Abstract

Η παρούσα δήλωση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο διεξαγωγής μιας αντίδρασης όξινου θειώδους άλατος για τον καθορισμό των θέσεων μεθυλίωσης σε ένα νουκλεϊκό οξύ, ήτοι μεθυλιωμένες και μη μεθυλιωμένες κυτοσίνες, κατά την οποία το νουκλεϊκό οξύ είναι συνδεδεμένο με μια στερεά φάση κατά τη διάρκεια της βαθμίδας απαμίνωσης ή/και αποσουλφόνωσης της αντίδρασης όξινου θειώδους άλατος. Η στερεά φάση είναι κατά προτίμηση ένα υλικό που περιέχει ύαλο ή πυριτία, προτιμότερα μαλλί υάλου, υάλινη μεμβράνη ή μαγνητικό υάλινο σωμάτιο. Περαιτέρω, αποκαλύπτεται η χρήση μιας στερεάς φάσης για σύνδεση ενός νουκλεϊκού οξέος κατά τη διάρκεια της βαθμίδας απαμίνωσης ή/και αποσουλφόνωσης της αντίδρασης όξινου θειώδους άλατος και ένα κυτίο συνέργων (κιτ) που περιέχει ένα αντιδραστήριο όξινου θειώδους άλατος και μια στερεά φάση.
