Die Stirnwand sowie die beiden unteren, vorderen Längsträger, sind dabei Bestandteil der Aufbaustruktur eines Kraftfahrzeuges, das heißt einer Karosseriestruktur eines Kraftfahrzeuges, wobei die Stirnwand üblicherweise einen Fahrgastraum nach vorne hin abschließt. Zwischen jeweils einer Innenseite eines der beiden unteren, vorderen Längsträger und dem Stirnwandquerträger, der seinerseits fest mit der Stirnwand verbunden ist, ist eine dreiecksförmige Aussteifungskonsole vorgesehen, welche die im Wesentlichen rechtwinkelige Verbindung zwischen dem Stirnwandquerträger und dem unteren, vorderen Längsträger aussteift und dadurch eine insgesamt steifere Aufbaustruktur schafft, die insbesondere im Hinblick auf ein Crashverhalten deutlich besser abschneidet. Die Steifigkeit zwischen dem Stirnwandquerträger einerseits und dem zugehörigen vorderen, unteren Längsträger andererseits, muss somit nicht mehr lediglich über eine stirnseitige Anbindung des vorderen, unteren Längsträgers an den Stirnwandquerträger erfolgen, sondern kann zusätzlich durch das Vorsehen der dreiecksförmigen Aussteifungskonsole verstärkt werden. Diese Aussteifungskonsole kann beispielsweise aus Metall oder aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff hergestellt sein, wobei letztere Variante besonders günstig im Hinblick auf ein Gewicht des Kraftfahrzeuges zu sehen ist, und kann dadurch kostengünstig und zugleich mit den geforderten Steifigkeiten bzw. Festigkeiten hergestellt werden.
