. Polypropylen/Ethylen-Propylen-Copolymere, LDPE/Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymere, LDPE/Ethylen-Acrylsäure-Copolymere, LLDPE/Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Copolymere, LLDPE/Ethylen-Acrylsäure-Copolymere und alternierend oder statistisch aufgebaute Polyalkylen-Kohlenstoffinonoxid-Copolymere und deren Mischungen mit anderen Polymeren wie z.B. Polyamiden.
- 4. Kohlenwasserstoffharze (z.B. C5_9) inklusive hydrierte Modifikationen davon (z.B. Klebrigmacherharze) und Mischungen von Polyalkylenen und Stärke.
- 5. Polystyrol, Poly-(p-methylstyrol), Poly-(α-methylstyrol).
- 6. Copolymere von Styrol oder ?-Methylstyrol mit Dienen oder Acrylderivaten, wie z.B. Styrol-Butadien, Styrol-Acrylnitril, Styrol-Alkylmethacrylat, Styrol-Butadien-Alkylacrylat und -methacrylat, Styrol-Maleinsäureanhydrid, Styrol-Acrylnitril-Methylacrylat; Mischungen von hoher Schlagzähigkeit aus Styrol-Copolymeren und einem anderen Polymer, wie z.B. einem Polyacrylat, einem Dien-Polymeren oder einem Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren; sowie Block-Copolymere des Styrols, wie z.B. Styrol-Butadien-Styrol, Styrol-Isopren-Styrol, Styrol-Ethylen/Butylen-Styrol oder Styrol-Ethylen/Propylen-Styrol.
- 7. Pfropfcopolymere von Styrol oder ?-Methylstyrol, wie z.B. Styrol auf Polybutadien, Styrol auf Polybutadien-Styrol- oder Polybutadien-Acrylnitril-Copolymere, Styrol und Acrylnitril (bzw. Methacrylnitril) auf Polybutadien, Styrol, Acrylnitril und Methylmethacrylat auf Polybutadien; Styrol und Maleinsäureanhydrid auf Polybutadien; Styrol, Acrylnitril und Maleinsäureanhydrid oder Maleinsäureimid auf Polybutadien, Styrol und Maleinsäureimid auf Polybutadien, Styrol und Alkylacrylate bzw. Alkylmethacrylate auf Polybutadien, Styrol und Acrylnitril auf Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Terpolymeren. - 10. Copolymere der unter 9) genannten Monomeren untereinander oder mit anderen ungesättigten Monomeren, wie z.B. - 13. Polyacetale, wie Polyoxymethylen; sowie solche Polyoxymethylene, die Comonomere, wie z.B. Ethylenoxid, enthalten; Polyacetale, die mit thermoplastischen Polyurethanen, Acrylaten oder MBS modifiziert sind.
- 14. Polyphenylenoxide und -sulfide und deren Mischungen mit Styrolpolymeren oder Polyamiden.
- 15. Polyurethane, die sich von Polyethern, Polyestern und Polybutadienen mit endständigen Hydroxylgruppen einerseits und aliphatischen oder aromatischen Polyisocyanaten andererseits ableiten, sowie deren Vorprodukte.
- 16. Polyamide und Copolyamide, die sich von Diaminen und Dicarbonsäuren und/oder von Aminocarbonsäuren oder den entsprechenden Lactamen ableiten, wie Polyamid 4, Polyamid 6, Polyamid 6/6, 6/10, 6/9, 6/12, 4/6, 12/12, Polyamid 11, Polyamid 12, aromatische Polyamide ausgehend von m-Xylol, Diamin und Adipinsäure; Polyamide, hergestellt aus Hexamethylendiamin und Iso- und/oder Terephthalsäure und gegebenenfalls einem Elastomer als Modifikator, z.B. - Diese zusätzlichen Additive können vor, zusammen mit oder nach Zugabe der erfindungsgemässen Mikropulver den Polymeren zugegeben werden. Die Dosierung sowohl dieser Additive wie auch die der erfindungsgemässen Mikropulver kann dabei als Feststoff, in Lösung oder Schmelze sowie auch in Form von festen oder flüssigen Mischungen oder Masterbatches/Konzentraten erfolgen.
- Die konkrete Ausgestaltung der Erfindung soll durch folgende Beispiele gezeigt werden, wodurch jedoch die Übertragbarkeit auf ähnliche Gebiete nicht eingeschränkt werden soll.

