Description
Technisches FeldTechnical field
The invention relates to the technical field of lithium-ion batteries and in particular to a method for producing a nanoscale lithium-ion composite anode by plasma spraying.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
A lithium-ion battery is an environmentally friendly secondary battery that has a high energy density, high average output voltage, low self-discharge, and contains no toxic substances. After a development period of almost twenty years, a lithium-ion battery has been realized with 100 Wh / kg to 150 Wh / kg and a maximum working voltage of 4 V. A supercapacitor is an energy storage based on the principle of energy storage by means of electrical double layers and the principle of highly reversible redox pseudo-capacitors. This capacitor has the advantages of a high power density, a short charge and discharge time, a long life and a wide operating temperature range, but also the disadvantage of a low energy density.
The difference between the specific energies and the specific performances of the lithium-ion battery and the supercapacitor leads to different charging and discharging speeds. In practical application, due to the respective excellent advantages and limitations of the supercapacitor and the lithium ion battery, the supercapacitor and the lithium ion battery can be combined with each other by connecting in parallel or in series to fill this gap. In the anode material for the anode of a lithium-ion battery, a large amount of porous coal is introduced, for example, activated carbon, mesoporous coal, carbon nanotubes and graphene. However, the bonding effect due to the processes and the cost during the production of the composite anode material is not satisfactory, so that a uniform dispersion or a nanoscale composite is not achievable.
The development process of the anode material for the lithium-ion battery ranges from lithium cobalt oxide having a layer structure, lithium titanate in the form of spinel, lithium iron phosphate in the form of peridotite to ternary material of lithium nickel cobalt manganese. The lithium-cobalt-oxide anode material is a material widely used in the known electronic devices, which is characterized by a high capacitance and a large voltage range. The lithium-cobalt oxide is widely used in the electric field of electric and electric vehicles because of its advantages such as low cost, good stability and high conductivity. But it also has disadvantages, such as capacity deterioration. With fast-developing public transport using clean energy, lithium iodide phosphate anode material in the form of peridotite and the more advanced ternary material containing lithium nickel cobalt manganese are frequently used in electric vehicles and in mass energy storage systems.
In plasma spraying, the DC-powered plasma arc is used as the heat source. Ceramics, alloys and metal, etc. are heated to the molten or semi-molten state and injected at high speed onto the pretreated surface of the workpiece to form a firmly adhered surface layer. This process is carried out by means of the plasma arc, which is a compression arc and which has a thin arc column, a high current density and a high gas ionization degree compared to the free arc, so that it has advantages such as a high temperature, dense energy and a stable Bow brings.
Offenbarung der ErfindungDisclosure of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a method for producing a nanoscale lithium-ion composite anode by plasma spraying, so that the problem is solved that limited the composite anode material for a lithium-ion capacitor battery due to its unsatisfactory dispersion, homogeneity and distribution of the particle diameter electrochemical performance leads. The temperature at which the bus bar is immersed in the surface treatment liquid is 70-85 ° C and the dipping time is 2-4 hours. The current bus bar is first dried at 60 ° C for 2 hours, then heated to 80 ° C and dried for 1.5 hours and finally dried at 105 ° C for 1 hour. The gas velocity of the inert gas, with which the bus bar is sprayed on both sides, is 120-260 ml / min.
In the invention, the surface-treated current collecting bar has a larger specific surface area and a lower surface tension, so that the strength of the adhesive bond of the electrode film is increased and the internal resistance of the electrode is reduced, thereby prolonging the life of the lithium-ion battery. The machining fluid can increase the erosion resistance of the bus bar and further increase the binding quality of the anode material on the surface of the bus bar, so that the internal resistance is reduced.
Preferably, the activated carbon is an activated carbon whose precursor is coconut shell or needle-shaped coke. This activated carbon is used after a surface modification, wherein the surface modification is achieved by mixing a solution of silane coupling agent in pure alcohol with a mass concentration of 5-10% and activated carbon for 30-50 minutes. Then, a solution of aluminate coupling agent in pure alcohol with a mass concentration of 8-15% is added and touched for 30-50 minutes. It is then filtered and the filtered substance dried at 70 ° C-80 ° C for 4-5 hours. It is then activated at 100 ° C-105 ° C for 1-2 hours, wherein the addition amount of Silanhaftvermittler 0.5-1 wt .-% of the addition amount of activated carbon and the addition amount of Aluminathaftvermittler 1-1.5 wt .-% of Added amount of activated carbon is. In the invention, the activated carbon whose precursor is coconut shell or needle-shaped coke is sufficiently porous and has high performance when used as an active material for the anode. Investigations have shown that the activated carbon is first surface-treated for the first time with silane coupling agent, wherein the silane coupling agent can effectively penetrate into the space between the particles of activated carbon after being faded into the activated carbon, so that the particles of the activated carbon are relatively separated and the dispersibility the activated carbon is thereby effectively increased. Subsequently, the treated activated carbon is surface-treated a second time by the addition of aluminate adhesion promoter, so that the agglomeration of the activated carbon is effectively prevented and the Aluminathaftvermittler effectively envelops the activated carbon and so the agglomeration of the activated carbon is further prevented. The lipophilic groups of the activated carbon decrease due to the treatment the adhesion promoter and can be more uniformly mixed with the ingredients such as binder, whereby the resulting anode material is evenly distributed and has a stable performance.
Investigations have found that with an electrode with carbon nanotubes, only when the number of carbon nanotubes is so large that the carbon nanotubes can come into contact with each other will the electrode be affected not by the resistance of the carbon nanotube itself but essentially by the contact resistance between them , Therefore, the amount of carbon nanotube added is relatively large. The diameter of typical multi-walled carbon nanotubes is usually a few nm to several 10 nm and its length from a few microns to several 10 microns. The prepared sample is usually randomly distributed, the winding of the carbon nanotubes can be difficult to solve each other, and they can only develop their particular effect when the mutually contacting carbon nanotubes can be solved to individual carbon nanotubes.
In step (1), carbon nanotubes, a solution of dimethylformamide having a mass concentration of 30-50%, and an acid solution are mixed with stirring to increase the contact areas between the carbon nanotubes and the solution so that the carbon nanotubes are homogeneously dispersed. A special solvent system of dimethylformamide with a mass concentration of 30-50% and the acid solution allows the carbon nanotubes in the system to be more evenly distributed, thus avoiding agglomeration of the carbon nanotubes.
In step (1), carbon nanotubes are first homogeneously dispersed so that this facilitates the shear in step (2). The carbon nanotubes homogeneously dispersed in step (1) are subjected to a hydrothermal reaction with the inventive chemical shearing liquid for hours, so that the carbon nanotubes are effectively separated from each other and homogenized carbon nanotubes of relatively equal length (about 100-150 nm in length) are obtained. Such carbon nanotubes, when used in the electrode material, can achieve better electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity even with a small amount of addition. In step (3), the carbon nanotubes obtained in step (2) are subjected to a hydrothermal reaction in perchloric acid, whereby the molecules of perchloric acid intercalate and swell the carbon nanotubes, so that the carbon nanotubes are separated from each other. The carbonaceous by-products can be exposed on their surface, thereby selectively functionalizing the carbonaceous by-products. Similar to the surfactant, these functionalized carbon by-products have amphiphilicicity which enhances the interaction between the carbon nanotubes and the binder, thereby facilitating the dispersion of the carbon nanotubes, thus significantly increasing the uniform dispersion of the carbon nanotubes in the preparation of the anode material and cathode material, respectively becomes.
