Abstract
FigurThe invention relates to a method for increasing the performance of Spruehabsorptionsverfahren for flue gas desulfurization, in which a calcareous suspension is carried out against the flue gas stream to be cleaned at high pressure in a reactor. The object of the invention is to shorten the necessary process step of the evaporation of the water of the suspension in the flue gas stream and to use the thus liberated reaction space for the desulfurization-determining reaction of calcium hydrates with the sulfur oxides of the flue gas. The object is achieved by an increase of the enthalpy of the suspension after the pressure increase in the pump and before the Verduesung by indirect heat transfer to the suspension. figure
Description
Reaction space in the reactor. The F unit of the suspension and ihie atomization in the reactor, the direct heat transfer from the flue gas to the suspension droplets and the evaporation process itself thus limit the performance of the spray absorption process. Another power reduction results from high gas temperatures. High gas temperatures have a large effective gas volume and thus increased gas velocities in the reactor and thus reduced reaction times for the sulfur binding result.
The object of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the spray absorption process for flue gas desulfurization, based on the flue gas flow rate of the same quality in the unit time, lime utilization and the degree of desulfurization of the flue gases and in a reduction of the specific electrical energy consumption of Rauchgasreinigungsanldge, based on the purified flue gas volume.
The object of the invention is to propose measures which influence the process step of the spray absorption process in such a way that the reactor volumes available for the reaction step "chemical reaction of the sulfur oxides of the flue gas with the calcium hydroxide of the suspension" and the reaction time available for this purpose are increased The technical problem is solved by implementing measures to speed up the process of "evaporation". According to the invention, therefore, the enthalpy of the suspension between the pressure increase and the atomization in the reactor by indirect heat transfer, based on the pressure after the pressure increase, increased to near the boiling state, so that the suspension after the atomization, based on the system parameters dos reactor, in overheated condition. This heat energy, which is indirectly sensed outside the reactor, reduces the necessary direct heat transfer from the flue gas to the suspension in the reactor and thus the time required for the realization of the process step "evaporation" and ensures a fine distribution of the suspension in the suspension droplets after atomization of the suspension by water evaporation Gas flow, which in turn results in a larger area for the direct transfer of heat from the flue gas to the suspension and thus a partial reduction in the time required for the evaporation. The reactor volume freed up in this way is the process step "chemical reaction of the calcium hydrate out of the suspension with the sulfur oxides of the Rauchjases "available. It can be used with the same flue gas throughput to improve the degree of desulfurization of the flue gas and better lime utilization, but also to increase the flue gas flow through the reactor in the unit time and to increase the exposure to the suspension. It is also according to the invention that to increase the enthalpy of the suspension prior to atomization in the reactor part of the enthalpy of the flue gas to be purified and / or regeneratively preheated in the power plant process !! Boiler feed water is used, which is fed back to the power plant process after completion of the heat transfer.
The invention will be described below by Ausführungsbeispieien. In the accompanying drawing, the solution according to the invention is shown. The Ausführungsbeispiol refers to the desulfurization of a flue gas from a boiler furnace for raw lignite, which enters the reactor 1 of the spray absorption process at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees Celsius and the content of sulfur oxides of 7500mg / m high 3 at normal state (i . = 0.1 MPa; 0 degrees Celsius).
N. gesenkt v« i^rden. N. lowered. When using the Kalkhydroxidgehaltes the suspension of 80% for the solution of the task 10 grams of calcium hydroxide / m high 3 i. N. needed. In the case of a proportion of the lime hydroxide in the solid of the suspension of 50% by mass, which may be the case when power plant ash is mixed with calcium hydroxide, 1 kg of solid for the desulfurization of 50 m high reaches 3 i.N. Flue gas, with above stated effectiveness. If the solids content of the suspension varies between 25 and 50% by mass, then the preparation of the suspension in an agitator 2 requires the admixture of from 1 to 3 kg of water / kg of solid, ie. h., for cleaning 50 rn high 3 i.N. Flue gas consumes 2 to 4 kg of suspension. Due to the evaporation of the water of the suspension in the reactor 1, the partial pressure of water vapor of the flue gas increases from 20 to 22 to 26 kPa.
While the specific Ent! ilpie of the water vapor in the flue gas changes insignificantly, drops to 150 to 160 degrees Celsius due to the evaporation of the water of the suspension or the flue gas temperature, and the water vapor dew point of the flue gas rises from 60 to 66 degrees Celsius,
Daraus resultiert 6ine feinere Verdüsung derIf the suspension is prepared and sprayed at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, then in order to secure the evaporation in the reactor at a solids content of the suspension of 50% by mass about 1400 kJ / kg of suspension and at a solids content of 25% by mass over 2000 kJ / kg suspension of the flue gas to dio suspension droplets in the reactor 1 are transferred directly. The formation around the Suspsnsionströpfchen in the evaporation forming water vapor hinder the direct heat transfer nn the suspension droplets and the mass transfer between flue gas and suspension and delays these processes, resulting in a blockage of a large part of the reaction space in the reactor 1. At a pressure of the suspension after the pump 3 of 2.5 MPa, the enthalpy of the suspension can be increased to near the boiling point in a heat exchanger 4 and / or 6, ie in this example characterized by a suspension temperature after the heat exchanger 4 of 220 degrees Culsius , Because after de. Atomization by a dyson system 5 in the reactor 1, the evaporation of the water from the system parameters of the water vapor in the reactor I 1 in the example Wasserdampftaupunkt to 66 degrees Celsius maximum and Wasserdampfpartialdruck maximum 26kPa, is determined, the present invention preheated suspension after atomization in an overheated state , The enthalpy difference of the suspension from this state to the state of equilibrium with the water vapor in the flue gas is reduced by vaporization of the slurry of the suspension immediately after atomization. This results in a finer atomization of the
Suspension in the reactor 1, which ensures a larger area for the direct heat transfer from the flue gas to the suspension and thus an acceleration of the process step "evaporation." At the same time, the solution according to the invention reduces the necessary direct heat transfer from the flue gas to the suspension in the reactor 1 by 17 to 19 Both factors, creating a larger surface area for the direct transfer of heat from the flue gas to the suspension and reducing the direct heat transfer by indirect heat transfer to the suspension outside the reactor, reduce the time required for the "Evaporation" to process step to 50% and set R eaktionsraum for the process step "chemical reaction of the calcium hydroxide of the suspension with the sulfur oxides of the flue gas" free, whereby a power increase, based on the possible flue gas throughput, can be achieved by 40 to 50% n.
