Abstract

La presente invención es un miembro para manejo de fluidos que tiene balance de permeabilidad mejorado, capacidad de liberación de fluidos tanto en saturación total como parcial. Este miembro tiene (i) una estructura suficientemente abierta con una permeabilidad de por lo menos 1 Darcy al 100% de saturación, (ii) la capacidad de liberar rápidamente el fluido contenido dentro de él al tener una Altura de Desorción - sorción Capilar baja (CSDH 50) inferior a 150 cm, y (iii) una permeabilidad al 50% de su saturación, que es superior al 14% de la permeabilidad al 100% de saturación. Una ejecución preferida de tales materiales comprende un material de espuma de celdas abiertas, por ejemplo un tipo de Emulsión de Fase Interna Alta (HIPE). Tales materiales son particularmente útiles para artículos absorbentes, como pañales, artículos para incontinencia de adultos, o artículos de higiene femenina. Un elemento para el manejo de fluidos con una Altura de Sorción Desorción Capilar a 50% de la capacidad a una altura de 0 cm (CSDH 50); además con una permeabilidad líquida a 100% de saturación k(100) y a 50% de saturación (k50)), caracterizado en que el valor CSDH 50 es inferior a 150 cm aproximadamente, y en que k(100) tiene un valor de más de 1 Darcy aproximadamente, y en que k(50) tiene un valor, el cual es más del 14% aproximadamente de k(100). Un elemento para el manejo de fluidos con una Altura de Sorción Desorción Capilar (CSDH 50), además con una permeabilidad líquida a 100% de saturación k(100) y a 50% de saturación (k(50)), caracterizado en que tiene un valor CSDH 50 inferior a 150 cm aproximadamente, y en que tiene un valor k(100) de más de 1 Darcy aproximadamente, y en que k(50) tiene un valor, el cual es más del 14% aproximadamente de k(100), y en que tiene un flujo a 15 cm de altura de absorción capilar de por lo menos 0.045 g/cm2/seg en la Prueba de Absorción Capilar Vertical como se describe aquí dentro. <EMI FILE="99015452_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
