Abstract
Es wird eine Lötvorrichtung 1 vorgeschlagen, die mit Knallgas arbeitet. Zur Knallgaserzeugung wird ein Membran-Elektrolyseur 2 verwendet, der mit einer dünnen, protonenleitenden Polymer-Membran 3 ausgerüstet ist. Die Membran 3 ist auf beiden Seiten mit einer Schicht Katalysator-Material überzogen. Beide Schichten bilden Kathode und Anode des Elektrolyeurs 2. DOLLAR A Beim Anlegen einer Gleichspannung von etwa 15 Watt bei 15 Volt trennt die Membran 3 des Elektrolyeurs 2 Wasser in Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff. DOLLAR A Das Knallgas wird über einen Färbebehälter 15 eingefärbt und über ein Rückschlagventil 16 einem Brenner 17 zum Verbrauch zugeführt. Die Lötvorrichtung 1 ist bestimmt zur Verwendung in Kleinbetrieben, insbesondere in Betrieben der Schmuckindustrie.
