The invention relates to an arrangement for roof covering with at least one opening, for example for roof ventilation or to a pipe feedthrough, comprising flat roof element according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Die gaubenartigeA generic arrangement, which is designed as a bleeder, is known from DE-GM 8709514. The flat roof element is formed as Mittelwulststein having approximately centrally a covered by a dormer with semicircular profile through opening. At the dormer opening, a ventilation grille with vertical ribs and a eaves-side, closed frontal pool is provided in extension of the dormer mantle. Dachstein, dormers and ventilation grilles must be produced as individual parts by design and then glued together in one piece. The dormer
Overlap and the glued-on ventilation grille lead to a sudden optical break within a roof area. In addition, it is readily apparent that different materials, in particular plastic for the ventilation grille, are used.
There are also known roof tiles for pipe penetrations. These are used for the roof penetration of antennas, ventilation pipes and retaining struts for running gratings and risers. In the passage area, a lead collar is usually placed on the tube, which covers the opening edge and prevents penetration of rain into the sub-roof. Usually, an individual adaptation of the sleeve to the roof tile opening is required. In addition, the sealing effect of the cuff under load of the pipe in question, for example in wind or snow, gradually diminish, because the cuff is unable to compensate for the relative movement between the pipe and the fixed roof element.
The invention has for its object to provide an arrangement for the roof covering of the generic type, which is easy to install and yet ensures a reliable seal and which fits in addition harmoniously in a roof landscape.
This object is achieved in that under dam roof element and arranged substantially parallel to the top surface of the roof element an insert with a collecting area for collecting and discharging entering through the opening precipitates and contaminants, that the insert has at least one passage opening, and that the passage opening is displaced laterally and / or upwards out of the collecting area relative to the collecting area. By such a design roofing elements, in particular ventilation tiles, can be used with a larger opening, as they no longer have to be covered up against the ingress of precipitates and impurities. In order to vent a volume or area given sub-roof, therefore, less ventilation bricks than previously required. In addition, ventilation tiles within the roof structure are hardly distinguishable from the rest of the bricks, since they have substantially no externally recognizable formations. In particular, an externally visible variety of materials is avoided in this case, because only the outer roof element is visible and the use outwardly nicin .'ri appearance occurs.
Roof elements with an opening for a pipe penetration do not require a technically complex and customizable cuff. According to the invention, precipitations can pass under the opening of the roof element, where they impinge on the collecting area of the insert and are discharged from there. The water is either diverted to the lower part of the roof or it can be fed via sewer and hose systems to a central drainage or water collection system.
Since the pipe feedthrough in the critical area is no longer directly connected to the roof element, movements of the nozzle in the event of wind and snow loading can be compensated for the insertion, which must be made less rigid than the outer roof element. In particular, if it is made of plastic, it can compensate for the occurring movements.
'In an arrangement designed for roof or roof ventilation, it is advantageous if a transverse rib is arranged on the insert, which is led out beyond the opening at the eaves-side edge of the opening of the outer roof element, and whose free end is designed as a tear-off edge. By this edge, a tear of an over the roof area sweeping air flow is effected. The resulting negative pressure leads to a suction of air from the lower roof. '
It is expedient to arrange this transverse rib with the help of aligned in the outflow direction support ribs at a predetermined distance from the collecting area of the insert, so that between this rib and the collecting area a pointing eaves opening for the collected precipitation is present. The support ribs are arranged on the sides of the opening, so they prevent as well as the transverse rib with the tear-off edge an oblique incidence of precipitation in the catchment area, as he might occur especially in strong winds. Precipitation is thus directed to the catchment area and uncontrolled entry into the roof space is prevented. In order to further improve the stability and bending stiffness of the insert, support ribs are arranged distributed over the entire opening of the outer roof element at predetermined intervals grid-like and guided into the region of the opening. In this way, a protective grid against the ingress of foliage, small animals or the like is formed. By engaging the support ribs in the opening of the outer roof element, the insert is also fixed in its position relative to the roof element. This has the advantage that the insert does not need to be separately attached to the roof battens or the like, so that the arrangement can be placed without problems and similar speed as a normal roof panel during roofing.
A particularly advantageous development of the invention in connection with a roof ventilation is that the aperture is arranged in the flow direction on the lower side and substantially over the entire width of the outer roof element, that the passage opening of the insert is arranged offset with respect to the opening upwards and that the cross section of the passage opening, the opening and the gap between the roof element and the insert is substantially equal. By this measure, a maximum air passage with the least possible disturbance of the air flow can be achieved. In order to ensure reliable drainage, it is expedient to provide the insert along its two side edges each with an upwardly facing collar. The collar serves equally for edge reinforcement of the insert.

Preferably, however, to provide the two subsequent side edges of the insert passage opening with an upwardly facing collar. In this way, it is ensured that, for example, at low roof pitch possibly backlogging rainfall can penetrate through the passage opening in the loft.

The illustrated in Fig. 1 arrangement, which can also be referred to as a surface fan 9, comprises a formed as a fan brick 10 outer roof element for mounting on a sloping roof. The fan brick 10 has at its lower, eaves-side end within the brick surface an opening 12 which extends as far as possible over the entire width of the fan brick 10 perpendicular to the plane. The opening 12 has a rectangular cross-section. At its ridge-side end of the fan brick 10 is suspended with a nose 14 on a roof batten 16 in the roof construction, while the eaves-side end 18 rests on the ridge-side end of the next tile 20. Under the fan brick 10, a plastic insert 8 is arranged, which forms a chicane to catch on the one hand through the opening 12 penetrating precipitation and dissipate and on the other hand to ensure a flow of air from the inside to the outside to vent the under-roof 7.
