The invention has for its object to form a device of the type mentioned for detecting an object scene so that a large solid angle can be detected in structurally fixed detector.
- a) the imaging optical system has an object-side system part, which is pivotable directly by means of a pitch frame about a pitch axis perpendicular to a roll axis by at least +/- 90 ° with respect to the roll axis,
- b) the pitch frame is mounted so as to be pivotable directly about the pitch axis in a rolling frame, the rolling frame being mounted so as to be rotatable about the roll axis through 360 ° in the structure,
- c) the object-side system part contains first beam deflection means, by which the imaging beam path of the imaging optical system is deflectable in the direction of the pitch axis,
- d) the imaging optical system further includes second Strahlumlenkmittel which are rotatable with the rolling frame and through which the deflected imaging beam path of the first Strahlumlenkmittel taken along the pitch axis and is deflected in the direction of the roll axis,
- e) the structure-fixed detector is arranged on the roll axis,
- f) the reflecting means (
36 .54 .56 .58 ) Deflection prisms (36 .54 .56 .58 ) with a substantially isosceles right-angled triangle forming cross-section whose totally reflective hypotenuse surfaces (42 .60 .68 .78 ) deflect the imaging beam path, the catheter surfaces (62 .66 ;72 .74 ;82 .84 ) are each perpendicular to the optical axis of the imaging beam path and at least a portion of the catheter surfaces (62 .66 ;72 .74 ;82 .84 ) forms curved lens surfaces.
By using a gimbal system consisting of pitch frame and roll frame, it is possible to detect a large solid angle. The object-side system part can be pivoted with a suitable structural design about the pitch axis by more than 40 ° relative to the rolling frame, without this movement being hindered by the rolling frame. The rotation of the rolling frame about the roll axis allows orientation of the system part within an angle of 360 °. In contrast to known roll pitch systems, however, the detector is not seated on the pitch frame but is arranged in a structurally fixed manner on the roll axis. This is made possible by a deflection of the imaging beam path. The imaging beam path is first deflected by the first Strahlumlenkmittel so that it runs along the pitch axis. The beam path is then not affected by a pivoting of the object-side system part about the pitch axis. The second Strahlumlenkmittel, which are rotatable with the rolling frame, detect the thus deflected beam path on the pitch axis and steer it so that it runs along the roll axis. The structure-fixed detector sits on the roll axis, which is structurally sound.