- Herstellvorschrift Labor:
- Die Herstellung des micronisierten Produktes erfolgt auf der Mühle MC 100 der Fa. Micro-Macinazione S.A. Das Ausgangsprodukt wird der Mühle über eine Rüttelrinne so zugeführt, dass im Endeffekt der Zufluss an Grobpulver dem Abgang an Feinstpulver entspricht. Der Luftdruck zum Betreiben der Mühle wird auf 7bar eingestellt, und anschliessend mit der Zudosierung begonnen. Die eingesetzte Mühle besitzt einen statischen Sichter zum Abtrennen des Feingutes, daher sind weitere Einstellungen nicht möglich. Bei einem Durchsatz von ca. 1kg pro Stunde wurde folgendes Mahlergebnis erhalten:

- In den folgenden Anwendungsbeispielen werden die folgenden Rohstoffe eingesetzt:
Grobpulver: Hostavin N 30 (= Produkt 2) Pulver: 30% < 30μm, 100% < 500μm
Mikropulver: Hostavin N 30 (= Produkt 2): d50 = 9μm (d.h. je 50% kleiner/grösser), 100% < 50μm - ANWENDUNG IN PP MIT KNETER
- BEISPIEL 2
- 100 Teile PP Pulver (MFR 230/2,16 = 1,2g/10Min) wurden mit 0,2phr Hostavin N 30 Pulver oder der gleichen Menge Mikropulver gemischt. Das Pulver wurde in einem Laborkneter während 10Min bei 200°C und 40Upm geknetet. Anschliessend wurden davon 100μm Pressfolien auf der Laborpresse bei 190°C hergestellt und in einem Weatherometer (Ci4000) belichtet. Der Abbau des Polymers wurde mittels Anstieg der CO-Zahl verfolgt. Je länger die Zeit bis zum Erreichen einer bestimmten CO-Zahl, desto besser die Stabilisierung.
- Ergebnis: Nach einer Belichtungszeit von 620 Stunden beträgt die CO-Zahl beim Polymer mit Grobpulver 1,5 und beim Polymer mit Mikropulver 0,0.
- Der Versuch zeigt deutlich die bessere Wirksamkeit bei Verwendung eines Mikropulvers.
- ANWENDUNG IN PP OHNE KNETER
- BEISPIEL 3
- Die Durchführung ist wie im Beispiel 2, jedoch wird auf ein Einarbeiten im Kneter verzichtet. Die 100μm Folie wird direkt aus der Pulvermischung auf der Presse hergestellt. Die erhaltene Folie wird noch 2mal wieder in Stücke geschnitten und wieder zu einer Folie gepresst. Der Versuch mit dem mikronisierten Pulver wurde einmal wiederholt.

Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur gleichmässigen Verteilung einer Substanz oder eines Gemisches von Substanzen (genannt A) in einem Träger oder Substrat oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trägern oder Substraten (genannt B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Substanz A mit einer Partikelgrösse < 50 μm gleichmässig auf die Oberfläche eines Substrats B mit einer Partikelgrösse < 5 mm aufgetragen und die Mischung aus A und B einer Umformung mit Druck und/oder Temperatur unterworfen wird, wobei die Viskosität bei der Umformung mindestens 50 mPas⋅s beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substanz A zum Substrat B in einem Grössenverhältnis von < 1:20, bevorzugt von < 1:50, besonders bevorzugt von < 1:100 steht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substanz A eine Partikelgrösse < 20 μm, bevorzugt < 10 μm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substanz A eine Partikelgrössenverteilung von D9 0 < 100 μm und D5 0 < 50 μm, bevorzugt eine Partikelgrössenverteilung zwischen D90 < 50 μm und D50 < 20 μm resp. D90 < 30 μm und D50 < 10 μm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat B eine Partikelgrösse < 2 mm, bevorzugt < 1 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Viskosität der Mischung aus A und B mindestens 100 mPas⋅s, bevorzugt mindestens 200 mPas⋅s, insbesondere mindestens 500 mPas⋅s beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substanz A im Substrat B gelöst wird.
- Die nach dem Verfahren gemäss Ansprüche 1 bis 6 erhaltenen Rohmassen, Halberzeugnisse oder Endartikel.
- Kunststoffadditive und deren Mischungen in mikronisierter Form.
- Mikropulver gemäß Anspruch 9, worin das Kunststoffadditiv eines aus der Klasse der HALS ist.
- Mikropulver gemäß Anspruch 9 und/oder 10, worin das Kunststoffadditiv in einer Mischung mit anderen Additiven vorliegt.
- Mikropulver gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 mit einer Partikelgrössenverteilung von D9 0 < 100 μm und D50 < 50 μm, bevorzugt eine Partikelgrössenverteilung zwischen D9 0 < 50 μm und D5 0 < 20 μm resp. D90 < 30 μm und D5 0 < 15 μm.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von mikronisierten Kunststoffadditiven und deren Mischungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Kunststoffadditive resp. deren Mischungen durch Mahlung einer gröberen Form oder durch direkte Herstellung mittels Kristallisation oder durch Versprühen herstellt.
- Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Grobpulver mittels einer Luftstrahlmühle in die gewünschte Partikelgrösse überführt.
- Verwendung eines Mikropulvers gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12 zur Einarbeitung in polymeren Substraten.
- Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Polyolefine gegen schädliche Lichteinflüsse stabilisiert.
