So fallen beim Öffnen oder Ablegen der Schokolade sowohl die werbe- und marketingrelevanten Aufdrucke auf der Verpackungsfront als auch die ansprechende Täfelung und Markenabbildung auf der Vorderseite der Schokolade (Figur: Ziffer 3) deutlich besser ins Auge um sich beim Konsumenten einzuprägen. Dabei ist irrelevant, mit welchem Verfahren oder Aufdruck die Verpackung frontal verschlossen ist. Entscheidend für den Frontalverschluß ist, daß die Verpackung an der plakativen Frontseite gefaltet und verschlossen ist und nur dort einfach geöffnet werden kann.
