Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Popsané metody však vedou téměř výhradně ke koloidním roztokům s malými krystalickými částicemi o velikosti řádově do stovek nanometrů [F. Kim, S, Connor, H. Song, T. Kuykendall, P. Yang, Ángew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2004,43, 3673; C. S. Ah, Y. J. Yun, H. J. Park, W.-J. Kim, D. H. Ha, W. S. Yun, Chem, Mater. 2005, 17, 5558]. Stříbrné koloidní roztoky mají žluto-hnědou barvu a zmožných postupů příprav koloidních roztoků stříbra je popsána např. tzv. ‘polyolová’ metoda. V souvislosti s touto metodou jsou v literatuře diskutovány například stříbrné nano-drátky [B. Wiley, Y. Sun, Y. Xia, Langmuir 2005, 21, 8077] nebo stříbrné nanokrychle [Y. Sun, Y. Xia, Science 2002,298,2176].Metal crystals have gained considerable attention because of their applicability in a number of industrial areas. Some selected metals such as gold and silver are devoted to, a considerable part of the literature [e.g. NN Greenwood, A. Earnshaw, Chemistry of Elements, Pergamon Press Ltd. l st ed. 1984, Oxford, England] A number of methods for preparing colloidal particles are described in the literature and most of these methods are based on the reduction of precious metal salts. However, the described methods lead almost exclusively to colloidal solutions with small crystalline particles of the order of hundreds of nanometers [F. Kim, S., Connor, H. Song, T. Kuykendall, P. Yang, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2004, 43, 3673; CS Ah, YJ Yun, HJ Park, W.-J. Kim, DH Ha, WS Yun, Chem, Mater. 2005, 17, 5558]. Silver colloidal solutions are yellowish-brown in color, and the possible processes for preparing colloidal silver solutions are described, for example, by the so-called 'polyol' method. For example, silver nano-wires are discussed in the literature [B. Wiley, Y. Sun, Y. Xia, Langmuir 2005, 21, 8077] or silver nanocube [Y. Sun, Y. Xia, Science 2002, 298, 1766].
Vznik suspenzí mikrometrových krystalů zlata podobnou, metodou jsme poprvé vědecké veřejnosti prezentovali na konferenci ve Francii [T. Baše, Z. Bašti, M. Šlouf, N. Murafa, J. Šubrt, J. Plesek, M.. G. S. Londesborough, O. Kříž 24th European Conference on Surface Science (ECOSS-24), September 4-8 2006, Paris,' France, příspěvek SAMWe 1-163]. The formation of micrometer gold crystal suspensions in a similar way was presented to the scientific public for the first time at a conference in France [T. Basha, Z. Basti, M. Slouf, N. Murafa, J. Subrt, J. Plesek, M. GS Londesborough, O. Cross 24 th European Conference on Surface Science (ECOSS-24), September 4-8 2006, Paris, 'France, SAMWe 1-163]. This was the same process as claimed herein for the preparation of micrometer silver crystal suspensions for which this method of preparation leading to micrometer crystal suspensions has not been described or presented anywhere.

Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
1).The object of the solution described below is a process for the preparation of micrometer silver crystal suspensions which produce silver crystals having a size ranging from tens to micrometers. In these dimensions, the silver crystals formed have the shape of polyhedra or thin wires or rods (Fig. 1).
V literatuře popisované koloidní částice mají rozměry řádově v nanometrech (10'9 m), připravené stříbrné krystaly mají rozměry řádově v rozmezí jednotek až desítek mikrometrů (10‘6 m).The silver crystals according to the invention are prepared by mixing a silver salt, preferably silver nitrate (AgNO3), a reducing agent selected from the group consisting of -OH or -CHO functional groups, preferably a diol and polyol-based substance, and a surfactant. of a polymeric nature with nitrogen or oxygen atoms in its molecule, preferably poly (vinyl) pyrrolidone, so that the silver salt concentration in the mixture is greater than 0.1 pmol / l, preferably in the range of 0.5 mol / l to 2 mol / l l, the reaction mixture is heated to 20-350 ° C, preferably to a temperature ranging from 160 to 190 D C for a period of from l minute to 12 hours, preferably 2 hours, then after cooling the mixture resulting silver crystals are washed by decantation with an excess of solvent, preferably ethanol. By using very low concentrations of silver salts in the mixture, yellow to yellow-brown colloidal solutions containing silver crystals of nanometer size are formed. The most important factor leading to the formation of the desired micrometer silver crystal suspensions is the concentration of the silver starting salt. The concentration of silver salts used, together with the amount of polymer additive used and the type of reducing agent, affects the shape of the resulting crystals. In contrast to the colloidal silver particles which form yellow solutions, the silver crystal suspensions can be simply washed, for example, by decanting with a suitable solvent (e.g. ethanol). The literature discusses the colloidal particles have sizes in the nanometer range (10 -9 M), prepared silver crystals have dimensions of the order of magnitude to tens of microns (10 -6 meters).
Obzvláště významnou možnost použití představuje oblast práškové metalurgie, kde mohou být připravené suspenze Ag krystalů použity jako velmi jemný »99* » * ·♦ I ϊThe micrometer metal crystals thus prepared can be used, for example, in electronics to prepare electrical circuit components or directly as electrical circuit components. Příklady provedeníExamples
Příklad 1 g poly(vinyl)pyrrolidonu bylo za míchání a zahřívání rozpuštěno v 15 mlExample 1 g of poly (vinyl) pyrrolidone was dissolved in 15 ml with stirring and heating
1,3-propanediolu. K tomuto čirému roztoku bylo přidáno 5 g AgNO3 a dalších 15 ml1,3-propanediol. To this clear solution was added 5 g AgNO 3 and another 15 mL
1,3-propanediolu. The mixture was heated for 2 hours in an oil bath heated to 185 ° C. During the heating, a cloudy mixture containing silver crystals formed as a mixture of polyhedra, wires or rods was formed in the flask. The length of the crystals produced ranges from units up to tens of micrometers. The crystals may be easily washed by decantation with an excess of a suitable solvent (e.g. ethanol). The resulting mixture is a very fine silver powder lying on the bottom of the flask and overlaid with clear ethanol. Stirring this mixture results in the dispersion of the Ag crystals in the solution.
Posléze byla směs dekantována a promývána ethanolem kvůli odstranění výchozích látek obsažených v matečném roztoku. Výsledný produkt měl podobu velmi jemného stříbrného prášku suspendovaného v ethanolu.15 g of AgNO3, 5 g of poly (vinyl) pyrrolidone and 50 ml of 1,2-ethanediol were mixed together in a beaker. This mixture was heated to 175 ° C and both solids, poly (vinyl) pyrrolidone and AgNO 3 were dissolved. The flask began to form a gray mixture during heating and stirring. The total heating time was 1 hour. After cooling to room temperature, this mixture was diluted with excess ethanol (500 mL) and left for 1 week. A layer of Ag crystals of silver appearance settled on the bottom. The mixture was then decanted and washed with ethanol to remove the starting materials contained in the mother liquor. The resulting product was a very fine silver powder suspended in ethanol.
