Abstract

Un compuesto de fórmula:en la que:R1 es hidrógeno o alquilo C1 -C4 ;R2 alquilo C1 -C10 , aril-alquilo C1 -C4 opcionalmente sustituido, heteroaril-alquilo C1 -C4 opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo C3 -C7 opcionalmente sustituido, o R1 y R2 junto con el nitrógeno al que están unidos forman un anillo de 3 a 10 miembros que contiene opcionalmente un heteroátomo adicional seleccionado entre oxígeno,nitrógeno o azufre;R3 y R4 son alquilo C1 -C6 , hidrógeno, nitro o halógeno y R5 es alquilo C1 -C6 , hidrógeno, arilalquilo o heteroarilalquilo.El compuesto según la reivindicación 1, que es:(S)-(+)-5-[1-(2-Metoximetilpirrolidinil)sulfonil]- isatina DL-5-[1-(2-Hidroxietil)piperidinil)sulfonil]isatina(+/-)-5-[1-(3-Hidroximetil)piperidinil)sulfonil]isa-tina (S)-(+)-5-[1-(2-Hidroximetilpirrolidinil)sulfonil]-isatina(S)-(+)-5-[1-(2-Benciloxicarbonilpirrolidinil)sulfo-nil]isatina 5-[N-(N-Metil-2-hidroxietilamino)sulfonil]isatina5-[N-(N-Metil-2-(4-piridin)etilamino)sulfonil]isatina5-[N-(N´-Bencilpiperazin)sulfonil]isatina(R)-(-)-5-[1-(2-Metoximetilpirrolidinil)sulfonil]-isatina (S)-(+)-5-[1-(2-Metoxicarbonilpirrolidinil)sulfo-nil]isatina5-[N-(N-Metilanilino)sulfonil]isatina(S)-(+)-5-[1-(2-t-Butoxicarbonilpirrolidinil)sulfo-nil]isatina - 2 -
