Description

Konkrétné rieši výrobu podošiev v kombinácii kaučukový vulkanizát —. isegmento- r váný polyuretán mikrolmn©č®ej^tr»kitÉí^,.· s priamym napěněním na obuvnickyzvršok.The present invention provides methods for reacting polyurethanes on rubber waxes. Specifically solves the production of lining in the combination of rubber vulcanizate -. r isegmento- Vanya polyurethane mikrolmn © č®ej ^ tr »Kite ^ ,. · Direct foaming to obuvnickyzvršok.
The latest advancement in shoe manufacturing technology is presented by direct spraying an integral polyurethane mass onto the upper to form a two-color polyurethane sole.
Nášlapová časť polyuretánovej podošvy má mat vysokú odolnost voči odieraniu, medzipodošva má byť flexibilně, nízkej mernej hmotnosti a dobrých tepelno-izolačnýčh vlastností.Technically, this manufacturing method is solved by first producing the tread part of the sole from the polyol and isocyanate component. The lid is replaced with a shoe upper and polyurethane is injected into the space between the sole and the upper. The tread part of the polyurethane sole has high abrasion resistance, the midsole should be flexible, low density and good thermal insulating properties.
Neumožňuje športovcom prudké brzdenie a rýchly start.Polyurethane, although it has excellent abrasion resistance, is not the ideal material for sports-walking shoes and scarf sports, especially for the low coefficient of trenla. It does not allow athletes to brake sharply and start quickly.
For this category of footwear was developed 'sports shoes in the conversion of rubber outsole - polyurethane midsole.
Technicky satáto obuv vyrába napr; podlá čsl. autorského osvedčenia 244 796. Před- .? nosti uvedenej technologie spočívajú v tom, že vysokoproduktívna technológia priameho napeňovania dovoluje v jednej operách spojit gumovú podošvu so zvrškom. Rieši zásadným spůsobom výrobu obuvi pre sálové športy, umožňuje uplatnit prakticky l'ubovolný protišmykový dezén.Technically satat footwear produces eg; pod čsl. author's certificate 244 796. Pre-? The high-tech direct foaming technology allows the rubber sole to be joined to the upper in one operation. It solves in a fundamental way the production of footwear for indoor sports, allows practically any slip-resistant tread design.
However, its disadvantages include the use of two-component crystalline polyurethane adhesives. These, when applied to the bed of rubber soles, form a glassy coating on the surface. Before pouring the reacting polyurethane mass, their surface needs to be thermally activated. Without heating the surface of the adhesive, the crystalline bonds will not be broken and the vulcanizate will not be properly bonded with the polyurethane mass. After applying the adhesive, the outsoles must be worked within 6 hours. After this time, the thermal activation of the coating does not provide a good bond either, since the two-component adhesive is already reacted. The adhesive itself, after mixing with the crosslinker, should be processed within 2 hours.
: This technical problem is solved by the foaming of the segmented polyurethanes of the microcell structure into a rubber vulcanizate by chemically treating the surface of the vulcanizate with 0.1 to 5% of a trichloroisocyanuric acid solution in an organic solvent before pouring the reacting polyurethane mass. A 5 to 30 percent solution of polyuietthane having a molecular weight of 30,000— € 9 * 000. :
Alifatický diizokyanét (IjS-heKauietylémdiizokyanát) poskytuje produktom z něho připravených odolnost voči žltnutiu, hydrolýze a tepelnej degradáeii. The progress achieved by the present invention is to combine a very productive direct foaming technology in a single operation to bond the rubber vulcanizate with the polyurethane in its origin, using a one-component polyurethane-based adhesive. The properties of polyurethanes depend on the number of urethane groups that possess physico-mechanical properties. Polyurethanes are generally prepared from diisocyanates, polyesters, or polyethers and low molecular weight diols. The aliphatic diisocyanate (1S-heCauethyl ethyl diisocyanate) provides resistance to yellowing, hydrolysis and thermal degradation products prepared therefrom.
The use of a third monomer in the preparation of polyester polyols disrupts the regularity of the glycol chain structure, resulting in a lowering of the freezing point. This property is then transferred to the resulting polyurethanes, which have better resistance at low temperatures and the irregularity of the structure gives rise to amorphous - non-crystalline types of polyurethanes.
It is the polyurethanes prepared from such litters that are suitable material for the surface treatment of rubber vulcanizates for direct infusion of regulating polyurethanes.
Tento polymér, poskytuje vynikajúcu pevnost spoja, nevyžaduje tepelnú aktiváciu před nálevom polyuretánu.This polymer, providing excellent bond strength, does not require thermal activation prior to the infusion of polyurethane.

The chemically treated sole is placed on the bottom of the mold. Before closing the mold, a homogenized mixture of the isocyanate component prepared by the reaction of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a polyester polyol containing 17 θ / o free —NCO groups is poured onto the vulcanizate with a polyol component having an —OH number of 220 mg KOH / g and consisting of polyester polyol, monoethylene glycol, water and catalysts. Both components are mixed in proportion to the law of stoichiometry between the —NCO and —OH groups. The reacting polyurethane mass is chemically bonded to the modified rubber sole to form a sole, the tread portion of which is made of rubber and the midsole is made of flexible polyurethane.
This method of manufacture can also be advantageously used in direct foaming of lyurethanes to the shaped shoe upper. At that time, the mold is not closed by age, but by a shaped upper that is stretched on the hoof.
