1.- Suspensión acuosa esterilizada que comprende proteína y grasa o un sustituto de grasa de 0.01 %p a 1 %p de emulsificante con un balance hidrofílico /lipofílico de o por debajo de 16, caracterizada porque la suspensión comprende 0.01 %p a 1 %p de un emulsificante de monoglicérido que tiene un balance hidrofílico/lipofílico de o por debajo de 16, y caracterizada además porque la suspensión ha sido esterilizada.
