Description
The invention relates to a needle-punched textile fabric of string yarn-typical yarn sheets for outer clothing and decoration.
An important field of application of needling technology is to be found in the field of technical textiles of various functions. Here, the necessary dimensional stability and strength require the needling of a carrier material (such as, for example, scrims, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, netting, films, spunbonded fabrics) in nonwoven fabric layers. The carrier material is embedded between two nonwoven fabric layers and is completely connected to them after needling. It is known z. As a reinforced needled nonwoven, which has as a carrier long strands of parallel yarns or twines and is needled on both sides with fiber fleece (DD-PS 95284). The disadvantage of this sheet is that the threads produced by complex processes are no longer visible on the surface. The fabric usually lacks the surface structure and fashionable appeal that is required for use in the outerwear sector. The same drawbacks have fabrics according to DD-PS 220583, in which Fadenlagennähgewirke are needled as carrier elements with nonwoven fabric so that the right side is more intense than the left side is needled.
According to DE-GM 8000282, an outer, pattern-forming, imperfectly opaque layer of individual lightly rotated continuous filaments on a contrast carrier layer, i. on a separate sheet, arranged by means of holding fibers and fixed by needling, the differently colored continuous filaments crossed with each other, arranged in groups parallel to one another and the contrast carrier layer between the continuous filaments in another color is visible.
There are deposited on the support layer solely and exclusively the pattern in pronounced high-low structure and contrasting color pattern Endlosfilamente imperfectly covering and fixed by means of shifted silk capillary ends in the contrast carrier layer.
The contrast carrier layer has a greater thickness than the layer of continuous filaments. The fabric is suitable as textile decor or furniture fabric or as a floor or wall covering. However, it is not suitable for outerwear because of lack of draping ability.
The aim of the invention is to provide nonwoven fabrics for outerwear and decoration, which can be produced from string yarn typical thread systems consisting of high productivity, have a good surface stability and Drapierfähigkeit. They should have the appearance and utility value of a fabric and allow fashionable effects.
The object of the invention is to provide a nonwoven textile fabric for outerwear with a fabric-like character, on the surfaces of which are position-stabilized threads which have one or both sides a high degree of hairiness.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that is similar to a known per se from a string yarn thread group, a Kettfadenschar, transverse threads in a known orientation perpendicular or at an angle of 10 ° to 170 ° or confused to the longitudinal direction of the yarn sheet.
According to the transverse threads are arranged as a thread laying on a wool-containing fibrous web, which is located between the thread systems, the yarn sheet and the transverse thread laying.
Between the thread systems of the transverse thread laying and the thread share fiber shifts from the Querfadenlegung by the nonwoven through the yarn sheet or through it are achieved by means of a known multiple needle felting machine with needles at 100 ... 500 puncture sites per cm 2 in the needle direction of the needles. Shifting fiber components represent binder fiber components, which ensure the cohesion of the thread systems and the surface stability. The binder fiber components from the transverse thread system are mixed with fiber components from the wool-containing nonwoven fabric in the stitching direction. The group of threads and their interstices are permeated by this mixture.
A selection of threads of the group of threads and the cross-fleece threading can act as effect thread or as a fashion effect due to different material compositions and / or thread construction.
It is assumed that the threads of the crowd of threads are surface-covering next to each other, that the distance between the threads is not greater than their largest diameter.

As a result of the fiber displacement by needling the majority of the wool fibers from the fleece has been displaced in the warp threads and in the interstices of the warp threads, so that there is only a fleece in the form of individual fiber fractions as non-woven residue between the thread systems. Depending on certain utility value requirements, the nonwoven remnant and the cross thread lay may be on both surfaces of the suture. The advantage of the method according to the invention is that the surface formation process with selectable surface stability and the finishing process in terms of material composition and hairiness can be performed in one operation.
