Příklad provedení vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Je vidět, že tento tepelně izolační stěnový modul 1 sestává z rámu 2, ve kterém je umístěna nosná mřížová struktura 3.FIG. 1 is a view of the thermal insulation module 1 for assembling the stressed structures after assembly. Nosná mřížová struktura 3 se lepí na základní desku spodní desku a shora se přilepí krycí deska 7.Only the schematically indicated filler material 5 forming the insulating part is inserted into the gaps 4 therebetween. The supporting grid structure 3 is glued to the base plate the bottom plate and the cover plate 7 is glued from above.
V*IN*
Tělesa 3a a 3b se lepí na základní desku 6 a shora se pak přilepí také pouze naznačená horní krycí deska 7.In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the support grid structure is formed as hollow prisms 3a, and in the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the grid structure is formed as hollow cylinders 3b. The bodies 3a and 3b are glued to the base plate 6 and only the indicated top cover plate 7 is also glued from above.
Takováto konfigurace má optimální pevnost a únosnost. Izolační materiál je jak kolem, tak i uvnitř prvků 3a^b.In a preferred embodiment, the support elements 3a and 3b are two rows of 4 support elements 3a and 3b - thus together 8 bodies. Such a configuration has optimum strength and load-bearing capacity. The insulating material is both around and within the elements 3a-b.
The material of all components is in all cases a fiberglass composite and the joints are made by gluing. The advantages of the fiberglass composite are in high compressive and flexural strength.
The filler material is a compact thermal insulation made of minerals, such as those supplied by Orsil or Rockwool, which is well known to those skilled in the art. In this compact slab-like mass, holes are provided in the form of support bodies 3, and the perforated plate is thus seated in the frame.
čtvercových prvků 3a je také 50 mm.The entire frame is 50 cm long, 30 cm wide, 25 mm high. The mesh meshes have dimensions of 50x50 mm, the cylindrical support bodies 3b have a diameter of 50 mm in terms of prismatic elements, so the edge of e.g. square elements 3a is also 50 mm.
The thermal insulation module serves to interrupt the thermal bridge by connecting the wall structure to the foundation element. This thermally insulating wall module is an element for transferring compressive force.
Thanks to its construction and material composition, the thermal insulation module is able to carry the complete load which is applied to structures under pressure.
It is possible to change and adapt the insulation module according to the dimensions of the cladding. The behavior of the whole element and the influence on its surroundings is then given by the number, size and material characteristics of the used partial elements.
Celá konstrukce je zapouzdřena do tepelně izolačního obalu a ochráněna speciálními materiály odolnými vůči požárnímu zatížení.The whole structure is encapsulated in a thermal insulation package and protected by special materials resistant to fire load.
Snížení tepelného toku tímto prvkem je pak velmi výrazné. Z důvodu požární odolnosti je nutné používat takové skladby obvodových plášťů, aby došlo v co nejvyšší míře k ochraně tohoto prvku před tímto zatížením.The reduction in heat flow through this element is then very significant. Because of the fire resistance, it is necessary to use such cladding of the cladding so as to protect the element as much as possible from this load.
