DEUTSCHESGERMAN
In the present electron or ion microscope, according to the invention, one, two or more are concave or convexly curved, in particular spherically curved, reflecting electrons or ions Mirror arranged to enlarge the object. This can be done by electrons or ions reflecting mirror on a fluorescent screen, the image generated by a light-optical system can be viewed be arranged. The electron or ion microscope can also use the electron or electrons or ion reflecting mirrors one or more electrostatic or electromagnetic Collecting or diverging lenses included. To enlarge the electrons forming the lens or an ion reflecting concave mirror or the image created by a second electron or ion reflecting mirror designed image can advantageously be an electrostatic or be arranged electromagnetic magnification system. The microscope is advantageous for light and Set up dark field lighting and in particular has at least one bright field and one dark field cathode or anode. The microscope can also be equipped with a binocular beam splitter for the bundles of rays coming from the concave mirror be provided.
Ionen reflektierenden Hohlspiegeln. In the drawing, the invention is schematically explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment, and although the figure shows a section through an electron or ion microscope with two electrons or ions reflecting concave mirrors.
Part 3 is the anode (or cathode) and part 4 a condenser, which allows the emanating from the cathode (or anode) diverging cathode ray (or anode ray) lighting bundles 5 in parallel as required or to make it convergent. The light bundle is through a small hole 6 in the second Electrons or ions reflecting concave mirror 7 on the object to be enlarged or the object 8 thrown, of which the first electron or ion reflecting concave mirror 9 is an inverted one enlarged image 10 designs, which as an object for the second electrons or ions reflecting Concave mirror 7 is used, which is an upright enlarged image 11 on a fluorescent screen or photographic Plate 12 designs, which viewed through a light-optical system 13 or enlarged can be. Instead of the light-optical system 13, an electrostatic or electromagnetic system can also be used Enter magnification system and the screen 12 can then be removed, e.g. B. be folded down and that Image 15 on a second foldable screen 14 electron or ion microscope

The electron reflecting mirror 9 which forms the objective and which is the smallest Has focal length consists of an isolator, e.g. B. a5 im Vakuum oder durch Kathodenzerstäubung aufgebracht sein kann. Die Spiegel können so gekrümmt sein, daß keine sphärische Aberration stattfindet.a5 applied in a vacuum or by cathode sputtering can be. The assignments lead to opposite controllable positive or negative potential opposite the cathode. The second electron reflecting mirror 7 is formed in the same way. The mirrors can be curved so that no spherical aberration occurs.
The arrangement of the present type has the advantage that the electrons or ions reflecting concave mirror no change in magnification occurs when the beam voltage changes, which is of extraordinary technical importance because it is difficult to keep the beam voltage constant. In addition, there is no chromatic aberration, i.e. H. no color dispersion, so the pictures look better than with the known electron microscopes.
Punkt 21 stellt den Brennpunkt und Punkt 22 den Krümmungs-The object 8 can be illuminated not only from above, but also from a different direction, z. B. in the direction of arrow 19 or arrow 20. In the latter lighting devices you can Achieve dark field lighting. A special one can be used for each of these other lighting directions Provide cathode or anode. The mirror 9 is kept as small as possible in diameter. The tight one Piercing of the mirror 7 in the middle can also be moved towards or outside the edge of the mirror will. It can also reflect electrons with a paraboloid, cardioid or similar design Find mirrors use. Point 21 represents the focal point and point 22 the curvature

An Stelle des Schirmes tritt dann ein Strahlenteiler mit binokularen Ansätzen. center of the mirror 9 and point 23 the focal point and point 24 represents the center of curvature of the mirror 7. For binocular observation, the bundle of rays coming from the concave mirror 7 are divided into two parts, preferably through geometric division. Instead of the screen, there is a beam splitter with binocular attachments.
