Abstract

Η παρούσα γνωστοποίηση αφορά σε φύλλα ψευδαργύρου με ειδικό μοτίβο για την κάλυψη και την προστασία των σκεπών και των προσόψεων κτιρίων. Ένα επαναλαμβανόμενο πρόβλημα που συνδέεται με τη χρήση φύλλων ψευδαργύρου σε οικοδομικές εφαρμογές είναι η ανάπτυξη της λευκής σκωρίας. Καθώς είναι δύσκολη η επίτευξη της πλήρους αποφυγής της λευκής σκωρίας, είναι πολύ ευπρόσδεκτα τα πρόσθετα μέσα για την ελάττωση του αντίκτυπου αυτής. Προτείνεται τώρα ο περιορισμός της ορατότητας της λευκής σκωρίας μέσω της παροχής ενός μοτίβου παραλλαγής στην επιφάνεια του ψευδαργύρου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η εφεύρεση αφορά σε ένα μη διαβρωμένο ελατό φύλλο κράματος ψευδαργύρου με τουλάχιστον μια όψη με μοτίβο η οποία έχει οπτική ανακλαστικότητα που μεταβάλλεται από περιοχή σε περιοχή, χαρακτηριζόμενη από το ότι οι εν λόγω περιοχές είναι ψευδό-τυχαίου σχήματος, έχουν χαρακτηριστικές διαστάσεις εντός του εύρους από 0,1 mm έως 10 cm• και από το ότι η οπτική ανακλαστικότητα, όταν υπολογίζεται κατά μήκος του φύλλου σε μια οποιαδήποτε τυχαία κατεύθυνση, εμφανίζει μια απόκλιση RΜS στην κατοπτρική ανακλαστικότητα πάνω από 3 GU και/ή απόκλιση RMS στη διάχυτη ανακλαστικότητα πάνω από 0,2. Γνωστοποιείται μια διεργασία αποτύπωσης υποβοηθούμενη με λέιζερ για την παραγωγή κατάλληλων μοτίβων παραλλαγής στον ψευδάργυρο.
