Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de gránulos de bebida instantánea que, a la reconstitución con agua, forman una superficie superior espumosa. El método hace uso de un polvo base poroso con el cual también se relaciona la invención.1.- Método para la preparación de un polvo debebida instantánea que comprende los pasos dea. Proveer un polvo base porosob. Sinterizar el polvo base a una temperatura pordebajo de O °C para formar una torta sinterizadac. Moler la torta sinterizada para proveer un polvod. Liofilizar el polvo para proveer dicho polvo debebida instantánea.2.- Método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde el polvo de bebida instantánea está en la forma de gránulos.3.- Método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, en donde el polvo base es congelado por aspersión.4.- Método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el polvo base poroso tiene una porosidad de partícula de al menos 35%.