First side of the insert 8 rests on the roof batten 16, wherein it is pressed by the weight of the fan brick 10 from above. His eaves-side end 25 rests on the roof tile 20 adjacent below, wherein it engages with a web-like down drip edge 6 in a groove on the roof tile 20.
The insert 8 has, below the opening 12 of the fan brick 10, a closed collecting area 22, which collects penetrating precipitates and dissipates downwards onto the roof tile 20. In the collecting area 22 are aligned in the flow direction and vertically projecting support ribs 27, which extend into the opening 12. The support ribs 27 carry on their eaves-side end faces a transverse rib 26 which extends beyond the edge of the opening 12. The projecting beyond the surface of the fan brick 10 edge forms a sharp tear edge 28. A sweeping over the fan brick 10 air flow breaks off at the edge 28 and thereby generates a negative pressure in the opening 12. The transverse rib 26 ends in a pre-abe.nen distance above of the collecting area 22, so that in the outflow direction a sufficient outlet 29 is present. The transverse rib 26 is provided in the reproduced Beispial for aerodynamic reasons with a rounded cross-section.
In the flow direction above the collecting region 22 of the inserts is provided with a passage opening 30 which establishes a connection to the lower roof 7. A circumferential around the edge of the passage opening 31 collar 31 prevents entering through the opening 12 precipitation can pass through the passage opening 30 in the sub-roof 7, especially in the case of a low roof pitch. 5 denotes an aerodynamic rounding at the edge of the passage opening 30. The insert 8 extends substantially in a plane parallel to the top surface of the fan brick 10 at a predetermined distance from the bottom thereof. About the distance an air passage cross-section 32 is defined, which corresponds to the cross-sectional area of both the passage opening 30 and the opening 12.
As further illustrated in Fig. 2, the insert 8 is provided with upstands 33 along its two longitudinal sides, which prevent penetrating precipitation beyond the longitudinal sides in the joint region of the relevant brick can reach the under-roof. The perspective view further illustrates that the support ribs 27 form a protective grid, which prevents the entry of foliage or the like into the opening 12. In addition, it fixed by a positive fit in the opening 12 the insert 8 in the correct position below the fan brick 10. In the second example shown in FIG. 3, the arrangement comprises a breakthrough brick 40, via which a pipe from the lower roof 7 is led to the outside. It is provided with a round opening 42 which lies at the top of a step-like formation 41. The aperture 42 thus extends, taking into account a predetermined roof pitch in the 'substantially horizontal, to allow the most vertical possible passage of the pipe in question. The insert 46 has below the opening 42 a nozzle 48, which is performed in the example shown hler over the surface of the Durchbruchziegols 40 addition. The edge of the nozzle 48 forms in this embodiment, the passage opening 43 of the insert 46, which thus in turn is above the collecting area 45 of the insert 46. Precipitation, passing through the opening 42 past the opening 42, are collected by the collecting area 45 and derived after untun on the next brick 47 of the roof formation.
The insert 46 is provided in the firing direction above the nozzle 48 with a longitudinal bend 49. At (the rear end of the insert 46 is also a downwardly facing web 51 is present, which engages behind a roof batten 53, so that the insert 46 is suspended on this roof batten 53.
On the nozzle 48, an angle pipe piece 50 is placed with two legs 54,56, whose outer diameter corresponds to the inner diameter of the nozzle 48. The one leg 54 is inserted into the socket 48, while the other leg 56 projects freely upwards. By appropriate rotation of the leg 54 about its longitudinal axis of the free leg 56 is vertically aligned. By a 180 ° rotation relative to the position shown, the free leg 56 can be adapted to a different roof pitch. The angle of inclination between the two legs 54,56 is therefore chosen with regard to the usual roof pitches that usually vertical alignment is possible. In the illustrated example, a vent tube 44 is placed on the free leg 56, as it is used for room ventilation, roof ventilation or the like. It can be seen that the vent tube 44 can be placed directly on the nozzle 48, if a vertical orientation of the vent tube 44 is possible due to the roof pitch. For this purpose, the tube 44 is provided with a sleeve 61.
The one leg 54 is provided with an outside, downwardly facing cylindrical collar 58 which is positively fitted on the nozzle edge. The collar 58 is a precipitation-proof, non-sliding connection over which the angle pipe piece 50 is supported on the nozzle 48. The cross section of the Winkelrohrstücks 50 is reinforced following the collar 58 to the foot of the free leg 66, so that in the foot region of the leg 56, a shoulder 60 is formed, on which the end face of the vent tube 44 is seated.
The breakthrough brick 40 coincides with that of FIG. 3, so that a more detailed description is omitted here. The nozzle 68 is eaves-shaped similar to the brick side shaping 41 conically extended to the support area. In this way, the base of the nozzle 68 is extended so that it can accommodate a metal support 62. The metal support 62 is bolted to a roof rail directly in the base region of the nozzle 68. The support 62 includes a central, projecting into the nozzle 68 pipe receptacle 70 and vertical ribs'. 2. In addition, it is suspended by a bent metal band 74 on the roof batten 76.
In the pipe receptacle 70 is a tube 75, which in Fig.4 exemplarily a snow guards 78 carries. Alternatively, it may, for example, also carry an antenna or a running grate.
The nozzle opening is covered with a plastic sleeve 84, which is slipped over the nozzle 68 with a wide edge 80. At the ridge-side end of the insert 66 is provided with a recess 82 through which the metal strip 74 engages the roof rail 64. On both sides of the metal strip 74 of the insert 66 is mounted on the roof rail 64.
